I have been coming here for years and always have an excellent experience!! Most recently, they were able to repair and restore my mothers engagement ring and another family heirloom. I love that they carefully maintained the original style. Also super happy with the new jewelry I’ve gotten from their store (most recently a gorgeous gold bracelet). They are honest and fair.

Sun Jewelers are the Absolute BEST!!!! I have been a valued customer since Lincoln Mall was up and running all the way downstairs right next to the gyro restaurant used to be in the mall...I love Gerardo! I got my wedding rings resized and they switched out my diamond for a fake. I thought I was going to a great place since they even took a picture of my ring when I dropped it off. No wonder they told me it would take a week just to resize my ring, they needed time to craft the fake diamond to put in my ring. Truly disappointed. Shame on Sun Jewelry for stealing peoples jewels!

This jewelry store is truly a hidden gem! I went with a friend that wanted a ring guard. I ended up purchasing a cute Channel pinkie ring for myself. Alex was such a courteous young gentleman, that patiently showed both of us numerous rings in various display cases. I must say that they are an excellent place to shop for the person with a big heart but a small budget. They had a large selection of very moderately priced diamond rings of good color and clarity, much to my surprise. The diamonds were not two or three carat single stones, however, the smaller stones were really nice for the price. I know the 4 c's of diamonds, and I know quality jewelry. Sun also has watches, charms, chains, earrings,and various kinds of rings, and they customize jewelry. If you shouldneed backs for your gold pierced earrings, they have replacement backs for sale also. I recommend Sun Jewelers.

Poor customer service . Charge $30 for putting two batteries and adding links to watch . After that , they didn't even put correct date and month on one watch . I'll never go back .

My wife used Sun Jewelers to fix her Mother's Wedding ring , this was here first time going there but definitely won't be the last. She first went to a big retail store and their jewelry dept gave her a price that was literally 10x higher than Sun Jewelers.

Walked in for a necklace repair without an appointment and was out within 10 minutes! Bright, clean facility and great customer service. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

On July 1st I left a ring in the morning that a female employee stated would be ready at the end of the day, once they closed they would not reopen until after the July 4th holiday. I arrived right before closing and was told they didn't have the Diamond chips in stock to repair the ring. All jewelers know what they have in stock, if they had called early I could have taken it to Cal City and had it repaired that day before other jewelers Closed, which was where I ended up going the next week and received Excellent Repair service. Sun employees were too busy rushing everyone out so they could close early and be closed several days across the holiday. The service I received was Inconsiderate & Unprofessional. I will never recommend them to anyone on social media Also, I purchased a "lobster claw clasp" that I had broken on a $5,000 gold chain, it was only about 6 months ago and yesterday my chain fell off my neck, the clasp I purchased from them broke already and they Don't offer any Warranties on their workmanship, so if you get a Shoddy repair the customer just Loses their money
