This
place
came
highly
recommended
from
friends,
so
we
stopped
in
to
give
it
a
try.
Ordered
one
slice
of
deep
dish
pizza,
with
mix
of
three
cheese
and
spinach.
Since
they're
known
for
their
steak
sandwiches,
we
ordered
two
king
size
"dry",
so
the
sauce
is
one
the
side
with
a
side
of
sweet
peppers.
First,
I
would
not
call
this
Chicago
style
pizza,
as
I'm
used
to
from
Giordano's
or
Gino's,
which
were
my
expectations.
Toppings
and
sauce
are
baked
on
top
of
the
dough.
Taste-wise
it
was
okay.
Light
on
flavor,
not
sure
if
not
enough
seasoning
in
the
sauce,
or
what.
Next,
the
steak
sandwiches
were
good.
I
don't
know
that
I'd
say
the
best
I've
ever
had
but
certainly
different.
The
meat
was
more
like
Milanese
style,
slices
of
beef
dredged
in
breadcrumbs
and
fried.
It's
then
folded
into
a
sub
with
mozzarella
cheese
melted
in
the
middle.
The
sauce
that
comes
with
it
is
marinara.
You
can
order
peppers
on
it
or
on
the
side,
choice
of
jalapeño
or
sweet
peppers.
As
for
customer
service,
this
seemed
to
be
hit
or
miss,
depending
on
the
staff
member,
as
I
observed
them
taking
orders.
The
girl
who
ended
up
taking
our
order
was
efficient.
The
restaurant
is
very
spacious.
Good
for
parties.
