The staff was extremely friendly and nice. I especially liked Dr. Sim, Adrian and Katie! They were all very thorough at explaining each step of my visit and gentle with my exam. I highly recommend!!

Great Dentis, hygienist is very good! Happy I finally found a dentist's office that cares. Updated equipment everyone is so friendly. Beautiful building also has a med spa. Will continue going and refer my friends and family.

Best dentist experience we have ever had! My son had a bad experience at another dentist and Dr.Sim put my son at ease took very good care of him! My son had to have 2 shark teeth removed and a cavity filled ! His staff is wonderful from the second you walk in! We will definitely be back check them out!!

This was my family's first time being at this office after leaving a previous dentist office my children have been going to since they were 4 years old, due to being unprofessional, having attitudes, messing up appointments and not communicating with each other. 😃 Smiles on Randolph was like a breath of fresh air, the energy in the office was relaxing and the employees were friendly and energetic. They are very detailed and acknowledged little issues that were overlooked or not important by the previous dental office we left. My young adult and teenager felt very comfortable and happy when their appointments were done. Doctor Sims even came out and greeted everyone in the waiting area individually. I had the most amazing dental experience at Smiles on Randolph. The entire team was welcoming and made you feel at home. Regan was knowledgeable and gave excellent tips on how to ensure the sustainability of my implants. Julie took her time explaining every step of my service and took extra care with my cleaning. I've had my share of dental work in the past but Smiles on Randolph is second to none! Forgot to mention the Medi Spa which is a little hidden gem. Dr. Sims is kind and makes you feel excited to get your teeth cleaned. I would recommend this team to everyone.

Absolutely awesome experience from beginning to end! From the time you walk in to the time you leave you’re informed of what’s being done, how much it’s going to cost, what insurance is likely going to cover etc. and they have several payment options available. The workers there are extremely pleasant to talk to, and make you feel right at home. And after visiting two other dentists in the region, I will say both the experience and the price was far better, and the quality of work was light years better. Thank you Dr. Sim!

Wow! What an amazing first visit! Hands down the best experience I have ever had at any medical appointment. Dr. Sim and his team are truly a class act. I was offered a tour of the facility by Juliana (super nice) and as we were walking around, each and every employee (and I met at least 10 or more employees) acknowledged me and welcomed me, including the doctor. Outstanding!! Carissa took care of me for my first appointment and she was amazing! I’m sure I talked her ear off but she never made me feel uncomfortable or nervous. She was very knowledgeable, professional and most importantly to me compassionate because I did shed a few tears (had a horrible experience at a previous dentist). Then there is Dr. Sim!! I think he is my new best friend! He listened to my concerns, addressed some issues, prioritized what needed to be done. As busy as he was, he made me feel like I was the only one in the office and deserves way more than 5 stars!! I’d love to continue my story, but don’t hesitate, book your appointment now!! Amazing dentist's and staff! I've been terrified of the dentist for years,but at Smiles on Randolph Dr. Sim and everyone else makes sure I'm comfortable, lets me know what is going to happen and really care about you as their patient. They even call you to make sure you're doing okay after your procedure. I also bring my daughters, and they have had pleasant experiences as well.

WooHooo! Finally a business that still believes and practice GREAT Customer service! I called Smiles on Randolph just because I wanted something closer to home. Well i got much more. They booked me an appointment quickly ( in the same week). I was late but they were able to accommodate. Everyone speaks to you with a smile but genuine not overly done. I had a few consultations while they were preparing me for my cleaning. They listened me well and were full of knowledge about my health/care/ treatment plans. I spoke with 7 members of the staff, that included two of the dentists; and everyone was on point with their attention to detail. At the end of my appointment, while speaking with the office manager I mentioned my insurance would be switching she quickly moved to complete my second procedure before my insurance policy ended. They called to check how I was feeling later that evening. The folding week I called back to set up another appointment. I mentioned I had a bit of sensitivity and the new staff member assured me all was normal and asked me to come in the same day to correct the issue. I love my NEW dentist team!

They did "forget" me in the waiting room for an hour. They are very high tech and thorough. Dr Sim is very nice. My initial visit was about 2 hrs. I was satisfied with my evaluation and the breakdown of costs concerning my dental plan going forward. Very swanky office and professional staff.

Yesterday 11/30/23 was my first time there as a new patient and it was a great experience from start to finish! Everyone was extremely friendly and professional, the check in process was very fast and efficient, the dentist and the hygienist were amazing, and the checkout process and treatment plan was very well explained! Highly recommend this place to anyone!! I have nothing but good things to say about both dentist and the staff.. they go out of there way to make sure your comfortable. My daughter was told she had several cavities that needed fillings but came here and she actually didn’t have any cavities. They were just stains on her teeth. I’ve been to both locations and they’re both great!!!

Dr Sim and staff are very efficient, patient, kind and knowledgeable in their field. Dee is the most valuable family member to the staff, to doctor sim and to the patients. I went to Smiles on Randolph with a chipped front tooth because I had broke my veneer chewing gum-I will never chew gum again. Anyway, Cathy, (not sure how to spell her name) went above and beyond to make my smile better than it was before. Her skill and experience was put to the test and she delivered. I was so relieved as I had a big wedding to go to in a few days and I wanted to be able to smile again without waiting. Smiles on Randolph took care of me as a walk-in patient and I highly recommend them-very beautiful offices, clean and friendly. I am now a permanent patient of their practice. Absolutely hands down the best dental experience I’ve ever had. The tour of the office makes you feel like a celebrity! Everyone was so nice and the office is so beautiful and clean. Aggy was the best hygienist- I literally could have spent the whole day talking to her! Both dentists were also so kind and came over to talk and introduce themselves.
