I
have
been
a
Lane
Bryant
customer
for
many
years
and
never
had
any
issues
at
a
store
with
sales
associates.
They've
always
been
welcoming
and
warm.
However,
this
location
is
the
exception.
I
had
a
visit
to
the
Schererville
location
a
month
ago
where
I
made
a
return
for
an
online
order.
The
associate
seemed
frustrated
about
the
return.
When
I
asked,
repeatedly,
if
they
had
my
item
in
store
in
a
different
size
I
was
ignored.
I
left
the
store
feeling
badly
about
the
interaction.
Still,
I
went
back
there
today
to
return
another
few
items.
HUGE
MISTAKE.
Today
I
was
helped
by
the
store
manager.
She
was
rude,
curt,
and
had
quite
an
attitude
when
processing
my
return.
This
started
when
I
told
her
I
did
not
have
my
Lane
Bryant
cash
with
my
return.
I
was
unaware
that
it
needed
to
be
returned
with
the
clothes.
I
had
actually
thrown
it
away
because
I
knew
it
would
be
inactive
once
my
return
was
processed.
The
store
manager
was
making
a
big
deal
about
me
not
having
it
so
I
asked
if
my
return
was
going
to
be
processed.
She
replied
with,
"I
already
told
you,
I'm
going
to
do
it
this
one
time
only"...which
she
actually
had
NOT
told
me.
I
let
that
go.
Then
she
had
an
issue
with
my
return
being
done
with
Klarna.
It
was
clear
she
was
not
very
familiar
with
the
process.
She
was
asking
for
a
card
for
the
return
which
is
not
how
Klarna
returns
work.
I
tried
to
explain
that
to
her.
She
kept
talking
over
me.
At
that
point
I
stopped
her
and
told
her
she
was
being
incredibly
rude
and
mentioned
that
this
is
now
the
SECOND
time
I
have
been
treated
poorly
by
the
associates
at
the
store.
Instead
of
giving
a
genuine
apology,
she
said
she
was
not
giving
me
attitude
or
being
rude,
got
very
defensive,
and
stated
"I'm
sorry
you
feel
I
was
being
rude."
How
absolutely
dismissive
and
placating.
When
I
asked
for
the
store
manager
she
stated
she
was
the
store
manager.
Well
that
explains
everything
to
me
about
why
this
location
has
such
horrible
customer
service.
I
will
not
be
returning
to
this
location
again.
I
have
no
idea
how
they
stay
open
at
all.
Please
save
yourself
the
stress
and
avoid
this
location.
It
is
worth
it
to
drive
out
of
your
way
to
go
to
another
location.

What
a
generic,
pre-written,
and
meaningless
reply
by
the
"store
owner".
Looking
back
at
previous
reviews
both
the
customer
service
and
the
store
manager
have
had
complaints
against
them.
You've
given
each
customer
almost
the
exact
same
reply,
yet
nothing
has
changed.
No
wonder
why
stores
are
losing
more
and
more
business
these
days.
The
customer
just
doesn't
matter
anymore.
Good
luck
keeping
this
location
open
with
such
terrible
service.
Both
myself,
and
my
family/friends
will
no
longer
be
coming
here.
