    The associate was very nice but the selection...they had one unlined bra, it was actually my size. I couldn't find another bra to take advantage of the sale. I refuse to buy something I don't want...because of a sale. Not even one pair of panties to match.

    I shopped here today and was very impressed. The staff was very welcoming and extremely helpful. Ms. Linda is a star. Give that woman a raise and the rest of the staff. She helped me and three other ladies in the dressing room area. All of us needed attention and she was on it with a smile, assistance, and recommendations for each one of us. It's hard to find that kind of customer service with real attention to our needs. I had just come from another clothing store where the staff barely got a good morning out let alone pay any attention. I will definitely be returning. Thank you!

    I have been a Lane Bryant customer for many years and never had any issues at a store with sales associates. They've always been welcoming and warm. However, this location is the exception. I had a visit to the Schererville location a month ago where I made a return for an online order. The associate seemed frustrated about the return. When I asked, repeatedly, if they had my item in store in a different size I was ignored. I left the store feeling badly about the interaction. Still, I went back there today to return another few items. HUGE MISTAKE. Today I was helped by the store manager. She was rude, curt, and had quite an attitude when processing my return. This started when I told her I did not have my Lane Bryant cash with my return. I was unaware that it needed to be returned with the clothes. I had actually thrown it away because I knew it would be inactive once my return was processed. The store manager was making a big deal about me not having it so I asked if my return was going to be processed. She replied with, "I already told you, I'm going to do it this one time only"...which she actually had NOT told me. I let that go. Then she had an issue with my return being done with Klarna. It was clear she was not very familiar with the process. She was asking for a card for the return which is not how Klarna returns work. I tried to explain that to her. She kept talking over me. At that point I stopped her and told her she was being incredibly rude and mentioned that this is now the SECOND time I have been treated poorly by the associates at the store. Instead of giving a genuine apology, she said she was not giving me attitude or being rude, got very defensive, and stated "I'm sorry you feel I was being rude." How absolutely dismissive and placating. When I asked for the store manager she stated she was the store manager. Well that explains everything to me about why this location has such horrible customer service. I will not be returning to this location again. I have no idea how they stay open at all. Please save yourself the stress and avoid this location. It is worth it to drive out of your way to go to another location. **Updated after store reply** What a generic, pre-written, and meaningless reply by the "store owner". Looking back at previous reviews both the customer service and the store manager have had complaints against them. You've given each customer almost the exact same reply, yet nothing has changed. No wonder why stores are losing more and more business these days. The customer just doesn't matter anymore. Good luck keeping this location open with such terrible service. Both myself, and my family/friends will no longer be coming here.

    Lane Bryant in my personal opinion is over priced! I had signed up for their loyalty rewards. During the month of my birthday I get a $20 coupon. Yes I said $20 coupon! So I can spend $20.01 and only pay a penny. This can also be combined with clearance! The store was really nice! The staff was very friendly! Will be returning to pick up my order. Sidenote, it is free to pick up at the store. Instead of paying a shipping cost.

    The ladies at Lane Bryant in Highland Indiana were very professional and helpful. I will shop there more in the future because of the great customer service given to me on the phone as well as in person. Thank you ladies my denim jacket is perfect!

    Highly disappointed ordered online but had to return in store bc i want to see if there were some in my size in store which there was 1 then asked if they would match what i paid online and they said only if it was the exact same bra i was returning. Have bought from 1 other place for bras and they price matched even if itbwas a completely different style and color.

    Yes I went in there cause I was with a friend who wanted to stop there. I seen some tops I liked but I wanted to see if it was a deal b4 I bought them. I asked a worker can she give me a price check, she took it to the counter and asked a lady behind the counter could she give me a price checck. The WITCH behind the counter said they are 60% off and still didn't give me a price check. My friend took out her calculator and figured the price out for me. How hard was that to give me a price check? She was so rude. I was so ticked when I left there. I could kick myself now because I did buy 3 tops anyway. I work with the public but that day I was a customer, and I didn't appreciate the way I was treated. And she had left and went in the back room I told her co worker when I checked out how I didn't like that. I'm sure she told her. Now I'm telling the world. She needs an attitude adjustment quick. Cause you just lost a customer after that. I really miss Lane Bryant when it was at Southlake Mall.

    Last time in this store I wanted to return a pair of shorts I purchased online..I didnt have the receipt but the tags were still on. The associate said she couldnt find my purchase and didnt offer to help me find something else that fit better. I ended up keeping the sorts that I will probably never were. My sister is a mgr for Lane Bryant and said she found the item right away!! Why couldnt THEY help me out? The shorts were still available online and they could have ordered me another pair in a smaller size. Bot the first time them didnt want to help me!!!
