    AVIOD THIS!! I applied and paid for the upgrade to get surf and turf. They claimed the order was sent and delivered. I never received the order. I asked for tracking information and they were unable to provide accurate tracking information. I asked for a refund and went out of town. HelloFresh failed to refund me and instead sent another shipment! It sat outside for two days prior to my return! HelloFresh refused to refund me. BUYER BEWARE - FRAUD!!! NEVER AGAIN!!

    Hello Fresh like many business models that utilize the system of capitalism are no longer working for us as human beings and for this planet. The amount plastic used for their packaging is horribly inconvenient for our well being long term. If you have to buy this because you're working all the time, then I have to ask, how is your heart? What brings you joy? Hello Fresh is wonderful for introducing Americans to a wide variety of cuisines both traditional and fusion wise. But their aggressive mailing campaigns just won't cut it anymore - and I know I am not alone, please review The Economist coverage concerning corporate responsibility and sustainability. There is a HUGE demand for sustainability. I know you can do it, because the tech is out there. Consider partnering with a company making this packaging if cost is a factor. Hello Fresh I want to love you - but PLEASE consider using 100% biodegradable cellulose plant packaging or paper packaging. And I'll reconsider. Please also see the CBC Marketplace consumer investigation concerning plastic pollution and Hello Fresh.

    This place is a scam. They will charge your card and never deliver the meal kit. The first few deliveries will be great and then it’s all downhill. Then when you try to get your money back they refuse and give you a “credit” that they do not apply. THEN when you ask for a refund they tell you they have processed your credit but the. And never receives a refund. It’s maddening! Please choose a different meal service. You will spend sooo much time trying to deal with this one. Plus, their ingredients are not fresh. Btw… they don’t have enough delivery drivers to fulfill the order they actually have.

    Hello Fresh is a joke, first order they forgot the meat- the most important ingredient! Then when I try reach out to someone the website was not user friendly at all. They make it difficult to find a phone number to call. But nothing so I choose to reach out through the help center which is also useless. No response!! Finally, after multiple charged on my C.C. account. I had no choice but to find a phone number to cancel THIS IS A SCAM. Just to get someone on the phone that barely speaks English and their only goal was to upsell. FYI The only reason they have 1 Star is because this site require you to put something.

    I do not consistently receive my deliveries. Last week my shipment arrived late in the day, and all the usual emails from Green Chef (Hello Fresh owns Green Chef) were behind. I received them after I received the food. This week it appears that my food has not even left the warehouse and it was expected at my house today. I need meal services I can rely on, and Green Chef is not one of those. The delivery service they use show up in sketchy, old, vehicles -- but this error seems to be on Green Chef and not their delivery service. Their customer service is not helpful either. All you receive are form emails and nothing helpful. A refund is not great - obviously since I did not receive the food, I expect a refund. Now I still have to figure out meals and find time to shop for ingredients. Since I'm required to select meals from Green Chef in advance, I expect that I would receive some advance communication if my food is going to be late or is not coming at all. I would give zero stars if I could. The quality of the food seems to be going down as well. Save your money. This service will not save you time, only provide aggravation.

    I would not recommend this company as a food service. I ordered 2 meals for a free trial & the meals were misdelivered to another address. When I contacted the company to tell them the issue they said they would not redeliver me another meal box but they would give me a credit for when I purchased the next box. After what I experienced, I didn't have any intentions on purchasing meals with them. They were very unprofessional in my opinion & I would never recommend them to anyone or support this business in any way ever again. Save your money & time folks.

    How this company remains is business is beyond me. They engage in deceptive business practices as a matter of company policy. From the their Ads promising free meals and free delivery to to that actual delivery and subscriptions it is all designed to mislead. First, there is NO FREE meals. You are simply getting a discount on its subscription price. Next, they are disingenuous about free shipping. The will charge you and if you don’t waste an hour complaining through the myriad of bots and support mazes you will be charged. I went so far as to forward pictures of the promotion Ad and send a transcript of the the live chat session to HF acknowledging I was entities to Free Shipping during my trial. The literally said the words spoken by there own rep did not mean what she said. No answer at all to the Ad photo that said free shipping. Pros: Food is tasty, ingredients fresh Cons: company business practices are deceptive, meal portions are anemic, quality of food it better than average except for the protein which is simply acceptable. Not much value and site is not intuitive

    When I received my first box it had 3 cards for FREE first box for your friends. I gave one card to my friend to try and she got charged $180 for it. We wanted to get her money back and tried to cancel the order but we couldn't even though not even 2 days passed. This company always tries to scam you
