DHL is a crazy company. I was thinking how are they delivering all around the world isn't it crazy? Really fast really. I was here for pick up some my order. The staff was very nice. They were really helpful and friendly. They found my stuff in just 5 minutes✔ parking easy and free✔ I added the photos which from front and back and inside. I saw bunch of countries flag inside. I am not sure how many was it but I saw Turkish flag too which is my country 🇹🇷 I found frame which was made in Turkey 😄 it was interesting😎 and besides you can see the shipment costs on the photos. To where and how big and how weight and you can check it. It's a good scale guys ✔

Terrible, package was suppose to be delivered today and they send back to manufacturer and idk why, and never informed me on anything so I was expecting my package today now they shipping back just to come back to me…..SMH

When I walked in, two group of customers already there....waiting!  They keep ringing the bell, nobody at counter We all waited maybe another 5mins, that’s when someone came out to help us! After about 15min, finally my turn.  He had issue looking up the mailing address but later he got it The one thing I have concern with, well this is my first time using DHL, I used to use usps, fedex and ups in the past…but everytime I just gave the box, they asked me a few questions that was it even with international shipment.  But with DHL, after I answered many questions, he told me he still need to open the box…iam like, so what was the point of asking me all these question lol.  Iam sure its company policy but I wish I knew it as I taped the box very well, now all these tapes go to waste!!!!! Worst thing, the five days shipping ended up needing 7days…

I’ve been waiting for a package for nearly 7 days. Every time I call DHL to to reschedule my delivery. I explicitly tell the operator that it is during business hours, every single time I’ve called. Every operator has reassured me that they will deliver during business hours. I spent the last attempt in front of my job for six hours (10 pm) waiting for a package that never showed up during business hours. It is so frustrating and embarrassing to get stopped by the police as a suspicious person sitting in front of a business late at night waiting for delivery that was never made.

Quick unloading maybe like 45mins. Backing to the dock could be not comfortable for some drivers it is kind a tight. Nice people. They can let you use their restroom if you ask them nicely!? Overnight parking maybe available on the streets tho!

Wish I could leave zero stars. My package was out for delivery,I was tracking it on their map. My delivery was next up the courier was just around the corner and then the courier started going miles in the wrong direction. Now they will try to deliver the package tomorrow. What idiots.

Package expected delivery date was August 11th. It arrived at this location at 1am on August 10th. It is now now the afternoon of August 12th, and package hasn't moved according to their tracking. So I emailed the customer service email, I have seen referenced in other reviews. Dhl was more concerned about my social media handle or how I got the particular email, but said they would immediately look into my situation one I gave them that information. I provided how I got the particular email address and 5 hours later, still waiting for some info.....

the only reason they get one star is because 0 is not an option. promised deliver for each day and then... day 1 held delivery for no apparent reason day 2 put package on truck, took package off truck and did not scan back into the hub(now they wont now to load it again) truck was stationary 80 miles away for 5 hrs until it was time to go home. day 3 they think it is on the truck and it is not. as of noon it has not moved. no way to contact a real person all i ever get is ai chat update after sending email to Melissa she had the office call me and they sent a driver out and I had my welder in about 4hrs thank you.

The worst thing about parcels is this: they are late, they don't respond, they play with people's time, they wait and wait and it never arrives. Besides, if I want to go get my box from the collection point, it has to be the date they say. And if what I bring in my box is damaged, who is responsible?
