Beautiful movie theater. The lobby is super clean and neat. The snack counters are spacious and easily accessible. They have all kinds of movie advertising boards for photo ops. The seating is so comfortable and they keep them very clean. The popcorn was fresh and buttered just right. I would recommend this theater for anyone - a date night, girls' night, or a family night. The location is centrally located and near many restaurants and shops.

The theatre was very nice. The bar service was awesome. The Taylor Swift Eras movie was good.

Older theater. Once we found our theater room, the movie quality, sound was great. One downfall was that only traditional movie foods were offered (candy, popcorn, drinks, Icees). The more extended menu was only offered after 11 or 12 (which was not stated on their website).

Seats were super comfortable! We saw Barbie as I missed it when brand new. Quality of film and sound great. My first time to a Marcus theater. Had to drive 50 minutes but really wanted to see the movie! Worth it! Great show.

The workers working the concession stand need to put a pep in their step. I've never seen so many young people moving so slow and acting like they don't want to be at their job. The young lady that was servicing my sister and myself was also trying to help her coworker next to her fill his nacho orders which meant it took longer for us to be serviced and we missed the first 2 minutes of our show, which could've been avoided if the young lady was focusing on her customers only. Please train your employees on how to be faster and more efficient in servicing there customers. Management should train the employees on how to service the customers in a certain amount of time. Customers shouldn't wait in line for over 15 minutes with 5 people in front of them only getting popcorn, cups for drinks, and nachos when it's actually a party of 3 & 1 couple making uo the 5 people in front of us.

Theater was clean and comfortable. Disappointed with the snacks that we "supposedly" pre-ordered to save time and skip the line. When I went to get our snacks there was no one by the pick-up area. Then I just get in the snack line before seeing a slow moving worker walking around back there. Then I hop out of line, ask him about my snacks which are supposed to have been ready (mind you this is for a 3:00 movie so they weren't very busy yet) , and he's like, "I don't have anything." Now I'm wondering if I possibly ordered snacks to the wrong location and I'm digging through my pockets to find my phone and check emails. After staring at me with this blank look for a minute he turns around and looks at this shelf behind him that appears to have a ticket machine on it. There's a lonely ticket sitting there in the machine. He grabs it, reads it, and then looks at me and says, "OH." Another worker suddenly pops up behind him and assesses the situation before taking the ticket from him and filling my order. Just a frustrating experience when you're already spending $30 for popcorn, soda, and nachos... then you offer this great service to save me time, but you fail miserably at it and i miss movie time 🤦🏽‍♂

Clean and friendly staff. Popcorn was great, and popcorn bucket size was to my liking. Temperature inside theatre was just right. Concession stands and soda area was clean, and attendant was constantly cleaning and refilling condiment area. Bathrooms were fully stocked with soap and tissue and clean. Thanks for a wonderful time, Marcus Theatre of Orland Park.

I really appreciate your amazing bartender Dajah. Not only did she make my two drinks great. But I left my phone at the bar and she gave it to the manager. She made my experience special and safe

Great movie theater. Loved the dream lounger seats, sound, and picture quality. Impressed with the many food options, although I only purchased popcorn. It was really good, not overly salty. Will be returning soon.

Good place with the recliners. Great bar and drinks. Food is very good too
