Sierra is always great place for equipping my kids for new ski season. Good brands for good price. A lot of sport equipment, travel equipment, fishing, hiking equipment. Love this place 👍

I started buying stuff for the fall. I was so happy because they had a big selection. The only thing I didn't like was the fitting rooms were filthy. Mirror was smeared and the floor was dusty

Wonderful store of outdoorsy items and great prices! I paid $20 for Eddie Bauer pants usually sold at $40. The staff was friendly and helpful when checking out. This is the perfect store for any outdoors/active person and I highly recommend stopping by!

I had an extremely aggravating experience at this store, and will not shop there again. I purchased $100 goggles at the Woodfield location, even though I asked several people for product knowledge or advice and noone had a clue about ski goggles. I ended up feeling unsure and ordering a pair that I trusted on line. When I went to return them (3 days later) with the receipt in Kildeer, I was told I could only get a store credit. Long story short, I argued with the manager for half an hour, as he explained how their system works and how there was no possible way for me to get a refund other than on a store credit because of the way they rang my sale in Schaumburg. As someone who works in retail, I know that customers don't care what a store's systems and shortcomings are. I had a recent purchase with a receipt and wanted my money back. I ended up asking for the name of their district manager. As luck would have it, he was there. He ended shorting his register to give me a cash refund. It was a huge hassle for what should have been a simple return. I would not recommend this store.
