Had several bad experiences here. I tried. Here’s the worst: I ordered a meal for my family that cost nearly $100. My food was delivered almost 2 hours late, and the food was extremely greasy, cold, and we received the wrong order. I went to the store to resolve, and after waiting over an hour, I left. When I arrived at the store, other people there had the same issue as me. The cashier “said to me that it looked like ‘someone’ had eaten some of it”. If someone ate it, it wasn’t us/it looked horrible. I asked for a refund. The manager showed me where she took a picture of my receipt and sent to the owner. Said she couldn’t give a refund. $100 down the drain…and I never heard from anyone. I haven’t been back since.

Online order was ready when I arrived. I noticed the fries were missing from my order, but they took care of it right away. I'll definitely be back.

Did a drive through mobile pickup order that was supposed to be ready in 21 minutes. Took over an hour. The folks working inside the store seemed to be slammed but failed to communicate ANYTHING. I just wish that restaurants like this would teach their employees how to keep the customers aware of backlog in orders. I don't mind waiting. What I do hate is being ignored. The wings were also served in a vat of oil because they were improperly drained. The fries were cold and the wings were lukewarm. You can tell there isn't any rhyme or reason to how they prepare orders either. I hate seeing people lose business because of lack of professionalism, but something has to give with the way they prepare food orders or we'll need to take our business outside of our neighborhood and that defeats the purpose of having restaurants close to us. I'll give them another try, just to make sure, but it's going to be tough to come back from this one.

Made an order thru doordash, after 3 hrs I still dont have my food and they are not answering the phone. I was charged already, they deserve a zero rating. I cant stand piss poor customer service having A@? Restaurants… then the young lady finally picks up the phone after me calling for 2 hours, with a stank attitude

Ordered online and still had an hour and 1/2 wait requested a refund and was told it couldn't be completed at the time. Customer service was horrible the location only concerned with money and not valuing the Customers. I recommend packing a lunch while waiting on your order.

If you order curbside then you shouldn’t have to go inside to get the order.. unacceptable what I just witness I’ll be contacting the corporate offices..

Lemon pepper chicken was really delicious. Customer service was top notch and I would recommend anyone to visit this location!

👎Food was horrible!! Corn was dried out and old. Wings were old as well! None of my food was fresh! I should have known when they said it would be ready in 28 minutes and it was ready in about 15 minutes. 🙄Never going to this location again 😒

Trash, garbage. Ordered online and took over an hour to get. When I finally received it, I was missing half of the order. I went through the drive-thru, a gentleman, after 5 minutes waiting, someone finally came to the window. 10 more minutes and another worker came, took our order again, and got it within 2 minutes.

My chicken was dry and the fries were dark like refried. The corn was dry. The employees looked like they were more concerned with their bags as they were going out the door. I waited over 20 minutes and didn't feel like going back in because the cashier had already told someone else that the manager wasn't there to give him his refund from a previous time. Disappointed because during lunch hours is pretty good.

The young lady that took my order was very nice and professional. There was also a server there that was arguing with the owner behind the counter, she was rude, loud and quite disrespectful. She needs to be reprimanded for her behavior and you could clearly see the other workers and customers were uncomfortable and embarrassed. After she left the others apologized and Gabe me my food which was hot and enjoyable

Consistently good, they do get quite busy so add a minimum of 5-10 minutes to the estimate.the staff is always friendly and work at an efficient speed to get everyone taken care of. You can see how fast they move in the kitchen.

Horrible customer service was on the phone for 17min waiting to order decided to drive to the location just to find the worker's standing around and letting the phone ring and the. Asked me for my order, told them I've been on hold for 17min , she proceeded to tell ok !!! I was like ok!!!! Right placed my order and then said she wasn't going to argue with me and canceled my order I that's fine and went to another location never again would I come to this location just ghetto and nasty !!!!!!

Trash a^^ survives, order a 10-piece boneless, and all they gave me was little pieces of bread. Maybe like 4 good pieces of chicken. Would have gone back but I did not care because I bought it for my girlfriend. But I will never visit this location aging. Honestly unbelievable.

Shout out to Shevonne. I had an issue that daytime management couldn’t seem to properly assist me or help me with. Nighttime management (Shevonne) definitely made sure my issue was resolved . I’ll come back and eat here because of her !

Nice place nice smells i guess for the lemon pepper & Buffalo wings are great but I came looking for Dry Rub Wings because Yorktown AMC DINE-IN has the best..... & STILL DOES because Wingstop Louisiana Rub was tasteless

The chicken wings is unusually large and tough the rude customer service is even larger. I said to the cashier this is my first time here let me see what i want. She was pushing to get a order from me. So i got half barbecue other half lemon pepper or something i saw the fries was real spicy i said to her i don't like real spicy foods i want fries with just cheese it seam like she made it extra spicy. I also ask for a large cup of water she told me it would be $ 3.00 i said that ok i will get water else were Got my order drove off, open my fries wanted to eat some. I ate one frie it all most set my soul on fire i went back to the Wingstop and return them she tried to give me now what i order i simply said i want my money back and left the store my first time here and my last time here i know a lot if people like your wings and fries i don't But i do not want to deterred them form going here everyone has there own experience and likes

The wings were fresh and as expected. The service at the counter was friendly. Would personally recommend. I plan to visit when in the area again.

Olivia at the front desk was the greatest very quick and friendly. In and out In less than 10 minutes highly recommend this location.

Yall play entirely too much for my liking. I made an online order today and about 30 min later I showed up and was told someone picked up my order. Then the cashier told me I don't know im just the cashier. So I parked my car and came in and she said they didn’t have my order. I explained that I had already paid for the order online. Eventually after going back and forth she had to make my order and I had to sit and wait for it to be made. Smh get your ish together.

I placed an online order. I wanted everything cooked well. My order said 21-26 minutes. I waited in the parking lot for 5 minutes until I went in. My order was ready when I arrived inside. The fries were ICE COLD. The chicken was hot. I'm very disappointed. I has to reheat my fries. Who does this????

We got our meal extra fast. Our orders were correct without any issues which is something to be said nowadas. Amber was an All Star host that gave us MVP service! She was very attentive to our experience and she even gave us additional chicken after she found out we were dining in. I was definitely not expecting to experience such treatment at a fast food wing place. I will definitely return and I recommend this place just for the service alone.

Today I ordered a pick up order thru Uber Eats for the 15 for 2 special. Upon getting home, I realized there were no fries and they gave me all drums (even though I didn’t ask for it). I promptly returned it. Why the five stars? ACCOUNTABILITY AND CUSTOMER SERVICE! When I explained what happened, they (a young lady named Theresa or Tatiana and a male cook with dreads) immediately apologized and remade my order fresh. There was no arguing nor were they dismissive. The food turned out to be delicious and hot.

We ordered delivery and it was fast and everything arrived hot and perfect. Fries could be done a little more but that’s our fault not order Well done . Will definitely be ordering again. Probably the biggest boneless wings I ve had.

I was there yesterday for pick up. When I arrived they said my order was almost ready they were just waiting on my fries. This was around 6:09pm. Then time went by. There were 2 employees who were just sitting around on their phone. Then about 30 minutes past and the cashier came up to me and ask if I was picking up and I told her yes you told me you were just waiting on fries. Then she said they can’t find my order and that the ticket was never printed out. I ask for my money back but was told I had to come the next day when the manager was there. They made me write my order down and had to make it all over again. I received my new order at 6:50pm. They ended up finding the old order and just threw away the receipt. I’ll never go that location anymore.

My food is always done on time and i’ve never had a problem with the service. The wait time is about 10-20 minutes depending on what you order. But other than that the food is always well seasoned and my food is never shortened

Me and my friend ordered the boneless wings and fries and everything was perfect, the cashiers had great customer service.
