Horrible experience. First of all the guy needs to learn to mind his own business and save his slick comments to himself. Asking my wife “oh your man go back to sleep and you have to work” like how is that any of your business. We have children there for I work 3rd shift and my wife works first. So yea I was going back to sleep after a long nights work. And besides that without asking the driver takes automatically the highway instead of asking first. He of course did this to hop the meter higher to get more money. My wife had really bad anxiety. I know I’ll never call again. Yes he was puntual. Ray gave me a ride and offered to bring me back to the airport after my meetings. He was early and made my day less stressful.

They are so humble, professional, and attentive. They respond within seconds and keep with their word on pickup times. I totally recommend them. This place saved me yall, after 3 other taxis cancelled on me these guys got someone out even though it meant putting off Valentine's breakfast with his wife. I needed a ride to airport and tried the online transport service and it did not work since the driver got lost. We had to get to the airport from the suburbs and Ray was right on time, and was very professional. He got to us to the airport perfectly and I would definitely recommend his services!

So much easier than driving there. We were shuttled from Waukesha to O'hare and 1 week later shuttled back. Ray was always very quick to respond and had a driver waiting for us, early both times (more than 1/2 hour early to pick us up in Chicago. Worked out great as we were ready earlier than planned). Both drivers were very pleasant, professional, and communicated extremely well. I would highly recommend Ray's service. I will contact him again for future needs.

Ray to The Rescue! Ray helped us out with a short trip around the airport...and then I left a laptop in his cab. He tracked us down using a business card and quickly returned the laptop to us before our flight left. Not all heroes wear capes!! Thank you, Ray!
