Thieves is a word to describe them. Never in my life would I come workout at that gym. FYI IF YOU GET CALL SAYING YOU WON A GIVEAWAY DO NOT GO ITS ALL A LIE. that’s how they get you to them and they try to take your money without you even knowing. Also the FREE 7 days pass is a lie and another way for them try to take more than $300 from you without telling you. Be careful people don’t fall for this gym or their staff. Horrible experience!!!!

**Update: DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR CARD INFORMATION. Charged my account almost $800 today. No phone number to call. Tried messaging on FB. Never signed up and there is no reason for that much money to be taken out of my account. Husband tried a free trial months ago… was not interested, returned the key before the week was up. 3 months later and our card was charged $136! Can’t find any number to contact anyone and we did not agree to any sort of membership! Very afraid they are going to charge our card again in the future. Insane that they do not have a phone number.

I bought the aira fitness challenge kit online in August and since then I have been charged the same amount every month for a service to which I do not have access. The opt-out option was not found in the app and on the site. And no one answers. Beware of scam !!

This company took 300$ from me and refuse to refund it. Per there terms they should not have charged me until after the 7 day period. I went into cancel my membership within the 7 days and they refuse to pay me back. Stating they don't do refunds. If you want your money stolen from you, this is the perfect place to go.

Aira Fitness has been an amazing experience. I Received a call from Caitlin explaining I had received a gift card to the gym and asked if I would like a tour. I was 2 months postpartum and eager to get back to working out on my own and I accepted. I met her at the Gurnee location where she gave me a tour of the location and explain to me the gyms functions. The gym is clean, organized and not crowded. Without going into to many personal details. Caitlin sat with me and made me feel comfortable about being at the gym and helped me organize some personal details to allow me to be able to continue to use their services. Overall I can’t say enough good things about Aria fitness.

I have had this membership for 6 months. They don't give refunds, and the gyms are filthy. Fingernails all over, food, dirt, bathrooms are a mess. I cannot get a hold of any one to cancel my membership. Instead my bank now has to file claims. Do not go here. Extremely unprofessional. Also you did not receive a free gift card, it is a trap!

Place of Liars. I went in for a free 7 day trial. I asked how do I cancel, the lady told me to just leave my key fob. I did that took a picture and sent to them. They did nothing then charged me. You can't get in contact with anyone to talk to them. No phone number, no nothing. They claim their contact is through email. I've had 2 emails not returned in over 2 months. Just a place of liars. Only thing to trust is they will take your money. Don't ever give them your CC info.

I’ve been coming here for almost a year and love it!! I love that it’s open 24/7 because my schedule changes so much so this works perfectly for me. The gym is always clean too so that’s good.

Honestly I have come in and really enjoyed my workouts. Mainly, most of the time I come in there isn't too many people here. It's very peaceful. Great equipment selection!! Very clean and organized. Alex, the owner or man in charge, is a great dude. He is cool to chat with when he is around and he even helps you in your workouts if you need it! Clean towels and the all time perk 24/7!! I am loving it!!

Great spot to have in town! All the equipment needed to stay in shape and showers to freshen up when you're done.

Nothing but good things to say about Aira Gurnee. I love that they are open 24-7. It allows me to go anytime I can sneak in a few minutes to workout. I did have some issues with the app, which allows you access to the gym. But I contacted Aira and they responded immediately and resolved the problem. I highly recommend this gym to anyone looking for a great, quiet place to workout with wonderful customer service.
