Recently started coming to this location and I love it! Britney ( esthetician ) is so friendly and does great with my facials. I tried a stretch session for the first time ever with Nana and she was amazing!!! 10/10 recommend these wonderful ladies and I love how spacious the rooms at this location are. Front desk is friendly and helpful as well.

Truly one of the best massages I have ever had. Dan was fantastic, extremely knowledgeable and incredibly skilled. I left feeling a million times better and will definitely be back! The environment was calm, clean, and friendly, and I can't believe I waited as long as I did to come here!

Do not go to this location! Did a stretch and wasn’t even 20 minutes, made a comment as to why just the stretch would be less that 20 min giving there no changing and redressing to management when leaving they apologized and said they would add another 30 and not charge ended up being another just over 20 min session and they did end up charging me for two. Tried to call management to rectify the situation and have called 4 times with no one to speak to or management reaching back. Just got to regular massage places

this was my first facial ever and i had such a wonderful experience! brittany was the esthetician and she did such a wonderful job. i felt calm and relaxed and she was a great person to chat with. she targeted all my skin concerns and took me step by step of what she was going to do and made sure to warn me for any pain (not like there was much 😂) she also gave me arm and hand massages while my mask was settling in which was so relaxing! she did some amazing extractions as well and there’s so much visible difference after the one visit. hyperpigmentation has seemingly disappeared and active breakouts have calmed. if you’re looking to get an awesome facial, request brittany!

Helen is excellent at sensing the exact amount of pressure necessary to get the job done. She goes just deep enough to get to the muscle effectively and eases up just before its too much pressure. She also has a great listening skill so that she adjusts to your needs as you let her know.

Difficult to get booked with deep tissue massage therapist. Two months out! They also changed my appointment time without informing me then refused to reimburse me for the amount of massage time I missed. Very poor communication & unwillingness to make things right.

I had a facial and Brittney was very gentle on my skin but her arm massage left me bruised. The front desk person was quite rude and disrespectful because I am hard of hearing.

Dan does an awesome job!! He listens to me and works magic on my tension spots.He finds knots that I didn't even know I had. :) I always leave feeling so much better than when I arrived.

Great customer service at the front desk! Jennifer gave me my massage and was very settle tone, her hands were calm and soft, and she gave me the massage I wanted all while making sure I was comfortable. Nonetheless, very clean and calming location.

Adissa at this location is an amazing esthetician! I highly recommend her if you are looking for a great facial.

Beyond frustrated! No I've been waiting for the manager to call me for the last 2 weeks and no has yet to respond. They set up a membership that I never agreed to. This is the worst experience. I've tried a supposed corporate number and nothing. Don't sign up because they just take your money
