reasonably

deal
for
a
last
minute
availability
for
a
60-min
(really
45min
massage:
5min
taken
in
beginning
to
undress
-despite
being
15
min
early.

redress,

who
knows
why
he
left
the
massage
room
mid-massage).
From
check-in,
the
front
desk
had
3
young
ladies,
1
was
training.
Their
welcome
was
lacking
friendliness.
I
was
offered
to
sit
in
a
pre-massage
waiting
room
w/o
being
told
anything
about
the
perks
inside
the
room.
Those
I
heard
from
one
of
the
other
customers
orientation
as
he
was
also
guided
to
sit
in
the
same
room.
The
music
kept
skipping
&
going
off.
It’s
was
the
most
awkward
experience
I’ve
ever
had
during
a
professional
massage.
Well-intended
I’m
sure,
he
started
out
the
massage
trying
to
verbally
offer
me
unsolicited
exercises/stretches
that
I
could
do
at
home.
This
lasted
10
minutes
before
he
took
a
breath
&
that’s
when
I
did
my
best
to
ask
him
“can
we
please
have
some
quiet
time?
I
don’t
mean
to
be
rude,
I
appreciate
your
rationales
/teaching
but
this
would
be
most
helpful
for
me
right
now.”
He
didn’t
reply
at
all.
It
felt
like
I
offended
him
but
I
don’t
know
many
people
who
want
to
be
talked
to
during
a
massage.
Maybe
he
was
new,
idk.
After
that,
I
didn’t
know
how
to
salvage
the
massage
so
was
at
the
mercy
of
his
recovery
from
that
awkward
moment.
His
hand
/knuckle
pressure
was
firm
which
I
appreciated
however,
the
speed
of
his
massage
was
so
fast
I
felt
like
I
was
a
going
through
a
car
wash
or
a
mixer.
Mid-way
the
massage
someone
knocks
on
the
door.
The
Massage
Therapist
says,
“occupied.”
A
minute
later,
again,
someone
knocks
on
the
door.
This
time,
the
therapist
actually
got
up
and
left
the
room
for
a
few
minutes.
This
has
never
happened
to
me
while
getting
a
massage.
He
started
to
explain
why
he
left
the
room
as
someone
has
confused
who
they
were
looking
for
in
the
room
we
were
occupying.
Bottom
line:
This
particular
location
could
use
guidance
in
customer
service
&
some
tips
in
professionalism.
While
I
tipped
more
than
20%,
I
am
thankful
I
don’t
pay
full
price
&
NO,
I
won’t
be
back
to
this
location
