I think this is an awesome place for toddlers. We went right after when they opened at 12 noon and there were not a lot of people yet. He had a lot of fun and explore every corner of the place. The staff let him experience to ride the zipline halfway while my husband hold him. For kids that are really young, you have to keep an eye on them as the older kids can be rough playing sometimes. We left around 2pm when the crowd started to come in for mostly large groups celebrating birthdays. Overall experience, it was great!

Let’s put it this way - if you want to host a birthday party where you have it ALL covered for your toddler and their little friends - THIS IS THE PLACE! I hosted my 2yr old’s birthday party here and it was so smooth right from planning to execution! The manager, Brian and his staff are the BEST! They were there to assist me at every step- answer all my questions, help me plan and even more! They went out of their way to offer everything they could to make my party successful! I got the ocean room but the staff helped me decorate it with Cocomelon theme! They even drew a special little mermaid name board for my girl! The facility itself is very beautiful, so clean and the kids have plenty to keep themselves occupied! I had kids between ages 2-13 yrs old and they all had so much fun! Will definitely recommend!!

We recently hosted a birthday party here and it was GREAT. Would definitely do it again. We had 12 kiddos ages 1-9 join us, mostly neurotypical kids plus some with CP, autism and intellectual disabilities, and they all had a very fun time. The staff was incredibly accommodating and helpful. We loved the Dinosaur birthday room (we brought the balloons but they provided everything else). Would definitely come back.

Took my kids to the grand re-opening and they had a blast. Definitely a great place for kids to get out some energy during the cold and wet months. They have fun birthday party themed rooms as well as a calming room.

Really awesome place for young children and special needs children! They have everything from swings to a foam pit to rock climbing! It's a really cool place for kids!

Fantastic, clean, family friendly. My son uses a gait trainer and was able to navigate the premises very well! The staff was super positive! I am so grateful this has opened again!!

A great place to take the kids to burn some energy during the winter months. The kids love the trampoline and zip line. Lots of fun swings and other toys for them to play with also. $18 for two kids is pretty reasonable.

We love EVERYTHING about Carter's Play Place! Our family is pretty selective on public play places. Carter's provides a VERY clean, inclusive, comfortably size play area. The staff at Carter's are always kind, helpful & patient. I really could go on and on as to why you should utilize this unique play space.

I love this place! We had my grandsons 3rd birthday party here, and we LOVED it. My niece said she was never leaving and wanted to sleep in the foam pit. Highly recommend. Shout out to Brian who must have run my grandson down the zip line 2000 times. 😉

Perfect place for open play with a 2 year old. He has so much fun and I didn't feel stressed as everything is age appropriate. Clean and not overly busy. Super friendly staff. We will be back every weekend in the winter!

Carter’s Play Place continues to impress us. Not only is the environment great for kiddos of all abilities, the staff takes the time to play and interact with the kids ensuring a positive experience (like playing peek a boo while cleaning a door). 10/10 recommended!

This past weekend, we had a private party for our daughter turning 3. Everything from booking the party to the day of party went very smooth. Brian stayed in contact with me for a few weeks prior to the party just making sure my questions were answered and confirming food, entertainment, etc…Their customer service was all around 5 stars!!! Our group had a BLAST!!! Do yourself a favor & book with Carters Play Place if you need a venue for a kids party. The biggest hit was definitely the zip line for our older ones (age range 7-10) Our little ones had fun just running everywhere.

Amazing fun indoor playground! Wonderful, friendly staff and very clean! Great place for have fun, learn, and introduce kiddos to new kids. Very happy we purchased the 1-year membership!

Hands down a top 5 favorite place to take kids in the Indy area. We've been for special programming (Red White & Bluey) and for regular open play time and my kids barely want to leave. The staff is incredibly friendly and you can just tell that they love kids- they engage with them, and jump in to play when kids include them. I can't express enough how much we love Carter's!
