I never thought the words "I love this immediate care" would come from me, but here we are. Consistent availability, clean, friendly, and open when others are not. We have used the Glenview and Mount Prospect locations, and will continue to do so!

Let me just start by saying that this place “gets it” when it comes to pediatric care! This facility is clean and they take care of patients in a timely manner so we didn’t have to wait for long. Every parent out there that has ever had a sick child knows how valuable this is. Every single person working at this facility is friendly and helpful. The wonderful lady working at the front desk was so kind and helpful. The nurse that we saw really knew how to deal with my sick toddler and she made him feel at ease. Also, the doctor was very kind and patient and he helped us diagnose the issue quickly so we can grab our medication and go on with our day. All in all, this place is an easy 5 stars. If we ever need urgent care we will be back for sure.

The extra star is for clean and nice facility with convenient parking. They should have a clear system for appointments or no appointments. They ask you to set up an appointment online. In real life the receptionist does not care about the appointment time that you set-up. You have to sit and wait until they take care of patients without appointment. Unprompted appointments. Unpleasant nurse. We live close to this place so we would be more than happy if the management improve quality of service in this beautiful facility.

Most pleasant immediate care visit I’ve ever had! Very caring staff, clean facility, took time to explain everything to my child and make sure she felt comfortable. We will be back!

Came due to the Northbrook Lurie Urgent Care closing. Waited over a half hour to be seen, despite checking in early for a scheduled appointment. Walk ins were seen before us, and we had a toddler waiting for bedtime. The appointment itself was slow, an incredibly slow ear check for an infection with a screaming toddler.

This place is fantastic! Love this place. Registration was a piece of cake. Everyone was friendly. Place is clean. Not too long of a wait. So glad I found this place!
