I visited this store and once again, not greeted by anyone. In fact one of the employees cut me off heading to the front to ask to go on break. Then when the same employee bolted to the back of the store again cut me off in the isle. Perhaps customer service training would help? I will not be returning!

Robyn at #Ultabeauty Bloomingdale IL salon botched my hair color!!! Before she started my color application I discussed the root touch up color I wanted is light brown/dark blonde and highlight placement. I showed her a picture of myself of said color to confirm & give her a visual. To my horror she dyed my hair black!!! The root touch color and I requested was light brown/dark blonde which is the color in the photo I showed her!! WTH!! And the highlights were two big stripes!! Again no where near what we discussed!! And the other highlights are hardly visible and mainly covered by the black touch up color Robyn applied!! She slopped the touch up color on top of head instead of brushing in between the foils. I questioned her why my hair is black when my hair base color is light brown/ dark blonde? She lied and said it not black and just looks darker because it’s wet. And also said that the color I wanted!!! What? We discussed for 10 minutes the color & showed her the photo of the tone & color not black! Instead of saying sorry and admit the botched hair color she said this is what the picture looks like!! Clearly it is not. So I talked to the manager and showed him the picture. Ryan agreed that Robyn did a careless job and would not charge me $300.00 for this terrible hair color application. I started to cry because this really was cruel to do to someone’s hair. Ryan said I’m sorry”. I have beautiful thick hair that everyone says I I am so lucky to have & I don’t take for granted. So I wasted my time as well, it took Robyn almost 4 hours (usually takes 2.5 hrs) Robyn must have tired and/or lazy because at the latter end of the application she had an intern help her slop on the black root touch up color. ) When washing my hair the water was very hot almost SCALDING!!! WTH? I had to tell her 2x the water is almost scalding !! She said that the water at this shampoo bowl comes on so hot!! So why would you put me at the bowl & not test the water first. There was no one else getting their hair washed, so why use that bowl? In fact there was no else even in the salon except at the end of appointment another stylist had a client. It’s mind boggling that Robyn is considered an Elite stylist!! SCARY in fact!!! So now I have to get a color correction! AND my hair is now damaged, fried!! Thanks a lot Robyn!

I just went to this store, looking to buy some Mac products that a friend recommended to me, the store is practically without customers and all the people who serve the cosmetics area super busy talking to each other, no one came to ask me if I occupied help in fact they turned to look me up and down , I wanted to think that it was my imagination and that soon someone would come to take care of me but unfortunately it was not like that, bad for them, advice for those who attend NEVER JUDGE SOMEONE BY THEIR APPEARANCE BECAUSE YOU CAN LOSE A VERY GOOD SALE

Most amazing guest service, I came in the other day looking for a new makeup product, I have a dog bite scar, and needed something to cover it up, the new product is my favorite!! Truly feeling confident now! the mac representative helped me through the whole process, I will definitely revisit and asks for her!

Had a bad experience while checking out with Melany. She never made eye contact and was distracted talking to another coworker that did not have a customer at the time. I asked her about the free gift with my purchase. She was rude and snappy when going to check for it. As I asked another question she seemed bothered and was not helpful, and I felt rushed. So I ended up leaving 3 products I had intended to purchase. This has never happened at this location.

Just went to the salon and met Carissa for my appt... Best first haircut I've ever experienced, I am rather picky... Carissa was very knowledgeable about the science of hair and haircare, I am also tender headed - never once did I need to inform her that I was, as she was gentle throughout. I did the cut, deep condition, and a scalp treatment. my hair feels great and while I joked with her this was our "first date" - I finally found a stylist that I will see a 2nd time! Highly recommend her specifically

I have been coming here for over 10 years only because it’s the closest location to my house; the service here has always been trash and 90% of the girl who work the register are extremely rude and have a nasty attitude. If you hate your job just say that, stop taking it out on customers.

Went in wanting to purchase a new foundation, I needed someone to help me find the correct shade. An employee found some one to help but and that employee was extremely rude. She basically grab one shade and slap it on my face and told me that was the one. She then went to grab one for me and basically shoved into my hands. Will never shop here again
