An outstanding experience! Our extended family did two separate escape rooms when we were there. Excellent, immersive puzzle design with the right balance of hints to keep us rolling. Highly recommend!

Decided to use a winter break day and take the kiddos to do this experience. It was myself, a 15 year old, a 14 year old, and a 9 year old. We opted to do the "Capones Cabin" room and enjoyed it. We were promptly greeted and walked through our room by an awesome young woman (wish I would have caught her name, but she had awesome green hair). While we didn't solve the room, we got close and had some helpful clues along the way. We will definitely be back in the future to try another room! 🙂

We had a great time completing 14 Floors Below at Solve. Our game master, Tiara, was friendly and communicated with us just the right amount to make our game challenging and fun. Several of us in the group had done many escape rooms before. This one had all the right things - good game mechanics, a variety of puzzles, and a well established theme. 14 Floors Below is best for 5-8 people.

Kid-friendly, creative and original!!! Thanks so much for hosting us!!! The rooms are so big and has so many puzzles!!! This is super fun with mind blowing puzzles and we’re enjoying every second including our 6-year old daughter. Our host Tiera is super passionate and patient and told us about other unsolved puzzles at the end in the late evening~ We’ve done a couple of dozen real escape rooms across US, all the puzzles are so unique, original, creative, fun and logical. ❤ will come back to conquer more rooms in future for sure

We had a great time with our son for his first escape room. We just barely finished the 14 Floors Below room with 2 minutes to spare! The room was very immersive. The puzzles were challenging but not impossible and were incredibly fun. Our host was super friendly and helpful. You can tell that a lot of thought and passion went into these rooms. Will definitely be back.

Had a fantastic time escaping from the 14 floors below room. Very thematic and engaging with a great balance of challenging and satisfying puzzles! The host was extremely nice and fun to talk to before and after the game. Looking forward to coming back for other rooms in the future Edit:Came back finally for the capone cabin room with some family and it was just as fun as the first room! Alexa has helpful and friendly, very pleasant experience and can't wait to come back to conquer room 3!

I had a great time going with a group of 6 at the (I forgot exactly what it was called) office thief multi-room escape room. The workers there were very kind and helped create an all around amazing experience, the story lines and the escape rooms themselves were so much fun! I appreciate this experience and think about it a lot!! I wish the best to all the people who put this program together and hope more people visit these corporations.

We had a fun time doing this as a family. Definitely one do the most challenging escape rooms I’ve done (Al Capone cabin). I’d love to go back and try another room too! Staff was very friendly and the room is VERY thought out.

Excellent and exceptional rooms! My husband and I have completed nearly 30 rooms around the nation and we would rank Solve Escape rooms here in the top 5! Rooms are really interesting with a great mix of puzzles and unique ideas! We really enjoyed it and will be back when new rooms are added!

We all had a great time! We had so much fun solving the puzzles and following the clues, and definitely appreciated the hints to keep us on track. We can’t wait for our next challenge and already booked for another experience at Solve Escape Rooms. Thanks for being such a fun host!!

Truly a 5/5 experience. Friendly staff, good puzzles that are difficult but not purposely obtuse. Really one of the best puzzles of any escape room I’ve ever done, well done to the designer. And the idea of making a donation to a charity is really sweet too. Would recommend to anyone, will be back to play again.

Solve Escape Room is by FAR the best escape room I’ve ever been to. I’ve tried escape rooms in Madison and Chicago and truly believe the best location is right in Waukesha at Solve! The puzzles are so unique and clever; you’ll likely experience a mechanism you’ve never seen before. If you have family or friends visiting, take them to Solve. The memories and laughs I’ve had here I’ll definitely remember for a life time. Can’t wait to try out another room at Solve soon!

This place is awesome! The two people working (I believe the owners) who helped us were so friendly and welcoming. The fictional story (National Treasure) was fun and the rooms were challenging. We were in a group of 8 and it felt comfortable (in terms of space) in the rooms. 10/10 recommend to anyone.

OMG MY QUEEN ELISE WAS AMAZING!! She made us a friendship bracelet while were escaping and was just the most kind soul. She was so friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this location. Amazing rooms and lovely staff!!! 🩷🩷🩷
