I went to get my underarms waxed at The Salon Professional Academy yesterday by Alyssa Martin. I was extremely nervous because it was the first time I had ever gotten this done, but Alyssa made me feel extremely comfortable the whole entire time that I was there. She was super professional, but very personable and caring at the same time. She took her time and was very precise by making sure that there wasn't a single hair left in my underarms after the wax. I was also really impressed with the business as a whole. The staff are very friendly and it is a clean and tidy environment. I will definitely be going back there to see Alyssa very soon!

I had a wonderful experience getting my hair done by Abby L. Her teacher was right there helping her with everything she needed. It was so relaxing. I would recommend anyone looking to get their hair done to go here. Abby is a wonderful young lady doing an awesome job. I look forward to my next visit with her. I had the opportunity to be Abigail’s client numerous times. I’ve gotten my eyebrows waxed, my hair colored, highlighted, and cut on multiple occasions. Every experience I’ve had with Abigial has been amazing. She is very thorough and ensures she is understanding my wants and concerns with my hair. Her knowledge and reassurance is extremely comforting and refreshing. I will definitely be visiting Abigail again!

While I know this is a school, so nothing is gonna be perfect my experience was...bad. I was there for over three hours and had to leave in the middle of my appointment because I was becoming anxious as she was doing my back layers, I noticed she chopped my "layer" way too short when cutting the layer, and it was just taking way too long. I feel bad but I got up and said I had to go. The student seemed uncomfortable with the haircut I wanted which initially didn't help my nervousness about the whole thing but gave her a chance anyway. However, I do not want to discourage her because she and the instructor were extremely nice, but I ended up having to pay and go elsewhere to get it fixed the next day. They offered to finish it another day... but at that point I was just uncomfortable with them continuing. They need to make sure the student is confident enough to do a haircut on a person before they let them.

I went to The Salon Professional Academy a couple weeks ago, seeing Alyssa for a facial, I could not recommend her and her services more! She was very well informed and was helpful from start to end. She explained everything she was going to do to my skin, giving me options and constantly making sure I was also informed, happy, and comfortable with the decisions, and was making sure to ask if I felt uncomfortable with any product she put on, and making sure I knew that she could take it off if I thought I was having a reaction to. Alyssa was also very friendly, talking to me about whatever came up and genuinely gave me a wonderful experience. After the facial, she recommended some products for me, going into the why and how-to, being sure that I could pick something which was within my budget for the day, and the product I purchased has been working wonderfully! The room itself was well sectioned off, warm, darker, and had relaxing music playing during the entire service. Again, I cannot recommend this buisness, service, or Alyssa more! My skin looks healthier, and I'm excited to see her again for another service.

Thank you Abigail L for doing my hair! I never trust anyone but Abigail did an outstanding job treating, highlighting, and cutting my hair. With the recommended products she told me about and hair care tips, my hair has been less tangled too! Definitely going to Abigail again !!

I went and received a wonderful conditioning treatment from the lovely Brianna. Everything was fantastic and my hair hasn’t felt better! She then gave me a gorgeous styling, I loved it!

I came in and got a pedicure done by Savannah J, and she was amazing! She was very informative about everything she was doing and was very sweet and relaxing! She has also done my hair a few times and is just wonderful! Definitely will be coming back to her!
