Will not be back. Just had 3 tanks visual inspections. $96.30. Sticker is cheap poorly placed and already falling off. The store was not open at 10am when I arrived as advertised. Only $17 buck a tank in Hobart. New owners bumping price on everything. Been shopping here for year's. Loved visiting the ladies and hearing all the diving stories. Not worth the trip now with all the price hikes.

I took the open water certification diving course through Just Add H20. The instructors were great!! I really enjoyed my experience there. As soon as possible I will be buying my first set of Gear there also. Kathy has been extremely nice about all of my NEWBIE questions.

If you purchase a 'new' technical racing suit from Just Add H2O, please know that it may have been tried on multiple times prior to being sold to you as 'new', even if you placed an order for a new suit. We found this out the hard way by ordering and paying for a new tech suit and then finding out when we came to pick it up that it had been tried on, who knows how many times. When I asked for a refund I was refused, even though there were powder and deodorant marks all over the suit from it having been tried on prior to my picking it up. Very disappointing!

This little shop is fantastic! Family owned and they care so much! They have everything you need and are always willing to answer questions and guide you. The courses they offer to further your SCUBA education are phenomenal. Their pricing is very reasonable. They are absolutely incredible and handle customer service well.

Very, Very Helpful. Trying to find a modest bathing suit in January (in northern indiana) isn't easy. They assisted in trying on several suits to best fit my child.

Incredible family owned business! They were so kind, knowledgeable, and welcoming. I would give them more stars if I could! They really went above and beyond to help me get comfortable with learning scuba diving. I had a lot of anxiety coming into the training and working with Jean was excellent, he was knowledgeable and patient. They take the time to get to know you and share a lot of information. I loved that they have multiple generations of the family working here and running the business, it really shows in how much they care. I highly recommend if you're thinking abut trying out Scuba.

My wife and I recently obtained our OWD certifications with JustAddH20 and it was a good experience. Terry is a great instructor!

Great dive shop! Very friendly, helpful staff. Good prices on gear. Sold us a wetsuit, fins, snorkel, mask. The rental gear is really nice, new equipment, Scubapro regs. My son was certified with them. Overall great experience. Now that I’m getting back into diving, this will be our go to shop.

I came to Just add H2O on September 19th 2016 to buy my son a pair of goggles ( which I have never done before). I had lots of questions, again because this was all new to me. The goggles I liked were for ages 6-14, my son is 12 and they did not fit, to me the age group is very wide , I would like to see a six year old that could fit these goggles. She showed me another pair which I didn't like but they did fit him so I said I would buy them, I asked if I could go on line and look for the ones that I liked but didn't fit, she was extremely rude saying " why would I tell you that information so you go and buy them else where". I do understand that , but I was still buying from her, but because I was asking to many questions that she wouldn't or maybe couldn't answer she asked me to leave her store and I was not to come back. So I left the store still with not one of my many questions answered . I did apologize to her for whatever I may have done but she wouldn't have it! Any way, time to find a new swim store where people treat customers like people instead of only caring about what is being bought!! Never Returning again Jennifer Lantz
