Everything from ordering, set up to pickup was flawless. The bounce house was immaculate and perfect for my grandsons 2nd birthday party. The people who did the set up were kind, polite, professional and extremely cautious to ensure safety while in use. Same can be said for the people who came to take it down. I highly recommend Bounce Houses R Us!

We had some weather and scheduling challenges this summer, but Bounce Houses R Us were flexible and helpful as we figured out our solutions. They communicate really well, and we will definitely be renting from them again! Very simple and easy, very personal. Great service!

Rented the 90ft obstacle course for our son's 8th grade graduation party in our back yard. Everyone, including some of us adults who took a turn, loved it! Even my 62 year old parents 🤣. Everyone who approached the backyard said, "WOW! That's awesome!" Delivery, set up, and pickup guys were courteous and professional. Overall, I am happy with my decision to go with this item with Bounce Houses R Us! My boys and the attendees had an awesome time = $ well spent!!

Absolutely satisfied with this company and our rentals! Rented two bounce houses and a cotton candy machine for a cookout and everything was handled with utmost professionalism; great products, friendly, helpful, and great communication from staff - from the booking, to the delivery and pickup, everything was so smooth and we will definitely rent from them again, highly recommend!

My son was hospitalized last year and we had to cancel his party last minute. The person I spoke with was sympathetic and allowed us to use our down payment for this year. Service was great and both delivery and pickup were very nice people!
