This
place
used
to
be
fun.
It
used
to
have
some
character.
Now
it's
just
a
bland
spot
catering
to
the
changed
neighborhood.
If
gentrification
was
a
restaurant,
it
would
be
this
place
in
it's
current
incarnation.
Tried
it
out
for
the
first
time
since
pre-pandemic.
Service
was
great
but
that
was
about
it,
unfortunately.
Our
wonderful
server
informed
us
that
we
shouldn't
even
bother
ordering
drinks
(old
fashioned)
because
they
didn't
have
the
required
ingredients
and
they
"wouldn't
be
good
anyway"
(
points
to
server
for
honesty).
Ordered
just
bourbon
in
a
glass
and
got
what
looked
and
tasted
like
a
water
that
might
have
been
sitting
next
to
a
glass
of
bourbon
as
it
was
being
poured?
Then
we
have
the
food.
Veggie/beet
burger
was
good.
Everything
else
wasn't.
Ordered
dip
and
it
tasted
like
something
I
could
buy
at
Aldi.
Came
with
extremely
stale
chips,
mixed
with
moderately
stale
chips
(???).
Sweet
potato
fries
were
all
over
the
place.
Some
tasted
undercooked.
Some
overcooked?
Don't
know
how
that
happens
with
freshly
made
food
(same
confusion
as
the
chips)
Overall,
I'm
disappointed
in
the
direction
this
place
has
gone.
For
a
place
literally
called
"revolution",
it
sure
seems
like
more
of
the
same
trajectory
that
has
ruined
other
places
and
turned
them
into
cookie
cutter,
forgettable
spots
for
yoga
moms
and
fintech
bros
to
feel
like
they're
having
a
unique
experience.
I
feel
sad
knowing
that
I
won't
ever
be
able
to
return
to
this
place
for
an
enjoyable
time.
