    Ordered from the site instead of ubereats received wrong order and boneless which I ordered bone in that was ordered and cold overcooked tots. Made a complaint through company. This site manager responded back with a sincere apology and offered a gift card that I NEVER RECEIVED DUE TO LACK OF COMMUNICATION AFTER SETTLEMENT AGREEMENT WASTED 60 DOLLARS NEVER BEEN BACK OR ORDERED SINCE THEN

    My cousin order food online and not only was the food late and cold, but we received the bag pack with some of the boxes sideways. The sauce was all over the bag and the seasoning was all mixed together. And chicken was really dry. Worst experience ever.

    Representative was great. The greeter, waitress and security were all great workers. The food was fresh and the only problem was the 1st set of fried were cold due to me ordering my food well done. The waitress didn't hesitate to reorder me a fresh batch. Love the experience

    I came here yesterday to watch the NBA Finals. Me & the boys had a good time. Food always on point. Drinks was definitely a hit. Some Guy bought us drinks also. We had a blast this my go to spot everytime I come to the south loop. You have to go in the store to see how everything works out for your experience. The staff are nice & I love the atmosphere. Highly recommend this place. 10/10 with me

    Nearly 1 hour+ for our food to be delivered. Wings and fries were cold and there’s wasn’t even napkins or forks. Plus some wings look very dry while others are drenched as if they are drowning.

    If I could give this place 0 stars I would without hesitation. To begin with, my family and me came in tonight and ordered a bunch of food. Our wings and fries were COLD, my son’s tenders looked undercooked. We asked our waitress if we can get new ones since our food was cold, as a manager I expected the food to be fresh and hot… but no our food was only re-heated. Highly disappointed, after we spoke to a manager he said he would re-make it for us and we didn’t get no apology waited more time on food and my son was hungry so he was picking on cold fries. As I mentioned earlier as a manager I would’ve expected atleast a small discount for cold food and for waiting but nope. Won’t be coming back.

    It was Super Bowl night so I give them a lil break. The wait time to get seated was abt 15 and then food time was over 1hr. Everything was okay despite the wait. Food was well cooked and drinks were good per usual. Try the spicy passion margarita if you get a chance to!

    Very skimpy with the wing sauce, seasoning, and sides of ranch. Never plan on coming back here again this place is trash. This is not what I paid for... CHEAP WAGE s1av3s aren't getting a raise for being cheap with your resources so there is no excuse. Say sorry all you want. How about a free meal for such BS? Why do I have to ask for utensils and napkins on top of having to persuade them to bring the order which was placed an hour in advanced and they were over 5 minutes late? Explain that. Bring in the AI if your employees can't do their jobs.

    Do not order here!! I’ve gotten delivery and take out, but I will not be ordering from this store again. There is always a long delay or some kind of disorganization where the store loses your order and/or gives you the wrong stuff. They never communicate what’s going on. The chicken salad that I got tonight was inedible because the lettuce was rotten. The chicken was barely sauced. They gave me the wrong dip & the guacamole was gross. There is no way the kitchen here is clean. Somebody needs to shut this place down.

    Okay service. Was around lunch time but they were not busy. Which didn't make sense that our appetizers and entrées items didn't come out at the correct times, but food was okay.

    Disgusting place. Service is so bad. The wings are ALWAYS raw. I’ve tried this location many times to give it extra chances but each time it is disgusting and not worth ONE hour wait for a server to help us and the TWO hour wait for the food to come out cold AND raw. I’m going to get campylobacter. Extremely sad and disappointed I just wanted some wings on BOGO but instead I got unhatched chickens. The server was not serving. She is not made for serving. Not only did she walk away after asking if we were ready to order but she came back after another 30 minutes to ask if we were doing OKAY.??? Me and my husband were full off of the unseasoned fries after cutting through every chicken wing and finding hard nasty pieces that were basically rubber. NASTY BUFFALO WILD WINGS SHAME ON YOU.

    I only order to go (Pick up) from this location. Yet to this day I haven’t seen them complete an order accurately. My last order today I had ordered wings with sauce on the side and they had applied the sauce to the wings (I have family member who don’t eat spicy food), on top of that large fries were missing. I only gave two stars because the wings are edible.

    The WORST Buffalo Wild Wings chain, I've been to. I did an online order to pick up my food at 11am, the site says that it's ready for pick up, but upon coming to the restaurant they haven't made my order and REFUSED to make it until 11:30am. I had to sit there and wait 35 min for my order. The host said they only make takeout order every 15 min...Please provide a better time expectations for your customer. If it'll be ready by 11:30 the you should've stayed it in the order and I would've come at the expected time! Instead of apologizing the host/server just shrug her shoulders. Also ordered a chocolate cake, and it didn't came with the ice cream as described in their menu.

    We visited pre-covid and it is a good place for a fun night to catch up with friends. Booze and wings makes a good combo. We started off with the house sampler which can be shared among 2-4 people. We ordered the half n half traditional wings with hot and asian zing sauce. The Asian zing wings are a must try. Finally ended with loaded ice cream and fudge cake. The loaded ice cream was so good.

    If I could give zero stars I would. I walked in with my boyfriend and the young guy said it was a 25 minute wait which seem reasonable. He told us to go wait by the benches. After 40 minutes waiting, my boyfriend went to ask the one of the other people by the counter if any tables had opened up yet. He sat us down right away and said sorry. At the table we waited another 15 minutes before anyone said anything. At this point we decided to leave. The place was not busy at all, and when we enter there was already a lady complaining to them about the wait time. At that point we thought maybe she was being a little extra but came to find out that would be our story too. Nobody greeted us when we walked in, nobody acknowledged us, and the experience was just not good at all. Server passed multiple times and not even a water was offered. I'm never the one to complained but this experience just ruined my night.

    There was a sign saying to seat ourselves but we had a big party so we waited at the host stand and finally after ten minutes the host finally asks us how many. When we told the host (Edgar, not sure if that was his name that’s what he looked like probably no more than 5’4 and 17 years old) there was 9 of us he gave us the dirtiest look. Told us it would take 10 minutes and never came back. We walk up to a perfectly good table that had been empty since we got there I ask the lady if we can seat ourselves she says no I said isn’t there a sign that says we can we’ve been waiting and this seat has been empty is there a reservation or something? She looks at me and says you can wait to be seated. She was a very rude white lady with bangs didn’t get her name even though she was our server she did not greet us. Thankfully her manager was very nice and told us we can sit there. We sit down and they bring us water but no menus. After 20 minutes we ask for menus. After another 20 we decide to get up and leave because she never came to take our order. As we walked out she starts laughing. The best part was that the restaurant was basically empty not busy at all. It is never a good experience here.

    This place is just awful. First of, the cashier has attitude. She got my name completely wrong. She put miles instead of maya. How does someone switch two completely different names… and we waited for 12 wings and regular fries for an hour. When we got our order, our friends were so hard and cold. The wings we’re almost cold. They never even said sorry for the wait or even apologized. Don’t waist your time at this location. Please go to a different one or wing stop. These people don’t know what they are doing and need to be trained better. The time for the food took an hour instead of 30 minutes, when there wasn’t even anyone in there.

    Taylor was great! The atmosphere was lively, the service was prompt, and the variety of wings impressive. The flavors were spot-on, especially the signature sauces. The staff was friendly, making it an enjoyable outing. I highly recommend it for a casual and flavorful dining experience.

    The food took more than a two hours and half. Got it after the restaurant closing time. I am pure vegetarian ordered Ultimate nachos without any chicken or meat. The food had chicken in it. Can’t really eat it. Can’t take to the restaurant since it’s already closed. Completely waste of time, money. Would never visit again and recommend to not visit this restaurant.

    Me and my wife sat at the bar as there was only one server for the entire restaurant taking orders at the bar and tables. I ordered 10 wings and my wife ordered chicken sandwich.. my food came out and the server said my wife’s food was about 6 minutes away. I started eating and 20 minutes later she still didn’t have her food I was so upset that I couldn’t eat with my wife I mean that’s why we went together so we can eat together when I asked the server she said I’ll check on it. Well I was looking at her for 7 min putting glasses away until she decided to go check on her food. Come on now you took our order you see me eating and no food for my wife and she still didn’t have the common courtesy to be like let me go check. She comes back and we still had to wait 6 minutes more im already done with my food. My wife and I were upset and my wife now felt as if she had to rush because I was already done. I just don’t understand why it took almost 40 min for a chicken sandwich. Never going there again. Can you please hire people who wanna work because it seems like everyone was hiding from there duties. We walked in happy and walked out upset.

    Understaffed. Waited 10 minutes at the table before a server came by, meanwhile another server spends 20 minutes jacking her jaws with another table. Her table gets immediate attention while everyone else waits. Two servers wearing masks under their chin, including chatty server. The kitchen was the only redeeming point of the night, food was very good. Someone needs to manage and properly train the servers though.

    VERY BAD SERVICE Waited for a booth and at the end didn’t even get one got a table with chairs. We got seated and other people after us got seated and got there order taken before us very bad service!!! Will not recommend coming didn’t even get offer water while waiting for my food or anything. All these workers and no one will take your order will take 30min before they attend you and anther 40min for food to come out!

    So this place is NOT sanitary at all, they give you the food on those moldy trays and they just “try” to cover it up with that brown paper… Seriously can’t you afford to get some new ones??? definitely NOT going back to that location!

    This place has to be the slowest, BWW of all Chicago area. It took them literally 1 hour for them to take my order. It was a party of 4 my wife my 2 kids and my self. We waited for them to come to our table to take our order to dine in. I had to get up and approach a worker to see what was going on, ones we order it took about 45-50 min for our food to arrive. I seen another family with children waited over an hour sitting down before anyone took there order. Idk if it’s because of the children or there just slow. But never again will we come back here. Unless you have time to waist. Not to mention it’s hard to find parking I had to pay $10.00 for parking

    Gave this another try. Great Buffalo Wild Wings location, stellar parking, cold drafts but as before this specific restaurant lacks service. COVid restrictions in place, the upstairs area is open for dine in. Good crowd with lots of baseball and hockey playing. Ordered Kids meals and a steak wrap, both came with great crispt fries. Their namesake boneless were quite oily and had to be dabbed (drained) on napkins. Burger and wrap were perfect for the kids which saved this from a lower review. Would have ordered another beer and lemonades if server returned. Not much to ask than to check in after server, or at least be visible prior to requesting the check.

    Too bad zero stars is not an option, because this was the worst service experience I’ve ever had…EVER. We walked in to three people smoking right outside the front door, then it took 5 minutes for a host to even show up and seat us. Next, it took about 15 minutes to be greeted, so we ordered all of our food since we suspected it would take as long for the waitress to come back. She asked us to repeat several things in our order (my wife gave her beer order 3 times, had to ask for it twice after the order was placed, and finally got it after the food came). Our food came out an hour in and there were multiple mistakes with the order including being given 20 bone-in wings instead of the 15 boneless wings we ordered. Everything we got we asked for (i.e. there was no monitoring or asking how things were, etc.). The restrooms were dirty and in shambles. The icing on the cake was the due to the astronomically slow service, we exceeded the 90-minute parking validation and were told by the “manager” to take it up with the garage security. They refused to let us out, so we paid $6 for parking due to the incompetence of everyone involved in our experience. This is the type of experience that makes me never want to return and caution others against going.

    I ordered pick up and my food was ready 35+minutes after estimated time given. Staff noticed me in the waiting booth, waiting for my food (obviously)and never notified me of my food being ready. They were just busy talking to one another. The large onion rings I ordered were not at all what I expected. There was like 10 rings in the box and most of them were burned. The cheese curds are way too salty and burned too. I will never shop at this location again. Also, while sitting there for 40+mins I noticed there are fruit flies all over the building and the walls and cabinets are super dirty. Gross place in general. To top it off the guy upfront had a nasty booger 🤮🤮🤮

    We were seated right away but after waiting for twenty minutes I had to wave down an employee to let them know no one had come to our table yet. They told me someone would be with us shortly. Someone that looked to be a supervisor/manager came by about 10 minutes later and gave us some water and said someone would be with us shortly. Five minutes later they came to take our order. I would not have been upset if someone would’ve had the courtesy to come to our table and offer us some water and tell us someone would be with us shortly. Instead, the supervisor just walked around and didn’t think to offer an apology for the wait. They definitely need to work on providing a better customer service experience for their customers.

    Took to long with an order I placed for pick up ! They did not start the order until I got there. I was waiting more than 30 minutes outside. It seemed like I ordered the whole damn kitchen waiting all that time, when all I had was 20 wings. Customer service was terrible the lady in charge of pick up orders was rude and had an attitude. Multiple people had late orders this is unacceptable! You cannot be rude and give out orders late. At least make up for being late with everyone’s food.

    Went here last night after work to meet up with my fiancé. Everyone was nice except for our waitress. By the time I got there, he had already ordered chips and salsa with waters but there weren’t even napkins on the table. All was forgiven because she initially seemed nice. When she brought us our wings, they were not hot and all flats. Then she brings us waters with such attitude and slammed our straws down on the table. While we were eating, she comes to our table to ask if she could bring us our check so other patrons could be seated—how was this our problem!?!! Then she comes back while we were still eating, so she could collect and we could leave. She rushed us out of our seats so fast, we couldn’t even finish our food!!!! After he paid, I was to tip $10 but her professionalism was so terrible, I left her what she deserved—nothing! Our experience was so bad, we will never eat here again nor recommend this location to anyone else!
