A
little
disappointed
that
my
second
experience
just
could
not
match
up
to
the
first
(and
extremely
amazing)
experience
I’ve
had
during
the
2019
restaurant
week.
Our
server
was
great
and
had
a
really
fun
personality
and
service,
but
the
rest
of
the
assistants
felt
like
they
were
new,
bumping
into
chairs,
serving
sauce
just
a
little
too
high
where
it
would
splatter,
plates
would
come
to
us
just
a
little
tilted
where
the
sauce
would
slide
over,
cutlery
set
down
too
close
or
too
far
apart
for
the
plates,
and
the
table
being
wet
(they
did
try
to
wipe
but
it
might
have
been
too
dark
to
see
the
wet
spots).
The
food
was
mostly
lukewarm
(cold
items
not
cold
enough,
and
hot
items
not
as
hot
-
if
they
were
meant
to
be
that
way,
my
bad).
The
Osetra
Caviar
were
just
a
tad
too
salty
in
a
way
that
made
one
wish
they
had
some
bread
to
go
along
to
take
the
edge
off
-
which
came
later,
warm,
but
not
that
freshly
baked
warmth
I
was
hoping
for.
One
of
the
bread
pieces
also
was
dropped
while
being
served,
and
a
fresh
piece
brought
out
shortly.
The
Yuzu
dessert
was
overpowered
by
the
rich
coconut
layer
below,
the
group
collectively
felt
that
if
the
froth
above
was
just
a
tad
more
chilled
it
would
have
been
nice.
Same
with
the
dark
chocolate
and
black
sesame
-
the
ice
cream
just
wasn’t
cold
enough.
The
trout
was
probably
the
best
of
the
night
-
delicious
with
the
sabayon.
The
restaurant
did
a
great
job
for
the
celebrations,
and
we
appreciated
the
little
details
(birthdays
on
the
menu,
the
cakes
at
the
end,
the
tiny
truffles
and
the
cake
to
bring
home).
I
also
really
appreciated
the
restaurant
for
accommodating
the
people
in
the
group
that
aren’t
fond
of
lamb,
subbing
it
with
a
really
delicious
aged
beef.
Special
shout-out
to
Jack
for
recommending
the
Patio
Slipper
after
we
said
that
we
didn’t
find
anything
else
on
the
cocktail
menu
that
we
would
like.
The
food
was
good,
but
I
cannot
say
that
the
price
tag
matched
what
I
expected
of
it
(and
the
service),
considering
the
other
Michelin
star
restaurants
we’ve
been
to.
Mostly
I’m
just
disappointed
that
after
hyping
this
place
up
so
much
to
everyone,
it
turned
out
to
be
pretty
lackluster
experience.
I
might
sound
nit
picky,
but
considering
how
great
my
first
experience
in
2019
was
(amazing
food
that
hit
all
the
right
spots,
great
service),
this
round
just
did
not
match
up
to
it.
Maybe
COVID
might
have
been
the
underlying
cause,
who
knows?
At
$250
a
person
(tasting
menu
+
drinks),
this
just
went
from
the
top
restaurant
on
my
list
to
the
middle.
