The drink is good, beer and cocktails are both decent. Food choice is limited but still more than the Wit. mini sliders are Ok, Boleo next door to it has better ones. View from the rooftop is very nice, but I prefer the east side. The only thing that concerns is the restroom is downstairs and they put a closed door in the way, which in pandemic time if I washed my hand and go back to my table I will have to touch the handle to unlock the door. Hope they can fix this.

Cool spot with cool views. The service is pretty slow and our server definitely forgot my drink order. But the charcuterie board was really good.

Out of the six dishes we ordered, we had to send three back. All three were Menorcan dishes that supposed to be deep fried dishes, served hot dishes. All three were brought back to us frozen in the middle. Instead of remaking these dishes, the half-eaten dishes were just put back in the fryer and brought back to us over-cooked, almost burnt, partially eaten, zero presentation tough in the middle now and tasteless. The excuse given to us was that the restaurant was exceptionally busy. I suggest taking less reservations if the quality cannot be maintained. I’m not in the habit of leaving negative reviews but the meal was especially and extremely disappointing.

The view is beautiful and the bartender was very nice but the positive stops there. The male server that was working wouldn’t let my party of 4 sit in seats that were totally open as we went during an off time with only 3 other people at the rooftop. When we got there, no server approached us so we went to bar to get drinks and when we were told we couldn’t sit down at the booth, I asked why. He said that since we had gotten drinks at the bar, that he couldn’t make money off us so we weren’t allowed to sit. He was super rude in the delivery too. I won’t go back and would not recommend, so many other rooftops in Chicago with much better and kinder customer service. His loss bc we got more drinks and tip well as we used to be in the industry.

It was a nice place, drinks were good but closes early. We were told last call was at 11:30 but when we showed up at 11:00, the very same waitress that gave us the info told us that we have missed last call and they decided to close early with no specific reasons… so don’t rely on the opening hours… it looks like when the staff don’t feel like closing at the right time, they just decide by themselves.

The bar is cool, prices are little higher but ok for a rooftop in downtown. The bar keepers are really nice. The signature cocktail are not really my taste.

Last day of rooftop being open! All staff! ABSOLUTELY EVERYONE at the bar was annoyed to be working today 10.17.21. They’re were discussing announcing last call at 07:00 pm. They were absolutely atrocious at serving your guests! Ps: The view is cool! That’s why they get 2 stars.

This place is perfect for meeting up with the friends, talking and catch up. It was so nice and chill. The wait staff was amazing and helpful. We reseeded an area and chilled out for hours. They kept our drinks full and kept the appetizers coming. I will def go back! Follow on IG @talkshebusiness for more restaurants to explore!

Great space w a variety of seating optiona including tables, high tops, loungy seating and bar. Nice selection of beer, wine by the glass and cocktail ($16 pee drink). Tried goat cheese dip which was ok. Clark flat bread was fine but nothing special. Go for the view not the bites! Bring your sun glasses As if now, 4pplmax in elevator. Staff was all masked and friendly.

The views were great, but the service wasn't super attentive, and the drinks took longer than expected despite not being busy. I got the watermelon margarita, which wasn't all that great either. My girlfriend got the Don Collins, which was good. Haven't tried the food, just came for drinks.

Employees profile clients when they arrive and selectively offer/deny seating options. Waiter would not show up after 15 mins wait. Staff is very quick coming up with excuses to poor service. Extremely unusual bad service for a Hyatt but makes me wonder if this is their new standard. I Won’t come back.

We had a impromptu rooftop night and stared at Aire. First time, no disappointments. Good eats and delicious drinks. Don’t forget excellent views!

Great rooftop, nice view and cozy, very handy if you stay in the hyatt loop hôtel.

Came at end of an evening with 2 friends, and ordered 1 round of drinks. I paid the tab, but the total didn’t register with me until we got in the elevator that the bill had been way too high for what we got. Tried to go back up, but since it was close to closing time they hotel wouldn’t let us return, and told me just to speak with accounting. The accounting department never answered my calls or responded to email. I disputed through the bank, but the hotel sent my signed copy in response. That‘s where I saw they’d charged me for a BOTTLE of wine instead of a glass.

The dining, was very exceptional.great place n good service. Besides,the host telling, us that we might, have to move from the dinning area, that we choose to sit. But great place. To dine, at anytime.😁👍

Service was so slow, I arrived at the bar and no one acknowledged me and I had to wait almost 10 minutes before someone finally even spoke to me and asked for my drink. Bartenders are also slow and seem unbothered, like they're already cool and don't have to do anything for you to tip them. It was a busy Thursday happy hour too. Not sure if I'll come back, except the atmosphere and view is nice. But it's like the staff seems to think you're there for that and so they don't have to try very hard

Staying in Hyatt Centric THE Loop and this is the rooftop of the hotel. Very nice especially with the fire in the cold weather. The only comment is only parties of 6 can take up these fire surrounded seats even the whole rooftop is vacant. Good service.

I like it but it is not like a nice skybar in Asia or so. It is nice to have in Chicago 😀And nearby because we sleept in the Hyatt hotel under bar.

The tacos were delicious 😋. The drinks were STRONG 💪🏾, I needed more juice. The atmosphere & service were amazing. We celebrated my cousin's birthday & there was enough room for us all!

We went for a music performance, Sinatra. Great rooftop experience. Check the neon sign in front of the hotel, it tells you if the rooftop is open or closed. Take the hotel elevator to floor 23 or 24.

Saw a Concert under the stars on the rooftop here. Great performance, it was a Frank Sinatra cover band. Only 4 stars because a friend ordered a Pinot Noir, they didn’t have it and said they would give her the next best thing… Which was their $24 glass of wine.

This Bar / Restaurant is great. It has a chill / upscale vibe, with none of the negative that can come with those types of atmospheres. I came here with my Wife, Brother in law and Sister in law. We had a great time. The drinks are reasonably priced and the food was pretty good. The staff was extremely kind and welcoming. The only thing I didn't like was they didn't have some of the menu items available, so my wife had to settle for a flat bread pizza. Which to be honest was actually very tasty. If it wasn't for that this place would get 5 stars. I'll definitely be coming back here again.

Great rooftop for grabbing drinks without a reservation! I'm sure it fills up pretty quickly because of that, but takes away the pressure of finding reservations in advance. Cocktails were fantastic & we had a wonderful server! We were there on a summer afternoon so the fire pit tables weren't on, but it would be fun to come when they are on!

Great ambiance! Comfortable furniture. Great cocktail menu. Sat for 25 min, not many people there. Watched other tables enjoy wine…and then get food…then we tried to go order at the bar and they told us we should go back to our table and wait for a server. We did. They never came. We left.

Bar is ok but the cocktails are little strange. Price ok for a rooftop. Staff was very friendly.

Somewhat pretty views but the service wasn’t great and not enough seats. I bet you could find something better. Also, two groups next to me had to wait so long time for their food that manager had to come and speak to both parties.

Beautiful views. Excellent cocktail - looked as good as it tasted. Little bit pricey but would definitely recommend the place.

Aire Rooftop Bar is a vibe. The Chili Wings are phenomenal! And our server was great, he even played my friend a happy birthday song. The setup is chic and the views are nice. It was a bit breezy the night so not only was the fire visibly appealing but very much needed and appreciated. I also had a lemon drop with Tequila and it was very tasty. I would love to visit this bar in the summer time to really enjoy the atmosphere.

Great experience at Aire. Went for a company gathering. Tasty appetizers and top notch service. Our server Josh was spot on and super attentive. Will return!

Horrible service. Super super slow. Waited 15 minutes in like only to be told they were out of “most” of the food on the menu. Ordered a salmon dip, waited for it it for 20 minutes. The bartender called on me from the bar to come idk up my food and handed me plates and utensils to carry back to my table. Ridiculous! So if you want to wait and serve yourself, this is a place to go.

Wednesday May 4th, first week of the "season". Asked the hotel lobby, and also called. Both said it was open. It was sunny. Wasn't open. Wasted a bunch of time. Rest of the week was rainy, so I couldn't check it out. Only day it was actually open was on Sunday May 1st, but I wasn't in town yet (and apparently they closed early, at 6pm). I did manage to take a peek at the locked cabinet. Spirit selection didn't seem too large. Fire pit and view seemed good, but it's useless if the place doesn't actually honor their business hours when the weather is good.

Don't waste your time. Hyatt rewards member for years. At the bar at 3:30 and was told my wife and I couldn't have a table because there was only 2 of us. Went to the bar where we weren't acknowledged by the bartender a foot away from us for minutes so we left. Went back at 8:30 after dinner for a drink to try again and found a dirty empty table that the bus boy quickly cleaned for us, but then sat unacknowledged again. Left after asking a server for help and he didn't return. Unorganized is an understatement and after reading past posts it looks like this problem has been present for a while. Hire a manager that can get the job done the right way and staff that understand attentiveness to customers. Black eye for Hyatt to be behind this.

Loved the video! The food was pretty good, but it took awhile to find someone who could serve us.

What a horrible experience. We were told to find seats and someone would come and take an order. 10 min later I went to the bar to order directly from the bartender and was told to go back to the seat and that someone would come and take an order. Another 15 min later someone came to take an order and we felt rushed; the first thing the waitress said was that they were closing soon. We ordered and waited another 20 minutes to get two drinks (while a group who came after us were finishing their drinks). But the worst were the drinks themselves- $15 for a flavorless peach vodka with sparkling water? It was the most horrible cocktail I have ever had (if you can even call it a cocktail). Don’t waste your money, the view isn’t worth it.
