Luis was our amazing and excellent server!! He really anticipated every thing before we realized we needed it. Food is amazing and large quantities. LOVE the garlic broccoli was crazy good! Thanks Luis for making our lunch special!

Nice cozy place in downtown if you are looking for something classy and Italian! Authentic food, great ambience and good music. You do feel like you've just stepped into Italy. The hospitality is great too! Bruschetta was amazing and so was the pasta. Quick service and delicious food. I would come here again for special occasions only though!

The food is awesome!!!! Best is the service binny( Vincent) he is just awesome! It was our anniversary and he made it so special. Everything is just perfect! We tried dessert flight , bambolini in starters and there famous rigatoni pasta! If you Italian food lover and in Chicago do try once 😊

Truly FIVE Stars! And four of those stars belong to Tracy, or better known as “Jack” as in “Jack of All Trades”!! The food is phenomenal but if it wasn’t for Tracy our dinner/evening would not have been nearly as enjoyable!! She literally was handling 30+ customers on her own and everyone was attended to in a timely, friendly manner, it was impressive to watch! AGAIN, the food was amazing, but the service was exceptional! Thank you Tracy!!! Because of you we WILL return.

Great food and exceptional service! Andrea is an awesome, enthusiastic server who easily puts a smile on your face and makes your day! In terms of food, you get a nice portion for the price you pay. I recommend the Four Cheese Ravioli and the Warm Apple Crostada. Both are very scrumptious! The interior decor is classic, yet inviting and comfortable. There is also summertime outdoor dining.

Drinks were very good! Def recommend the pomegranate margarita. Service was standard. We did have to wait a bit to place our orders. Calamari was excellent! Best calamari I’ve ever had! Food was also standard. The food was a bit pricy. If the food was really good I’d understand the pricing but since it was standard it didn’t make much sense. The environment was nice and the servers were nice as well.

Wonderful experience for a Sunday afternoon lunch! We had the shrimp scampi (divine), fettuccine Alfredo with chicken (sublime) and garlic broccoli (AMAZING). Luis, our server was incredible! We will definitely be back!

This was an amazing experience!... As a first timer I couldn't have asked for more.... Our waitress was outstanding and very friendly, something to be said about everyone in the place.... My wife and I just being married 2 days ago and was blessed with a glass of wine and dessert in the house as well as a warm congratulations from the manager also.... The food is everything! During my first time in Chicago I came across this amazing restaurant. The restaurant has delicious food and the staff are super nice. I LOVED MY PASTA!! Definitely a must going to Chicago! Very good!

First time experience, Calista was welcoming, a nice surprise visit from a chef, sharing a tasty appetizer and Erika our waitress kept a smile on her face when we saw her. The food was hot, fresh & delicious. The restaurant was crowded, yet the atmosphere could still be enjoyed. All tho overpriced we took advantage of the photographer, just be aware of the extra fees for using their service.

The shrimp scampi is probably their best. The salmon was really good, wish it would’ve included a side or something else with it to make it more filling. Great vibe on the bar side, great waiters over there

We took a weekend trip up to catch a Cubbies game and decided to try Maggiano's, right across the street from where we were staying. It was excellent! Chicken Piccata and Chicken Marsalis were delicious, but don't miss out on the stuffed mushrooms and tiramisu. Dessert was so good we almost devoured it before we remembered. Rigo was an excellent, attentive server and helped make our evening special.

Pleasantly surprised how home made the food tasted. I normally can’t even try the mashed potato outside of the house but I enjoyed theirs with the salmon. Fried calamari were cooked to almost perfection and served with marinara which complimented the taste just right. Shrimp scampi was pretty delicious too if you’re into pasta and doughy delights. Ravioli was ok not as impressive as salmon…

Short staffed but can’t beat outdoor seating. Food fantastic. Ate 3x while in Chi-town. Loved it. Server fantastic. Hostess nice also.

Food was very delicious and atmosphere was very nice not to mention the laid back music playing in the background while having dinner. The bar tender was awesome 👌. Thank you so much Maggiano's Little Italy for providing such a wonderful experience. Definitely coming back here.

We entered the restaurant and asked desserts to go. The host, very unfriendly said we needed to call and place the order on the phone!!! Whaaat??? Sooo I am right there in front of you and you ask me to call the restaurant ? Anyways, we did call and nobody picked up the phone! Only after noticing I was getting mad he decided to write down my complicated order. Then he overcharged us !!!! But I caught it and he made a surprise face “ ohhhhh I’m sorry I hit the button three times” Not enough, instead of just bringing the order, he made us walk outside and go to the delivery area next door to pick it up…. After 20 minutes waiting, guess what!??? The girl gave us a bag with ONE dessert only!!! Yes, so he charged us 3 desserts but only placed one on the system. INTERESTING VERY INTERESTING “How to ruin a known business: choose badly who you have at the front to receive your customer” what a shame!!!!

Generous portions, diverse entree and desserts menu (the appetizer menu needs to diversification to match the rest of the menu), delicious. The price totally worth the quality. By paying $5 extra when you are purchasing an entree you can get a full portion of classic pasta to go. They have a diverse set of desserts and you can get an individual portion for $4.5.

Everything about my experience at this location was awesome. I've been to maggianos in Vegas and the Carolinas and had an amazing experience as well. But this location is the original and it definitely sets the tone. Very inviting, welcoming, whind down, chill ambiance setting. I went on a Thursday afternoon after shopping for a quick bite and got such personable service. I ordered crab cakes, lobster dip and chicken marsala with a red sangria and a spaghetti and meatballs to go..... all dishes were delightful.

Give yourself a break and treat yourself to one of the most exquisite experiences, and yet not as pricey, but super high-quality Italian food. I highly recommend the New York strip. And the service was phenomenal.

OUR FAMOUS RIGATONI “D” that’s what you’ll want to order, the portions are large. On top of amazing pasta, the staff were so kind! The outdoor seating in the summer was just perfect. Gigi’s butter cake was the cherry on top of the evening!

Excellent cuisine especially for large ir small groups. They have different sized rooms and adjustable rates.

This was a pickup order. Even the atmosphere in the pickup area was excellent, both friendly and respectful. I was very impressed and thankful with every aspect of the process. The warm food was not only in a sealed container but also wrapped in plastic wrap to ensure it stayed warm. Maggiano’s service and food are exceptional. The food was absolutely delicious. Thank you to everyone at Maggiano’s for all you do for your customers.

A must for your Chicago visit. Tasty Italian dishes from the Bruschetta, to many pasta options, classic entrees, and delectable deserts. Never had anything less than an excellent meal here!! Service is top notch as well!! Don’t forget to take home a classic pasta for $5 extra!!!

Probably the best Italian I have ever tasted. Had the braschetta to start and tomato was so succulent, I had the rigatoni and my wife had the lasagne both were fantastic, I was so full up but I did not want to leave a drop on my plate. I would totally recommend this place if you are in town!

First time I went to this location and I had a great experience. I went with my husband and sister. It’s almost closing time but Tracy are so nice and sweet. She made our night. The food was great. We all enjoyed our food and desserts. Definitely come back when we’re in Chicago next time. Thank Tracy!

The appetizer was amazing. My spouse ordered shrimp pasta it was so good. The waiter recommended the chicken parmigiana and that's what I ordered. Mine was ok the chicken was over cooked and so hard. I never send my food back. We had mixed drinks that were made delicious as ordered. The food didn't take long to come out and the ambiance was romantic. The waiter was very attentive.

Louis was an amazing host. Got us our food quickly and properly. He was very knowledgeable about his wines boy i tell you lol. He knows what pairs best with what and the food was fresh and very good. Great experience
