Really great location. I was looking for a place to eat on Michigan Avenue and decided to settle for a patio near cloud gate. After looking at the menu for a second I saw exactly what I wanted and asked for a patio spot. Lovely location. Service was amazingly quick. Very nice location to eat outside. A must do! I got the bean burger which was really enjoyable. The only complaint is that there are only two single washrooms in the building. The lineup was quite long as well. Other than that, great place to grab lunch. Very reasonable prices with a nice set menu. Highly recommend!

One star on this one. I paid $10 for a walking taco and I cannot tell you how exciting it was to order. When I set it down it tripped and fell at best. Not a single step. But in all honesty it was gross. I threw it out. It was a pile of salt and Doritos and tasted off. You’ll likely get the runs instead of walks from this.

Just heard from a friend that this place has really gone downhill. Apparently the owners were making political contributions undesirable the city and management was changed afterwards. Used to be a great place. Friend recently went there, very dirty, food was terrible. Lipstick on water glasses. Completely unhygienic. Good place to eat if you want to get sick or are a tired tourist who can't be bothered to find a better. restaurant. Has devolved into a tourist trap. Avoid!!!!

The service staff are absolutely wonderful, we were there for my moms birthday and they made her feel absolutely special. The drinks are really good, highly recommend the margarita if you’re a fan. The food was delicious. We had the Steak Frites which is a personal favorite. This was the first time I had the chicken, and it did not disappoint. They mention to allow 30 minutes for the chicken (you can’t rush perfection!) The Apple Crisp is the Apple pie with ice cream dessert, and you can never go wrong with that. The chocolate cake is moist and recommend it if you’re a chocolate fan (who isn’t?)

Tourist trap, prey on tourist. Be sure to make sure they don’t “accidentally add” a tip to credit card charge. Employee did it to me and called him out on it. Be Leary!

This was the rudest service in all of Chicago. While waiting for friends and seated at a table, we were told to move so they could prep for opening (understandable) When I asked twice when they open to get food, I was ignored on top the disrespectful tone the man used

This review is for the outdoor area with bar at the ice skating rink which i believe is converted to restaurant seating during the summer. Ate here for most of the Blues Festival and as it was my first time in Chicago had to have a hot dog. These are definitely superior dogs to what I'm used to! 😋 The service was great as well and the drinks were made well and served cold. I do have to say that they lack outdoor heaters and there's very little to keep the Chicago wind and cold from biting though. The dogs are worth stopping by for. Just hope that it's a nice day.

Get Breanne, she is a great host. We had the 14oz New York Strip. And it was delicious! Clean and quiet place considering its next to Millennial Park. Oh... And the ice cream is also delish and generous portions!!!!! Kurt and Bobby

Delicious nachos! Substituted chicken for the pork. Employees were pleasant. Ambiance is amazing! Love the Christmas lights. Drinks were overpriced but hey, when in chicago lol Overall, we had a really enjoyable time here while we waited for our ice skating.

Really disappointed in how my friends I were treated recently by a waitress. We went up to hostess stand outside and were told to go have a seat in the bar area, a waitress approached us shortly after and asked if we sat ourselves, I told her we were told to come over here to sit. She brought us over menus and then walked up to the bar and began yelling about how we just came in and sat down and how it was rude of us…it was extremely embarrassing as I could see all patrons sitting up at the bar and fellow staff listening to her…and my friends and I could hear her. We got up and left I told her we were leaving and she looked at me and didn’t say a word. Never had an interaction like this before, we ended up going somewhere else.

Haven't been here for a while because of a very bad experience in the past. Several years ago had dinner here and the waitress was terrible. We never received bread with our meal even though we asked for it several times, and observed all the other tables around us receive bread. The last time we asked for the bread, the waitress was belligerent and cursed us out. I don't even remember what we had for dinner, I do remember it being horribly over priced, but it was ruined for us. Yes, we did speak to the manager and he was talking to the waitress when we left, but, I don't think I will ever go back. #CityExperts @GoogleLocalCHI here's an update: Had a really bad experience with a waitress a few years ago here and I vowed to never go back here. However,  we were invited to a private party here and decided to check it out again. The restaurant has both Booth seating as well as table seating,  I would wait for a booth as they are larger and more comfortable. We nibbled on a simple salad,  mini burgers, chicken sandwiches, and sweet potatoe French fries.  All were better than your average Party food. With prices such as $18 for a hamburger, or a chicken sandwich for $14 with a side or salad,  prices are bit on the high side and there are lots of lower priced alternatives for food across the street on Michigan avenue. They do have an extensive wine list,  as well as cocktails from the bar at premium prices. I think perhaps the best feature of this restaurant is the location.  With gorgeous views of cloud gate (the bean), the ice skating rink (in winter) and our breathtaking Chicago skyline,  it is well worth a visit for the views alone.

I enjoyed my 1st round drink " The Chicagoan". Well prepared and the taste was exceptional. 😍 I also enjoyed my triple stack burger and fries (reminds me of McDonald's fries). Now I would've given this place 5 stars had my daughter not been served twice with a bug in her salad. We did stay and I ordered another round of the $12 Chicagoan which turned out to be watered down. For the most part, I can say that my waitress was very friendly and apologetic and she took my daughter's $15 meal off the bill.

Park Grill was lovely. Outdoor dining in the shadow of the Bean. I had a salad and hubby had the Italian sausage and both were delicious. Service was fast and friendly. Couldn't have asked for more.

A good eating? joint but a small eating menu. Great for drinks, great location. Loved sitting under the Bean and having dinner. Good service, my fur baby was allowed too. That is a big big plus gor me. I liked my Chicken Sando, it was grilled to perfection.

Arianna was amazing and took great care of our large group! She was hands down the best server we have had in years. Our drinks were full, her personality was great and the food was amazing! I highly recommend the chop salad with steak. It was too large for me to finish and very reasonably priced. The All Day Froze drink was so perfect for the hot day and everyone in our group of 9 was delighted. I cannot remember such a good experience anywhere else. Go see Arianna and get the best service while visiting the Bean!
