RAW CHICKEN WINGS!!! But that’s not the worst part! When I was ordering the lady taking my order was on the phone the whole time. Literally talking to one of her friends while I was placing my order. I Ordered a salad also and the lettuce was old and soggy. I left this place feeling sick to my stomach. Stay away at all costs! Spent 70$ for the nastiest food EVER

Order for delivery, seeing they closed at 1:30 am i ordered at 11:43 p.m. I was with a group of friends so time went by and next thing you know it's 12:45 and nothing so i call and they tell me it will be on it's way soon. Another hour goes i call at 1:28 p.m. to make sure if I'm even getting anything and the same guy answers with attitude when i ask once again about my pizza being i ordered so long ago. Fiiiinaaalllllyyy my pizza gets here at 1:40 p.m. and to top it off all the food is COLD and a piece of PLASTIC was INSIDE the pizza !!! Terrible service and horrendous delivery, never again will i order from here again!!

I loved their salads, particularly the Cesar. Never had an issue until I ordered a salad one morning and I was given iceberg lettuce as oppose to romane. I was on my lunch so I didn't return until a few days later . I complained, the person I spoke with didn't seem very concerned. However, I did receive my salad 🥗 that I ordered done correctly.

We order from Rosati's - Halsted almost on a weekly basis. Sometimes twice a week. The deep dish spinach with extra cheese is phenomenal. Try it.

Ordered a combo with fries and a meatball sandwich with a salad. About 1130 pm. Asked for Bleu cheese. No dressing came with the salad. Opened up my combo to find a small beef sandwich with no Italian sausage. Food was good just would have been nice to get what I ordered and paid for. Wasn't go to drive all the way back. Service was good to except for the fact my order was wrong.

I would give this place zero stars if I could. Horrible customer service. I ordered two pizzas for pick up and both were suppose to be well done. We went to pick the pizzas up and one of them had meat on it and we’re vegetarian. They realized their mistake so said they’ll make a new one. Waiting for the new one, our other pizza got cold so upon complaining, they said they’ll deliver the other one and we can get going. By the time we got back, we were so delayed that the pizza was completely cold and we noticed that it wasn’t even well done. The middle of the pizza was completely white and the pizza was impossible to separate because the cheese was not melted. Already being upset at the sequence of events, we called to complain and they hung up 6 times. This made me even more frustrated and so I told them I didn’t want any pizza and want a full refund. He said to give the pizza back for a refund, which is ridiculous. After this, the driver was instructed not to give me my other pizza. So not only did I not get my order pizza, but the one we received was cold, soggy, and not well-done. So then I called back and said they can pick the pizza back up and I want a refund because we’re not eating it. They told me to come drop it off. This is the worst customer service encounter I’ve ever had in my life and now have to submit a claim to my bank. Horrible pizza and even worse customer service.

Worst experience ever! As I’m typing my review I still have not yet received my meal, the restroom is disgusting. They did not have any tissue or paper towels and the soap dispenser was very low. You can tell they rarely clean in here and the service sucks! You can dine in but they really can’t accommodate dine in customers. I’ve always wanted to try Rosati’s but this location just isn’t it.

Ordered boneless wings on 10/4. This morning I informed the manager, I’m not sure if he is the manager but he is the man on shift this morning and wouldn’t tell me his name, that my partner and I had severe dehydration and explosive diarrhea. He said “I’ve worked here 7.5 years and no one has ever gotten food poisoning. We change the oil everyday” and then I iterated that food poisoning isn’t from bad oil, but spoiled meat. I then asked for the owner, and he claimed I was insulting his intelligence because he wasn’t following any protocol and was purposely telling me that I was wrong. No one tried to make him feel like it was his fault. I was not angry. I simply wanted them to follow up with their chicken purveyor. Just beware if you order here and get sick, they will offer zero recourse and you will probably get cussed out because the manager is severely insecure and ill-equipped to handle difficult situations.

I've been visiting this pizza restaurant for a while now, and I can't recommend it enough. The pizza is always delicious, and the staff is friendly and welcoming. I love the cozy atmosphere and the great prices. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great pizza.

If I can give a zero stars, I would! This company refuse to deliver to a friend of mine and he lives less than a mile from you! Discrimination at its finest! He was told and I quote, “ I would rather replace a pizza than to replace my driver”. Is that how you treat people? I work for a fortunate 500 company and I will gladly tell them to not do business with this place!

The atmosphere was chill and friendly. cooked very quickly. Our orders are taken with a smile. We would return. I can recommend a great pizza to anyone and everyone who wants a great pizza. No complaints at all.

The chicken barbecue pizza is utterly delicious. I love it. The general manager is always nice and makes you feel like you’re a guest and not just a customer; he goes beyond to make you feel welcome and ensure that you’re very satisfied before leaving. The staff is great as well.

I'm extremely disappointed. Ordered a 14" deep dish vegan, and my cousin got a 10"... I ordered vegan cause they come up as the first vegan option for vegan pizza in the city on Google. First time in Chicago, and unless they resolve this, I'm never going back to any of their establishments. $60 and we ended up throwing it away... The sauce tasted like mexican salsa, it was acid, or sour! mushrooms were old and already smelled fishy. The sautéed spinach was just spinach... my cousin's pie wasn't "vegan" and the sauce was juice... before she finished eating the first slice, the whole pie was extremely soggy, broken, and pretty much inedible. We were raised to not throw away food, but we had to make a sad exception this time. Nice place, bathroom seat was broken, and bathroom was kinda dirty. The lady who rang us up, was professional and courteous.

The pizza was excellent, but the service was outstanding. The servers were busy but pleasant to talk to, and the duty manager was engaging and ensured that everyone had a good time throughout the evening. I'm already looking forward to returning.

Excellent flavor and crust! Their pizza is consistently undercooked, but if you treat it like take and bake, it's amazing! Oven at 450; foil (or parchment if yours can handle it) on a pan; check on it ~10 min. It's honestly better for leftovers (just don't bake those) and I keep coming back even if it is a little extra work. I don't know if it's different for individual slices or eating in-house.

We were on our way out of town and wanted to grab a quick bite for the road. We pulled up and they had slices on deck. I knew what I wanted soon as I walked in. The pizza looked marvelous! We grabbed 2 slices and a drink. Great prices for a slice of pizza! Will be back next time in Chicago

Went in on a Friday and they were not surprisingly too busy. They had vegetarian pizza by the slice made. Really big slice and delicious. We also got the build your own calzone. Okay, my opinion is either do a slice or calzone don’t do both otherwise you’ll be stuffed!! The calzone is huge!!! The service was quick! Definitely need to come here more.

The manager told me that he wouldn’t have his driver deliver to end of the UIC Med-District, but my girlfriend called and placed an order to be delivered in Bridgeport and he accepted it with no problem. My house is exactly 8 minutes from the restaurant, and my girlfriend’s house is around 20 minutes away, but he’d rather travel further per his explanation, than deliver to my condo, which is 8 minutes away. I definitely do not recommend this company to anyone, and I work for a Fortune 500 company that uses them often. I’m highly disappointed.

While attempting to order pizza from this location, which is 8 minutes down the street from my location, they told me verbatim "I'm not putting my drivers at risk. You can replace an order, but not an employee." I was only requesting a delivery 8 minutes away, there is no viable reason as to why my order could not be placed. The statement felt extremely racially motivated, and I do not appreciate the tone used by management in regards to my concern. It left a very bad taste in my mouth, and this location only seems to want to serve a specific demographic. I do not recommend ordering from this location whatsoever.

Awesome pricing. Great service. I came here for lunch with my coworkers, and the guy was extremely friendly and had the patience to deal with our indecisiveness, plus we were in and out of there in no time. I would definitely recommend anyone in the Pleasanton area to go. made the rainy day more pleasant!

I ordered a pizza over the phone for delivery and waited about an hour. I called the store and asked them for a status on my delivery and they claimed they never received it. After talking to the manager he simply said “it could be a problem with the system” and was extremely unapologetic on the matter. Seems absurd that the store did not care at all about their customers. The lack of any customer Courtesy is not surprising now a days but didn’t expect it from a family owned place like rosaties. Extremely disappointed and will be sure to never order from here again. Highly recommend others don’t as well

The staff are great!!! So gracious and accommodating! I got precisely what I wanted, and it was delivered quickly! I can't say enough good things about them.

The everlasting pizza is well worth the money. All of the alternatives were delectable. The personnel was also pleasant.

They are really polite and their pizza is amazing. I don't like their breadsticks but the garlic pizza is always fresh and ready when I get there. The crust is so airy and soft. The prices are great and you can earn free pizza.

All the representatives were exceptionally quite agreeable in any case, the one that stood apart the most was a worker named Katrina. She is extremely persistent and helped me a ton. I was attempting to track down great arrangements for the pizza and she was exceptionally useful.

Very good pizza, and I'm picky in that department. My mother had a slice of the Greek and said it was the best she'd ever eaten. I had a plain Jane pepperoni pizza and ate half of it on the spot. The Caesar side dish exceeded expectations.

I had a taste for pizza today and wasn't sure where I was going to go to get pizza. I was driving down Halsted on 13th and saw a pizza restaurant called Rosati's and decided to stop in for a slice of pizza and it was a good decision because the pizza was really delicious. The sauce was the best I ever had. I give these guys 5 stars for the sauce. Loved it
