when we got in the girls in the front were very rude just talking and didn't pay attention to us at first. They talk and then they said "table for 4?" we said yea we asked for a table outside in the front they said no and just gave us an random table so one of the girls who were talking just leads us to our table even though we asked for front and she gave us a random one. Our server Cora, was okay though as she introduced herself and was nice to us. Also I want to let you know we ordered onion rings and their like 10 dollars or something and we got 4. FOUR like if they were big it would be okay ya know but they were.. ya know not. Like huhhh anyways I tried chicken bites their pretty good but their kinda hard or something and the fries are okay not to bad or to good their like pretty salty to but that's okay to me also for a table of 4 if your ordering kinda a lot of things their like barely any space.

Grab a quick bite before boarding that overpriced Ferris wheel! The BBQ menu is no more. So we go for some pasta and appetizers. The Harry IPA is alright, as pungent as IPA should be. The chicken bites taste like microwave packaged food. The pasta is alright, those add-on chickens are tasteless like airplane lunch though.

Amazing, fast and friendly service. Very fast food (compared to other restaurants in the area) and very good food. Amazing atmosphere with a mini-museum inside of the owner's interests, great quantity and quality of tables, and good lighting. Good amount of food for the price (again, compared to other restaurants in the area), left feeling full for $15-20. Would definitely recommend and I will be visiting again.

Our Holy Cow burger was dry my fries were warm. The ribs were dry and terrible. Our server was nice. The fried pickles were good.

August 2021 Chicago Mask Mandate in effect. Plexi-glass between the booths but tables close together and close to booths. Clean Bathrooms. Stopped in for an appetizer and a drink. Restaurant was very busy & loud with a kid's baseball team taking up lots of the seating space. Our server Amanda was nice & checked on us several times but had to ask for a refill on the water. Took about 40 minutes for the appetizer to appear and the bottled beverage came after that. The Poutine was good, hot and tasty. Did not care for the cheese used but other than that, it was great. Serving size was large - plenty of food for lunch for both of us. #Recommended if you are not in a hurry. #VickieTravelz

Was a fun place to eat and visit. Nadia, one of the managers, and staff were so helpful when I visited with my service dog. They were very accommodating with a perfect place to sit and brought water to my dog. Service from Travis was good. The food was decent....Chicago dog & fries. The memorabilia in the restaurant was so cool. I would definitely revisit as they have a dog friendly patio with pet friendly events.

Located right on the navy pier which is convenient. It’s pretty spacious and made wait time very minimal on a weekend. Food was decent. Service was blah. Being in a hot tourist spot; service is as expected. Feels like they want you in and out. If you’re visiting Chicago- I’d say don’t stop by here as it seems to just be a tourist trap. Better to go out & experience something more local instead unless you’re in a time crunch & hungry while in navy pier.

No splitting checks. Almost no vegetarian food options. Seated us right away with a party of 6. The Mac and cheese cheeseburger was a fried block of Mac and cheese on a burger. Tasty but not what I expected. I would order it again if I came back. We waited a while for the first service but it was a busy holiday weekend. Wouldn't recommend it for large groups.

Went for the curling experience and warming igloo. While the curling was glide material not ice, it was still fun. Service was excellent. Appetizers while typical for chain were well made - cheese curds, fresh garlic bread, although the boneless wings were okay as is typical for boneless. Decent beer choices but the main issue is the reservations were for max 45 minutes and it was barely enough time to play a round and receive appetizers. It needs to be longer or prioritized better to maximize impact

Ate here for dinner with my family while in Chicago last summer. We stumbled on after walking around Navy Pier for sometime and needed a place to recharge. The food was great and the service good. The atmosphere was really interesting with all of the cool memorabilia. Holy Cow!

While on vacation, we went to Navy Pier and decided to try Harry Caray's for dinner. We started off with the Wisconsin Cheese Curds, then I had the Holy Cow! Burger while my husband had The "108" Burger. The burgers may look average, but they were both really good. The staff was nice and helpful, but they also kept looking at us funny when we were trying to walk around and look at the memorabilia cases after our meal. (The restaurant wasn't busy at all, and if they don't want people to look, why have so many displays?) We felt kinda uncomfortable on our way out, but the food was good.

Fun afternoon on navy pier. Had a mishap at the host stand but our server Brianna did a great job with a large group. Everyone had good and hot food. I’d reccomend the ribs and spinach dip.

We ordered a Foot long Chicago Dog, an Italian Beef and Pulled Pork on a piece of garlic toast. All of these came with fries. My friend took one bite of the Chicago Dog and stopped. She said it was like rubber and tough. I ordered the Italian Beef and all I can say is it was so so, I expected more flavor. The amount of beef was decent. My other friend said her pulled pork was decent, I thought the sauce was extremely sweet, not for me but she enjoyed it. We all gave the fries a C, we all requested crispy fries and none of us got that. I ordered a White Sox Sangria, I give it a D. It was tart, lacked the fresh fruits and couldn't taste a hint of alcohol. I left most of it, nobody else at the table wanted it either. We did ask our server to take the Chicago Dog off our bill since my friend took only one bite and pushed it away. He did and apologized that it was so bad. Not the servers fault, he was personable and did his job. I was disappointed with the visit, with the name and likeness of HARRY CAREY, I expected better.

Best place to eat around the pier. The restaurant is connected to the children’s museum so there is a lot to see. Lots of baseball memorabilia too. Food is not so great. Had the glazed salmon and it was so dry.

Amazing experience. The atmosphere was awesome. Even if you're not a baseball fan the history is so fun. Food was really good. I think it was one of a few places I didn't leave food. The entire staff was something else. They communicated with us and each other to make sure everyone was happy. Best I compliment I can give is...... Holy cow!

I was surprised that the prices were not exorbitant. Not dive bar prices but reasonable. Loved the mac n cheese burger!

I haven't had such a delicious sandwich in a long time. if you're visiting the Chicago Navy Pier, order the Steak Sandwich at Harry Caray's. Delicious! In addition, we had the super cut service from Charles!

Despicable service. Waitress was running from us, did not bring napkins, forks. The order came incorrect. The burger bun came dry from the frozen party. Looks like it was deep fried. The jumbo soup came with chicken bones, the mac and cheese was dry with no cheese at all, with some greasy substance. The rice was half cooked and looked expired. Bloody marry looked dirty, I wonder if they even put tomato juice inside. The menu itself consist only of limited items. Terrible experience. Just go to McDonalds and street food truck.

Nice surprise at Pier. Nice selection of local beers on draft great TVs if you need to watch a sports game. Lots of memorabilia and interesting to look at all the photos on their walls. Very reasonably priced don’t know how good the food was we only had drinks. Servers were very friendly!

Located in a very touristy area, but the prices were shockingly reasonable, and it wasn't too busy. We all got burgers, beer, and some liquor. Service was great, and the food was very good. Would recommend coming here in early afternoon between lunch and dinner.

The food was better than I thought it would be given the reviews. The burger was good, not fantastic or holy cow, but it was decent. The salad my wife ordered was really good, and the ribs were plentiful. The Patron tree was neat, but mostly for show. The margarita mix was quite salty and not to my liking. Ryan, our server, was very attentive and great.

I honestly had a good experience here. My family and I went here after 2 years of doing nothing because of covid, and since my dad had an 100 dollar gift card, we thought this would be a great place to eat at. The food was good for all of us, I do remember though my dad said his burger was a little dry. The staff was very nice, and it was a great experience.

Conveniently placed on the navy pier. My family and I were quickly seated outdoor . Beautiful ambience being where it is. downside is more attention could have been paid to the outdoor tables and chairs . The table next to us had cobwebs , and the table assigned to us had small bird poop on the chairs . I understand it’s outside dining by water but please take time to clean . Menu is limited but the food came out very quickly and was hot and good ! The waiter was very attentive. Sometimes at locations with high traffic the service goes to the wayside but our waiter was excellent. Will return when in the area

Great Atmosphere for sports games, food was pretty good too… this was not the steak house but the tavern. Would recommend!

Very friendly staff. What the Fried Pickle Chips lacked in seasoning the Sriracha Ranch made up for. Wish my Blueberry Mojito glass wasn't full of ice, as it was as refreshing as the breeze blowing through the patio. Also had a Holy Cow Burger...it was definitely burger, but not much holy about it...kind of bland. They do have some really cool memorabilia available to view too.

We ate at this restaurant as a group of five. We ordered a jalapeño burger, Mac and cheese burger, a chicken salad, and the cow burger. The jalapeño burger was delicious, the guacamole went exquisitely well with the jalapeño. But the jalapeño on top was REALLY SPICY (coming from a Dominican). For the Mac and Cheese burger, the Mac and cheese was fried which was really delicious. The taste is simple but good. Other than the food the tavern is beautifully decorated giving homey vibes.(Winter menu) . 🎄❄️⛄️
