What a nightmare experience we had last night. We decided to walk 20 min to pick up our food, got there and was told it would be 3-5 minutes. Well, 40 minutes and still no food. The order they gave me was for someone else, so decided to keep waiting. I used their restroom and was greeted to standing water all over the ground, no toilet paper, and no soap at all. When I came out, wife finally got our order 70 minutes later! We got home to eat, and the food was even worst than the service! Our daughter’s Parmesan pasta was missing Parmesan…wife’s salad was missing dressing…my French cheeseburger was even missing meat on one of the three slices of burger pattie’s! And get this…the two slices of meat I got was the size of a small sauce cup! We couldn’t believe what terrible service and food we received for $60!! Please, do yourselves a favor and skip this establishment, don’t waste your money or time here, we didn’t even receive an apology for the extremely long wait time for a simple kids pasta, salad and cheeseburger!! Never again!!

This place is too dark to eat in. Maybe it was just our section. Or maybe most CCF restaurants are just designed that way. It was dark to the point that we couldn’t see if there was a bug in our food. You may want to take public transportation to come here because parking here is difficult and expensive. All the staff members provided us with good service. The place also appeared clean - for what we were able to see. My friend ordered some Asian rice dish that ended up tasting just like a Panda Express meal but three times more expensive. My steak/fajitas tacos were delicious. I enjoyed them very much. However, the side dishes were awful. Both the rice and beans were lukewarm. We didn’t skip what we came here for - the cheesecake, which was wonderful. I suggest come here for the cheesecake but think twice about ordering dinner here. I

First time at this location. We were served with bread and butter - loved it. We then had the Korean fried cauliflowers and the Korean Fried chicken (comes with kimchi, avocados, and rice). The food was great! I also ordered a Chocolate tuxedo cake to go. It was so yum!

Very good food, good portion, good service and friendly staff. You should make a space for the delicious cheese-cake. Ordered * Dynamite Shrimp - was okay. * Shrimp with Angel Hair - it would be sooo yummy without lemon. And the * classic cheesecake - never disappoint me. During weekends or holidays, I would suggest making a reservation beforehand, or come a bit early - the wait time to be seated was quite long (50 minutes).

Super slow service. Decaf came out cold. Finally flagged someone down so they could brew a fresh pot. Fish tacos were fine but also came out lukewarm. Side of spinach was burnt. Godiva chocolate cheesecake was excellent.

This was my first time here and it was nice. I like the 'magical rustic' indoor decor. The staff was nice and the ambience was pleasant. I got the caramel chocolate cheesecake with snickers and peanuts. It was really nice but a whole lot of calories. They also have other meals (breakfast, lunch etc) apart from cheesecakes.

Visited on week day, very quiet. Burgers are great, and unfortunately no space left for their cheesecake. Quite dark inside the restaurant, most people reaching for phone lights to read the menu. Dinning tables available outside. Free refills for some of the soft drinks.

Visiting from out of town for a conference and glad it was not during the height of tourist season. We had no problem just walking in and getting a good table for lunch. We weren’t familiar with their menu - it’s a bit overwhelming. We got an amazing BBQ bacon burger and a chicken avocado sandwich after having warm bread for appetizer. We saved room for cheesecake (of course) and got some chocolate 30th anniversary cheesecake thing. It was also amazing. We had a great time and definitely recommend.

Waiter was very friendly and attentive. It was pleasantly surprising how many gluten-free and dairy-free options they have. The salmon and steak were delicious and the sparkling guava/lime drink was amazing!

Being a first time Cheesecake Factory customer I can honestly say don’t waste your money on the food here. I would only personally come here for the cheesecake-to go! Entrees and appetizers lack original flavor. Most items always remind you of something similar but better you had before. My Sangria wine drink was more ice than as are most beverages on the rocks . Wait staff are diligent and precise but lack charisma and left me with the feeling of mediocre service. For a restaurant located on Michigan Avenue right under The John Hancock I’d really expect a higher level of customer service. I understand it’s a Cheesecake Factory but at least it should be run as one located in one of the most beautiful cities in the world. To top it all off the establishment looks like you’re inside a pie, not even a good one. I’m taking Jewel Osco Frozen Pie.

We sat outside and the ambience was great!(besides the birds) Can never go wrong with a margarita pizza! We also had a side of sweet potato fries and shared them, they look a little burnt but didn’t taste like it at all! My friend got the fettuccine with shrimp and it was lovely as well

Great food! We booked because our kids wanted to try the cakes. Surprisingly, they have a wide range of food. Even more surprisingly, the food was excellent and prices were reasonable. Good value for money. The place itself, too dark inside. Nice service.

Love the atmosphere of this place. The last time we visited this place, we only ordered cheese cakes, and they were very good. It's not too sweet, just right.

First visit, Saturday evening 8/19. Pros: Lillyth was the best part of our experience. Attentive yet not overbearing, patient, and accommodating. Nice ambiance even though it was a packed house, very dim lighting in the bar area, really unique decor and furnishings. Clean restrooms although could’ve used a touch up. We did make a reservation and I recommend making one. Makes it a lot easier on a busy night. Cons: They were out of the salmón díane combo and all combos They were out of the tamale cake Food ratings- Peach lemonade- 5/5 Lemonade 5/5 (very similar to chik fil a’s even a bit sweeter) Cucumber lemonade -5/5 unique taste but refreshing Strawberry shake- 4/5- nice flavor but there was an aftertaste I didn’t care for Bread - 5/5 Baja chicken tacos 5/5- chicken tasted like it was made at a good Mexican restaurant Beans 0/5- had no seasoning or flavor Rice-1/5 no seasoning(I.e salt) Meatloaf -3/5 a bit too mushy for me, wife enjoyed it though Mashed potatoes and corn 5/5-really good Chicken Alfredo fettuccine 3/5- just your average Americana burger -4/5 good flavor, sesame seed bun a plus but too much bun for the meat but I did order it well done Fries 4/5- crispy Fried Mac and cheese 5/5- surprisingly delicious Egg roll sampler- 4/5 -all were good but I didn’t like the chicken egg roll too much and the avocado roll was ok, I found out warm avocado is not my cup of tea. Sauces for the egg rolls were delicious Hershey cheesecake-5/5- rich and creamy We ordered a whole cheesecake (half original and half Ghirardelli very cherry- will update once we’ve tasted it) Prices 4/5- not necessarily overpriced but not reasonable either. Parking- 4/5 they validate parking (there’s a $40 2 hour lot next door) but we used street parking right across from the restaurant- 2 hours was enough time, being a minute. Recommend for a special occasion or just because. There were parents with kids bs strollers and they seemed to be ok. Outside seating available.

The food was great but the service was even better! Jasmine was a very attentive, polite and outgoing waitress and I wish I could hire her myself! Would definitely go back just for her service and the many many different kinds of cheesecake!!

Lunch was very good! The server was excellent as he even helped me with finding a good gluten free entre. The atmosphere was relaxed and very enjoyable. The decor is cool and very unique. I'm not sure how to describe it. The food was brought to our table in a very timely manner. The presentation of the food was very good. Flavor was very good.

Good choice of quality american cuisine. Attentive staff and fair prices. All the dishes we tried were generously portioned, so there is no chance you will leave this place hungry. Recommended.

We decided to have a lunch date while hanging out. I love the ambiance. It's got an upscale vibe with reasonable prices. The food was great. I thought it was too much ketchup in the cheeseburger egg rolls. The cheesecakes are always delicious. The pasta was light and hearty. Staff was great and so were the drinks. Also the chicken flautas the Best ever

I'm Japanese. We handle not only cheesecake but also a wide range of cheese-related. The taste is very good. However, there is a lot of quantity. The problem is that it is common for many Japanese people. Actually, I went with several Japanese people, but we all left, so it was clearly a large amount.

I've visit several Cheesecake Factories and this one was hands down the best. A mistake was made and it was handled before we even realized the situation. The manager came out himself and addressed and correct the issue. Service was awesome.

Great food and service. We had a good time. Some of the drink prices are a bit steep, but that could be the downtown Chicago location speaking.

I wasn't impressed by the service at this location. When I arrived, there were 3 employees chatting at the front desk and none of them greeted or welcomed me when I entered. During my order, I requested for fried calamari in appetizers which was not available. So I don't get the point of having so many items on the menu if you can't deliver and run out of items. While I was searching to order another item in appetizers, the server asked to rush since the kitchen was closing and I found that comment disrespectful. There were customers who arrived after me as well I then had to order thai chilli shrimp and the quantity was too low for the price charged which was $14.50. It wasn't spicy and barely any seasoning. In the main course, I had four cheese pasta which was good.

Had an amazing time. Was in tonight to celebrate a friend's birthday and my promotion. Julian was our server and he was AWESOME!!!! He had a great personality and vibe. He was even challenged to surprise my friend with her second drink of the night and managed to choose a drink that was delicious and was her favorite flavor. He also recommended a great dish for her since this was her first time ever coming to this restaurant-- the bang bang chicken and shrimp. As for my dish- the Louisiana chicken pasta-- it was delicious as well. We had a great time and hopefully the next time we return Julian can be our server again.

Shockingly good food and good service as well. We did have to wait a long while but they were able to let us go across the street and look in a shop or two and text us when our table was ready. They have about a million options on their menu for regular food and cheesecakes. We really enjoyed the chicken piccata and the steak tacos. The Alfredo sauce was good too. Forgot to take a picture of the cheesecake we tried but it was some sort of chocolate with pecans. So good! We would definitely recommend this place.

Very nice food, great quantity. Service was very fast and efficient. Ambience was good. Only issue was the - waiting, there wasn’t any process followed and we had been asked to wait, but after waiting we were told there was no guarantee that we will get the place. But we waited and got the seat. Otherwise this place is a good one to have dinner.

Firstly, if you're out for good food, this is the place you'll find it. Their menu fits all needs, From healthy salads, to vegan options to the decadence of their signature desserts, you can find it here. There's only one small issue when dining, it's very dark. In the summer you can sit outside. The atmosphere is pretty easy-going, you can talk without having to yell. Service is something that is done in unison, if you have a lot of food the staff assist each other. Which makes your food come out fast, your drinks are filled, and whatever you want is fulfilled. Now for the budget friendly portion, if you want to keep your bill relatively lower. Go for the Happy Hour specials. From 4-6 Monday through Friday their appetizers and small plate dishes are more than enough to feed the majority of people. And maybI recommend the Calamari or either of the Sliders. They are quite satisfying as the bread is.

Always a great place to visit for a meal or dessert and coffee. A unique design and atmosphere. Enjoyed the Riley steak and cocktail (recommend the Long Island Iced Tea). A little understaffed in service but those that are there make every effort for you to enjoy the experience. The steak was delicious and done to perfection with greens and mash...all delicious and enjoyed. Do yourself a favour, grab some friends and family, book a table and enjoy. You can also take a slice of their famous cheesecakes home or get the whole cake!

The restaurant was difficult to find. There needs to be more signs for the restaurant outside. The restaurant itself had nice decor it was like an artsy cave atmosphere. We sat in the bar area and it was pretty dark in that area had to use our phones flashlight to read the menu. We ordered the avocado egg rolls which were delicious. We also ordered the vanilla bean cheesecake and the caramel chocolate cheesecake to go. The cheesecakes were both delicious. Only reason for the 4 stars was the service was just okay The hostess seemed annoyed, the waitress didn't check back on us after we ordered, and another employee brought our food and was busy talking with the person at the bar while delivering our food to our table. So overall the food and atmosphere were worth going but the service was not
