mom
and
I
dined
in
on
a
Sunday
after
church
at
the
5201
S.
Pulaski
Rd
location.
I
called
ahead
with
expectations
of
being
seated
upon
arrival.
That
didn't
happen!
I
explained
my
mom
uses
a
walker
from
a
recent
spinal
cord
surgery
and
could
not
sit
for
long.
The
person
who
answered
asked
my
ETA-I
replied
30
minutes.
When
we
arrived,
the
waiter
at
the
podium
smirked
stating
calling
ahead
means
you
still
have
to
wait.
I
asked
to
see
a
manager.
Spoke
to
Rosie.
I
explained
my
mother's
situation
and
that
she's
a
diabetic
and
needs
to
eat
soon.
Rosie
was
kind
enough
to
allow
my
mom
to
sit
at
a
table
near
the
bar.
She
also
gave
my
mom
biscuits
and
water.
We
waited
at
least
45
minutes
to
be
seated.
A
lady
customer
arrived
and
made
a
scene
about
the
wait
time
stating
that
she
had
7:30
reservations
to
a
movie
theater.
Rosie
appeased
the
lady
to
quiet
her
down
and
seated
her
party
and
served
them.
I
was
appalled.
Especially
when
she
knew
my
mom's
situation.
Seems
she
had
a
problem
dealing
with
a
difficult
customer.
To
add
insult
to
injury,
we
finally
got
served
and
my
order
was
despicable.
The
waitress
tried
to
convince
me
that
my
lobster
tail
was
Rock
Lobster,
but
clearly
it
was
Maine
.
The
cook
sent
a
Maine
lobster
tail
and
placed
it
on
top
of
a
shell.
I
was
livid!
The
rice
was
hard
enough
to
chip
my
teeth,
the
broccoli
was
mushy
and
dry
biscuits.
Rosie
tried
to
convince
me
to
not
write
a
review
by
giving
discount
cards.
I
assured
her
I
would
not
write
a
review,
but
I
feel
I
should
as
I
believe
this
is
the
only
way
customer
service
will
improve
at
this
location.
Also,
I
will
not
use
the
discount
cards.
I
received
a
response
from
the
owner
with
an
apology
and
requesting
I
send
my
personal
information
and
to
reach
out
on
Facebook.
I
do
not
participate
on
Facebook.
Please
do
something
about
the
service
at
your
store.
That's
all
I
asked!
This
used
to
be
my
favorite
Red
Lobster
location.
Check
your
management.
