    We hadn't been to Red lobster in many years. We used to frequent various Red lobster locations in the Chicagoland area with regularity. Not too much has changed over the decades. The food is still relatively the same. The biscuits have changed a little bit. Not necessarily for the better. Prices are reasonable. This location was on Pulaski near Archer in Chicago. If you like Red lobster in the past. The experiences similar today.

    All the Social distancing was to the industry's standards. My mother enjoyed her 80th birthday celebration. Waiter appeared to be new, but was very polite. He will be great someday soon if he wants to be. I would come back to this location.

    The food is mediocre and cold. But the worst part of this place is how they keep the lobsters. There is a big lobster tank as soon as you walk in. And the tank looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in weeks with yellow stains on the glass and debris floating in the dirty water. I also noticed that they keep the dead lobsters and mutilated lobster pieces in the same tank as the live lobsters and when told about it the Hispanic lady with blonde curly hair said it wasn’t her job to clean that.

    My mom and I dined in on a Sunday after church at the 5201 S. Pulaski Rd location. I called ahead with expectations of being seated upon arrival. That didn't happen! I explained my mom uses a walker from a recent spinal cord surgery and could not sit for long. The person who answered asked my ETA-I replied 30 minutes. When we arrived, the waiter at the podium smirked stating calling ahead means you still have to wait. I asked to see a manager. Spoke to Rosie. I explained my mother's situation and that she's a diabetic and needs to eat soon. Rosie was kind enough to allow my mom to sit at a table near the bar. She also gave my mom biscuits and water. We waited at least 45 minutes to be seated. A lady customer arrived and made a scene about the wait time stating that she had 7:30 reservations to a movie theater. Rosie appeased the lady to quiet her down and seated her party and served them. I was appalled. Especially when she knew my mom's situation. Seems she had a problem dealing with a difficult customer. To add insult to injury, we finally got served and my order was despicable. The waitress tried to convince me that my lobster tail was Rock Lobster, but clearly it was Maine . The cook sent a Maine lobster tail and placed it on top of a shell. I was livid! The rice was hard enough to chip my teeth, the broccoli was mushy and dry biscuits. Rosie tried to convince me to not write a review by giving discount cards. I assured her I would not write a review, but I feel I should as I believe this is the only way customer service will improve at this location. Also, I will not use the discount cards. I received a response from the owner with an apology and requesting I send my personal information and to reach out on Facebook. I do not participate on Facebook. Please do something about the service at your store. That's all I asked! This used to be my favorite Red Lobster location. Check your management. Please!

    Red Lobster sirloin and snow crab legs were great, and the admiral feast looked yummy, too. The steak and even the broccoli were flavorful, and the biscuits were served warm. It was hard to eat just one. The waitress was friendly and efficient, parking was easy and the atmosphere was good. I would visit again.

    Red Lobster's Endless Shrimp is like a seafood party for your taste buds! I recently took my baby girl and went all in on their shrimp fest, and let me tell you, it's a shrimp lover's paradise. They've got all sorts of shrimp dishes during Endless Shrimp, from classic grilled shrimp to some crazy good creations. The chefs really know how to cook up shrimp that makes you want to do a happy dance. I can't remember my waiter's name but he definitely went above and beyond excellent service.

    We went for thanksgiving we got the all you can eat special there was no one in the restaurant except 3 other tables 1 which was finishing up it took us 40 minutes to get our food another 30 minutes to get to place another order and than when we said just put in another order for the shrimp now we were told the kitchen is closed that they are finishing up with the 42 take out orders that came in since we sat down. No manager came by just the apology from the waitress

    My waitress was Armani today she was very good. Her memory is good she took orders without writing them down. I really enjoyed her. She other customers were really giving her a hard time about something that was beyond her control. I mean they kept going on and on even called the manager over, for nothing. She handled it with grace and I want her to know that.

    Crab cake was flat, burnt, and soggy. Snow crab was random pieces. Lobster was under done. The shrimps was ok.

    Very good service from start to finish. My first time here, in fact my first time at a lobster restaurant period. I enjoyed it all. We had quite a few dietary preferences and all were delt with swiftly.

    The worst restaurant experience in memory. Most of the stuff on the menu was unavailable (false advertising). The dinner consisted of one fish chip sized fish and a spoon of mashed potatoes. The wait was long and they had few employees. I won't ever go there again. Only the biscuits were good...

    Not a good experience. The salad was wilted, and we ordered the garlic butter sauce with the snowcrab. The waitress brought it out 5 minutes after the crab. Look at that "very yellow" broccoli. Won't go back.

    Judy is the best WAITER ever. she’s always so attentive to all of her customers and always so very friendly. the food is always delicious and the prices are reasonable.     Nikki is what made the 2 hour wait worth it. After making reservations, we still waited. We were told that because the kitchen was backed up, that's what caused the delay. I'm not sure how that happens unless they were short staffed, which should have been communicated better. I went to the bar to have a drink while waiting and was told after sitting there for 20 minutes without being acknowledged, the bartender walked past and said very rudely that she wasn't making drinks, umm it is a bar right. We were finally seated. There were a few tables occupied around us, so I'm not sure what was going on. Nikki walked us to our table and was very apologetic and attentive to us. She was very friendly and professional, and Nikki made sure to immediately take our drink and appetizer order. Especially since the kitchen was behind, she made sure to bring us bread to have during the wait for our food. Nikki gave us amazing service even though the chaos happening in the kitchen wasn't her fault. The manager, the hostess, and the bartender were rude and very unprofessional. I WILL NOT be patronizing this Red Lobster again.

    The wait time was long due to staffing numbers. Our waiter was attentive and friendly. However the quality of food has decreased drastically. The food proportions seem to have gotten smaller, it was also incredibly bland l. So if you're coming dont be scared to give them your honest feelings on the food and get it how you want it.

    I ordered today through uber eats, and might I say I was disappointed. My lobster was soggy, watery, and mushy! I couldn't even eat it so discussing!!! I will not be ordering from them again. I didn't even want to give a star but had too to post this.

    Have not been to a red lobster in over 15 years but this was overall a pretty good eating experience. Food was prepared well and was tasty. Only thing was there stock of some items were not available but I suppose everyone is still recovering from this pandemic. Waiters and host were friendly and kind.

    My server was Shaniece, very pleasant young lady. We arrived at 11:00 am the biscuits finally made it to the table 25 minutes late bc when we arrived they were not done. My sister wanted a salad but was told that the 🥗 salads were unavailable at the moment 😕. Overall, it was a a good visit bc our meal was served in a timely manner and very tasty 😋.

    I’ve been here twice to pick up a to-go order and both times my order was late by 40 minutes. I come inside to ask about my order just to be ignored by the staff. They spend their time goofing around in the back rather than help guests with their order. When you ring the bell needing their attention, they come up with an attitude. There was this chunky girl with red braids in charge of the to go orders. When giving me my order she shoved it against my arm. It was pretty obvious my arm was in the way but she proceeded to continue shoving my order against me as I was signing to pay. Very rude and unprofessional. Never in my life had I had someone working on the restaurant shove food at me. She should be terminated. Even when I received my food, it was extremely cold as if it was already done for awhile.

    Cheddar bay biscuits - this is why we go to Red Lobster. Menu has improved over the years. a bit more generous with portion size now. Shrimp and lobster nicely cooked. Good sides - salads, come slaw, potatoes, veggies. Salmon and other non shell fish available for lunch and dinner. Friendly staff

    I love red lobster however the service have went down hill. I understand the shortage of workers in the food industry so I expect service to be slow however this was the worst experience I ever had at this location. I should’ve know this when I saw a waitress wearing Nike flip flops 😫 however my waitresses Brianna stayed hiding from her customers in the kitchen and not checking on us but once I had the manager come over a few times she suddenly appeared. It’s was a weird customer experience here and I hope they can stay open when customer service is so bad.

    I know who the Cook is at that restaurant but they need help lobster was cold, the crab legs was small and very little meat in them it was my birthday all the orders was overwhelmed for the waiter. 4 orders was sent back didn't want them the food was a mess the white potato was not done. It was eleven people but the manager did her job very nicely by not charging us for those four meals. No biscuits was issue to us at all. Just a mess. Food took up to an hour and still wasn't done they need help more experience in the kitchen. It should had more servers to help too many young people.

    I went there for lunch. The Caesar salad had mozzarella cheese on it which was weird. I got endless shrimp and the service was so slow I never got the chance to order a second round. Might be a tactic they use idk. It was lunch time and wasn’t crowded at all. They had a lot of to go orders but I should have been able to get service.

    The food look good but was not tasty AT ALL. The restaurant started Cleaning and spraying after we finished our meal. The manager spoke to me and replaced the shrimp an gave a discount on the meal. I gave a nice tip to the server. I do not send anything back anymore.

    This was the worst experience ever yesterday for my Aunts bday. They placed us in the back in the cold setting area and they knew that the heat did not work. The waitress never came to our table and the manager wasnt helpful at all. We got there between 6-7pm and didnt get our food until 930-10pm and it was cold and nasty. To add insult to injury...we saw a roach when we was leaving. PLEASE DO NOT waste your time or money!!

    The staff got into it in the kitchen area, and one employee walked out. From there everything went down hill. Food being late and cold. People who was there before me got upset and walked out because they had to wait so long just to put in their order or got tired of waiting for their order. Because it was so late and nothing else was open and being hungry we waited. We let's just say they loss my business. Try at your own risk, maybe someone else will have better luck

    Tonight I took the wife and kids out to eat at Red Lobster. When we arrived we could hear yelling and racial slurs being said from an employee of the name “Scott”. I will never be eating at a red lobster again after tonight. My kids are traumatized from the events that unfolded tonight. Very disappointed!

    Red Lobster is my favorite seafood restaurant; because their food is good, their prices are moderate, and they have an extensive menu. They are not an exquisite, haute cuisine restaurant, so their prices won't force you to search for a second job. You can take the family, or friends, or family and friends and still pay the mortgage. The seafood is good and you get enough to also eat until you are full.

    This WAS one of my favorite RL! What happened? The food was good but I needed a microscope to see the crab legs. I had my usual, the Ultimate Feast I was able to get 2 crab legs of meat from the 6 that was served. Has the pandemic affected your food size?

    Still a super good place to eat. Waitresses are nice and the food is good. A bit overpriced in my opinion but I mean, its Red Lobster so its expected. They take the 6ft social distancing pretty seriously from what I saw. So thats good too. Overall a great experience.

    Well since Covic,they have made changes,and still getting used to them. Food was hot,got a mix up in order,but could have been due to the masks. We were given the plastic crab leg splitter and inquiried about the normal crab claw crackers. We were told they didn't have any. For a seafood restaurant, that is pretty ridiculous.

    Endless shrimp night at Red Lobster. The service was awesome, once seated. Our waitress was funny, helpful and really made sure we had a good experience. There was a bit of a wait, so I'd go earlier in the evening. We waited about 40ish min before we were seated. Totally understandable, to ensure social distancing, etc.

    Due to covid they have atleast an 30min wait but very professional and friendly! The waitress is very welcoming and moves at an nice pace! Its been an min since I've been here! Definitely still doing an great job!

    It took 45 minutes before they even brought water. None of the portable kiosk worked. After 1hr 30 mins the food arrived at the table and the order was wrong and the food was like-warm.
