Disappointed that they're remodeling to Remove the Animatronics, i wish they were staying, especially since almost all the other animatronics in the state are being disabled

This used to be my son's go to spot for a Saturday fun day, or Birthday party. He's 12 next month and Dave and Busters is his new chuck e cheese, but he suggested chuck e cheese last weekend and we had a great time. I love the pizza and he likes the new games. Win, win. Check them out next time you're in the area, you won't be disappointed, especially if you have young kids.

They updated this location for more of a better experience, my child really loved it. My major complaints were the extreme increase in pricing for video games and food. I paid 30 dollars for a large pizza and one drink, you could buy a football size pizza for that price. The food is definitely not worth the price, I would suggest buying your pizza from elsewhere maybe Little Caesars it taste very similar. The pricing for video games have also increased. I spent almost 100 dollars I just 1 hour for one child.

Wasn't packed or ghetto. We came here on a Tuesday night for a birthday party. Staff was very attentive. The food was actually good. It was definitely made fresh. The kids were served dipping dots with the birthday all of which was provided by Chuck e Cheese. The 2 hour unlimited game play was great!

Did not feel welcomed at all. Chuck e came out for just a party and acted as if he didn’t see the other kids trying to shake his hand. They don’t pick up the garbage off the tables I will never come back here and spend a dime!

We had to pivot for my son’s birthday because it was going to rain on our outdoor party. We were able to reserve a party the day before and everyone had a great time. Our party hosts were attentive, the kids had a blast with the games, and as far as hosting a party in the city goes - it was a great value. It was also very clean and they do a great job making the birthday kid feel extra special.

Edible pizza! First time visitor to a 6 yo Birthday Party. Well organized and enough room for kids and adults, everyone enjoyed the arcade games. Some adult Pizza choices were offered. Kids had a blast! Bathrooms were clean. Dutiful hosts in an unruly atmosphere.

Hmmm…. I remember Chuck E Cheese being such a magical place as a child. I recently took my daughter and some of the games were broken down. There was a power tool laying on top of one of the games. The stage where the animals perform looked dated and dusty. Also there was a sour smell like the carpeting needed to be cleaned. I would opt out of getting food there if we go again it wasn’t worth it.

$26 for a 6in pizza that was not even worth the price. $2.50 for toppings that are not even worth a quarter. Shame on you chuckee i would never recommend this place to any of my friends or family. ITS A BIG RIP-OFF DONT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE. A WORD TO THE WISE YOU WANT TO TAKE YOUR KIDS TO A PLACE THAT DOES NOT RIPOFF PEOPLE ON THE PRODUCTS THEY SELL. THIS PLACE SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN NOT JUST BY THE POEPLE BUT BY THE GOVERNMENT THAT SUPOPORTS THIS TYPE OF ESTABLIMENT. CHUCKEE CHEESES IS LUCKY THAT I AM NOT THE MAYER OF CHICAGO. IT WOULD BE SHUT DOWN INSTANTLY. By the way the food was terrible it was not great or awesome I don't understand why they're putting up responses to people's ratings when they know their stuff is bad

Love Chuck e cheese. My son is 12 and although his go to spot now a days, is Dave and Busters, he still likes the game's at Chuck e cheese. And the pizza is my favorite of all the pizza joints. Lots of parking and big variety of smaller shops in the strip mall.

We were here yesterday for my daughter’s 1st birthday party, Jake was our host and he’s thee BEST! He was very attentive to me as the birthday stars mom and my guests . He made sure the kids were entertained and had they’re private moment with Chuck E Cheese since it was other parties next to ours . If anyone goes here for a party, please ask for Jake. He won’t disappoint!

We did not eat but the salad bar looked fresh. Lots of games and rides all were in working order which was great we went during the week so it wasn't busy. I Like the unlimited games package. The tap card is way better than the tokens and it keeps track of your tickets won. Baby loved it I will be returning.

Food was not a priority for my toddler when she’s having fun. The boneless bbq were not exaggerated with sauce. Ate the veggie and pep pizza; She preferred the pepperoni.

Love the renovation but a bit sad that the animatronics we're replaced with video. End of an era. Kids had a blast.

Long one…. I have always enjoyed this location I use to come as a kid, as a mom I recently realized I have never brought my kids. I decided to plan my daughters birthday here, this would be my first time ever having a party at a place like this so I had no idea what to expect. I wanna start by saying I’m very pleased with the set up, the way the group of employees including Chuck E. Made my daughter feel, we also loved the dancing , and the songs. I’m only giving 3 stars because our “host” wasn’t hosting. I ventured off to find her like 4 times. My benches were greasy so we sprayed and wiped them down. She didn’t communicate a plan, I had no idea what to expect, is there a schedule? Do I serve this pizza? (The host behind us was being very attentive to her party) who so do I talk to? As I don’t see a “host” I served the food, with no assistance (the host behind us serving her party) I cleaned up the trashed alone, (the host behind me helping the family clean up she was amazing!) she popped up when she noticed me carrying trash, she’d ask me if I needed something once she would see me done with everything. I missed out on the party! I thought planning a party here would give me time to enjoy my baby enjoying herself but I didn’t get to. I was busy running everything, she just handled the part where she brought the stuff to the table. As a business owner myself I know how important it is to leave a great impression, I also know that we’re human and mess up. I thought after the first time she saw me doing her job she’d step up but she didn’t. I did speak with management, and they were wonderful. They did their best to turn it around, and at that point the party was almost over so it was just gift time then clean up, they said she’d come help clean up but YOU GUESSED IT she didn’t. At this point I just wanted to get out, although management said we were free to stay as long as we want I tried to get us going asap. Unfortunately we encountered her one more time at the register and we felt dismissed by her I asked a question and she looked away from me with a attitude and answered in the opposite direction. I’m a big tipper and the pain I felt in my heart once I got in the car because I didn’t feel it in my heart to tip her was overwhelming. I felt guilty! I’m sharing my experience because if your looking for a place to help relieve you from the stress so you can focus on your child, I don’t know if you’d get that here. Idk maybe you can say at scheduling that Linsey isn’t a good fit for you. I know their gonna retrain her, so im sure she’ll do better next time. As for me, I will never risk this experience again.

This is not the Chuck E Cheese of our childhoods and I mean that in the best possible way. Our kid was obsessed with coming here for her birthday and we were both very skeptical going in but were really impressed. I remembered these being dimly lit sticky places with cardboard-like pizza. This place was (shockingly) clean, well-lit with a bunch of natural light coming in from the windows. There were a ton of games, something for everyone and seemingly well-maintained. Very, very few glitches or shut down machines. The pizza was much better than I remembered, and the veggie quite good for fast food pizza. Best of all...no creepy animatronics! Much credit to the friendly, kind, and *patient* staff who kept everything moving like clockwork. My husband and I could actually play with the kids without having to hover or facilitate every little thing. The staff were super on top of it. I think Anna may have been our hostess but I really appreciate everyone there, down to the young guy running the prize store and kindly and patiently waiting an eon for our kids to decide on prizes without seeming the least impatient. Our daughter had a great day there and I really think her guests did too.

Had my son's first Birthday there yesterday. The manager on duty as well as my waiter was awesome! I would give 5 stars but because they were understaffed and the long wait for lines when purchasing or ordering food was slow... But overall my family, friends and I had a wonderful time!! We will be back again. Thank you so much for looking out for us!!

I just wanted to shout out the manager Anna. We bought a small chocolate vanilla cake for my son’s birthday. She gave us candles with it too. For someone who was dealing with the front alone and the line was long she was doing an amazing job. Extremely patient too. You go Anna!
