Long
one….
I
have
always
enjoyed
this
location
I
use
to
come
as
a
kid,
as
a
mom
I
recently
realized
I
have
never
brought
my
kids.
I
decided
to
plan
my
daughters
birthday
here,
this
would
be
my
first
time
ever
having
a
party
at
a
place
like
this
so
I
had
no
idea
what
to
expect.
I
wanna
start
by
saying
I’m
very
pleased
with
the
set
up,
the
way
the
group
of
employees
including
Chuck
E.
Made
my
daughter
feel,
we
also
loved
the
dancing
,
and
the
songs.
I’m
only
giving
3
stars
because
our
“host”
wasn’t
hosting.
I
ventured
off
to
find
her
like
4
times.
My
benches
were
greasy
so
we
sprayed
and
wiped
them
down.
She
didn’t
communicate
a
plan,
I
had
no
idea
what
to
expect,
is
there
a
schedule?
Do
I
serve
this
pizza?
(The
host
behind
us
was
being
very
attentive
to
her
party)
who
so
do
I
talk
to?
As
I
don’t
see
a
“host”
I
served
the
food,
with
no
assistance
(the
host
behind
us
serving
her
party)
I
cleaned
up
the
trashed
alone,
(the
host
behind
me
helping
the
family
clean
up
she
was
amazing!)
she
popped
up
when
she
noticed
me
carrying
trash,
she’d
ask
me
if
I
needed
something
once
she
would
see
me
done
with
everything.
I
missed
out
on
the
party!
I
thought
planning
a
party
here
would
give
me
time
to
enjoy
my
baby
enjoying
herself
but
I
didn’t
get
to.
I
was
busy
running
everything,
she
just
handled
the
part
where
she
brought
the
stuff
to
the
table.
As
a
business
owner
myself
I
know
how
important
it
is
to
leave
a
great
impression,
I
also
know
that
we’re
human
and
mess
up.
I
thought
after
the
first
time
she
saw
me
doing
her
job
she’d
step
up
but
she
didn’t.
I
did
speak
with
management,
and
they
were
wonderful.
They
did
their
best
to
turn
it
around,
and
at
that
point
the
party
was
almost
over
so
it
was
just
gift
time
then
clean
up,
they
said
she’d
come
help
clean
up
but
YOU
GUESSED
IT
she
didn’t.
At
this
point
I
just
wanted
to
get
out,
although
management
said
we
were
free
to
stay
as
long
as
we
want
I
tried
to
get
us
going
asap.
Unfortunately
we
encountered
her
one
more
time
at
the
register
and
we
felt
dismissed
by
her
I
asked
a
question
and
she
looked
away
from
me
with
a
attitude
and
answered
in
the
opposite
direction.
I’m
a
big
tipper
and
the
pain
I
felt
in
my
heart
once
I
got
in
the
car
because
I
didn’t
feel
it
in
my
heart
to
tip
her
was
overwhelming.
I
felt
guilty!
I’m
sharing
my
experience
because
if
your
looking
for
a
place
to
help
relieve
you
from
the
stress
so
you
can
focus
on
your
child,
I
don’t
know
if
you’d
get
that
here.
Idk
maybe
you
can
say
at
scheduling
that
Linsey
isn’t
a
good
fit
for
you.
I
know
their
gonna
retrain
her,
so
im
sure
she’ll
do
better
next
time.
As
for
me,
I
will
never
risk
this
experience
again.
