We went on a Wednesday to celebrate my friend's birthday and had an amazing experience. The service was excellent, the server was very attentive and gave us great recommendation. The cocktails were delicious and the food amazing. We had the empanadas sampler ( definitely recommend ). My friend had the portobello soup and she loved it.. We had burgers and they were great. We will definitely come back.

Very happy we gave this place a go being that this spot hasn't had the best luck in the past. They made it easy getting us in with the $9.99 lunch special from 12-4pm. Luckily, it was nice out allowing us to enjoy the outdoor patio. Although, the inside is very large and warm welcoming decorations. Nice outdoor space with string lights across the top for some nice ambiance in the evening. Our server, Macarena, was super friendly and helpful explaining what is popular on the menu. I could see how this is very helpful for people not familiar with Venezuelan cuisine. My boyfriend and I decided to play it safe with their introductory lunch special. Omg!!! It was delicious!!! Huge portions and very flavorful! I will be dreaming of those mashed potatoes my bf opted for. Ugh, drooling just thinking about them! Also, my mango whiskey drink was amazing! Their Paloma was yummy too! Overall, we left very satisfied!!! My rice bowl leftovers were awesome fried up next morning with an egg on top as well! We will most definitely be back to explore the menu! Really hoping this place sticks around for good! New neighborhood staple! Thanks for the great 1st experience and cheers to many more!

5 stars across the board! The staff and service is some of the best I've had in the City of Chicago. Definitely give their 4 for $7 Empanadas appetizers a try. Out-of-town of- this- world!!πŸ‘

My girlfriend and I went here for Dinner on a Saturday being drawn in by the clean aesthetic and that it was new to the neighborhood. It exceeded our expectations. The cocktails, staff, appetizers, main courses, and dessert were phenomenal. We only planned to be here for a quick drink and appetizer but were consumed by the environment and the looks of the food as it came out of the kitchen. This is a place we will definitely be coming back to in the near future. Our only concern is that it will become too popular that we will not be able to stumble in on a Saturday evening for dinner without it being packed.

My husband and I came here on a Friday because we live in the neighborhood and have been meaning to try it. We were really pleased with everything we ordered! The ceviche was amazing, we loved the cheese crispy arepitas so much and of course who doesn’t love deep fried goodness of empanadas! The drinks were delish and they didn’t skimp on the alcohol. Definitely a neighborhood must try, and we hope it sticks around!

Ordered "Pollo al Grill" and chicken was overcooked, very salty and bad seasoned. I shared my experience with the waitress and she said, "I'll let know the kitchen." She took my plate and returned with the check. I paid $18.00 dollars for something I didn't even finished. I left with bad taste in my mouth and an empty stomach. Not returning here again. So disappointed.

Pretty new and still working out the kinks. Ceviche sampler is pretty good but the tortilla and sausage needed a little kick of sauce which they were happy to provide for me upon request. I'll come back in a few months once they've gotten things hammered out.

Food was absolutely delicious. It's new so they're still figuring out their flow and it's a little expensive IMO but the food is easily better than comparable I've been to.
