I hate the space. Awful acoustics and bare bulbs = migraine. Food was quick although they were very busy. It was good but not really what I expected based on menu descriptions. Also quite small for the price. Decent option if you’re stuck in the hotel. But it’s Chicago—there are so many excellent restaurants within a 20-30min walk, why limit yourself?!

Second time we have eaten here this week. Food was pretty good. My wife's hamburger a little undercooked. Pictured is the chipotle pulled chicken nachos and it wad a nice big portion. Food I would give them a 4-star. We had a very unhappy and rude waitress. Maybe she was just having a bad day, but was didn't get refills and very rude when asking her for separate checks.

Tried out the Chicago styled beef burger while staying at Hyatt! The burger was loaded with shredded beef, tomatoes, onions! It was not bad type for me. For my tastebud, a bit more peppers or spices & salt would be better. However, I loved the fries. It was yummy & so crispy! The other day, I tasted their egg Sriracha & chocolate cake! Those were like super yummy for me. The cake was very moist & melting in my mouth. Loved it top to bottom!

I was at the Hyatt for a conference and I ordered lemon blueberry cheese for dessert. I didn’t check it because I thought it was a matter of slicing it and putting the blueberries on top. When I got ready to eat my treat in bed, this is the portion size and the presentation I got. If I was not undressed in my room, I would have asked for the $11 refund (and tip) back. There were 6 cubes which were double the size of sugar cubes- really Hyatt? This is top quality worthy of this price?

Food is ok. Ate here a couple times while staying at the Hyatt. Service sitting at the bar was good. Hate that they only have Pepsi products. Even the other restaurant across the lobby has Dr pepper so don't know why they couldn't here also. Overpriced, just like everything near McCormick.

The drinks and atmosphere were great. I was a little disappointed in the appetizer selection; they had several options (i.e. loaded nachos) but only 1 realistic smaller option (fries).

If you don't want to venture out of the hotel, this is the place to be at night. Great food options - try the red hot, for sure! Pleasant staff, good beer on tap, and extremely convenient placement were all highly welcomed. Oh and don't miss the sausage, cheese & pretzel board!

I was in town working at the convention center and staying at the Hyatt. I was very glad the Hyatt had any food options at all. This area of the city is sadly, a food dessert. Nothing is close and options are pretty limited. It’s especially difficult if you don’t have a vehicle of any kind either. Luckily, ARC Bar is serving up solid bar food with a decent variety. Service at the bar was excellent too. It’s easily a step up from your typical hotel lobby bar and that’s great for travelers like me!

The prices are high, but honestly what is not overpriced in Chicago? The burgers are very good and I would recommend them. Ended up eating here twice because of the convenience to the hotel. The beer was over priced, paid $21 for 2 draft beers.

The Chicken Tenders were super dry. The service was super slow. I didn't get 2 other items that I ordered. The restaurant looks nice but I did not have a good experience & would not recommend this restaurant except for drinks maybe.

Great vegetarian selections. Sweet potato burger is creative and full of flavor. Thanks so much for offering vegetarian options. Best meal I had in Chicago!

The food at the Arc Bar wasn't bad at all and we did not have to wait for a table. The service was very slow both times we dined there for dinner. The last time, my credit card number was used in an attempt to charge $5,000 in one transaction and $3,000 in another. Shame on this employee! Server 1368375/Charee, check #11249. Needless to say, we will not be back! (This is the only place in Chicago where I actually used my card for dinner. We used my husband's everywhere else.)

This is a favorite spot after a convention floor closes for the night, to get off your feet, have a drink and meet up with people. The staff handles surges very well, and for what this is—a convention hotel bar and restaurant—this is a much better option than others. I would not actively seek this place out if I wasn’t at a convention, there are better eats in Chicago. But after walking 12,000 steps, before crashing in a Hyatt hotel? Yes please. This is not a place for a quiet meal if there’s an event. Tip: tip well, they work hard, and try to keep your checks simple or pay with cash. A 10-top that wants 8 checks is a pain.

Great service and food and we’re locals!!! Ebony and Sasha, plus everyone else, were so friendly and on it!! The bloody Mary was great (olive and lemon only, in case your wondering) and the wings were banging!!! Legit… Best wings I’ve had in a long time. Perfectly sauced up, just order an extra ranch or blue cheese if that’s your thing. Thank you!!
