Helen his wonderful. We've been seeing her for a year now and she was exactly what we needed in a primary care provider; knowledgeable, caring, and always takes our concerns into consideration. To Whomever is reading this: it may be a bit long, so sit with a coffee and enjoy the honest musings of how wonderful Helen is. I first met Helen when she took over for my Primary at Amita. Most of us can't stand the Healthcare industry; Hospitals, Doctors, Big Pharma, Insurance, it's all a nightmare and you're made to feel like a piece of meat being overcharged at the Butcher shop. When you lose a Doctor that you've been lucky enough to develop a slight repour with and not given a choice who you are then assigned, I think it's natural to be skeptical and nervous. Could not have been more wrong to feel this way in regards to Helen. I also could not have been more excited and happy for her to have now left and started her our Company. If you are looking for a new Primary do not pass her by. She is the most compassionate, honest, and most responsive Physician you will find. She thinks outside the box and is whip smart. Helen doesn't posses that "God Complex" most Doctors have. If she doesn't know what's going on she will be straight up. Then she will tirelessly test and research until she gets answers for you (and for her). It's also not uncommon to get a message at 8 or 9 o'clock at night because even though her office is "closed" she is still working. Never do you wait more than a week to be seen or speak with her. Aside from the all the abovementioned she is just a kind soul. It's nice to be able to joke with your Physician. To see them smile. To relate to them on a human level. To be able to ask questions, get actual answers, and have real dialogs. Helen takes the time. Helen is passionate about all things health and wellbeing. Her being a Veteran is only the icing on the cake because who doesn't love when the Men and Women who were willing to sacrifice themselves for us come back and are able to thrive? Incredible. Aside from how thorough and lovely Helen is, she also makes sure her staff shares the same kindness. Anne is wonderful and patient. She makes booking and getting in touch with Helen very simple. I have used Helen with Complete Family Wellness Twice now. I am now switching over to them for all of my medical needs. Not only does she come to YOUR house, she made me feel like I have known her forever. It was like talking with a best friend (who happens to be ridiculously knowledgeable in everything medical!)
