UNSAFE Use precaution storing here (unmanned facility). Not a safe facility. Lack of cameras which resulted in my 2 catalytic converter being stolen from my stored vehicle. Reported to public storage with NO RESULTS. Lazy manager that doesn't clean up the grounds.

Needed a fast and trustworthy place for an emergency situation. Called and spoke to Tina who quickly sprung into action and got me covered. This weekend could have been awful and now it will be stress free thanks to your wonderful team leader. Thanks Tina!

Everytime I go here it's always clean. Unlike most storage places. Tina is a awesome person. Always helpful and very polite. So is all the staff.

Don't ever store your items here at this particular location. You things will get damaged and the store will act like they don't know what happened.

Poorly maintained Facility. Three rate increases within last twelve months. Original space leaked in rain storms to point of significant property damage. My only compensation was larger unit in facility at supposedly same rate. Replacement unit was being charged at larger unit price within three months of renting. Only good quality is location.

James is the property manager there and handled everything very professionally. He even noticed that the new employee made an error on my account and he called to inform me as well as handle the situation very thoroughly. He's super easy to talk to, extremely helpful and pleasant as well.

They never disappoint. Shout out to "James" for always making doing business with Public Storage that much easier. Wish there were more people like James in the customer service industry. Great attitude and very easy going.
