Went to see The Shift! This is my number #1 go to movie theater! I'm glad to have one. Very clean all the time. From the foyer, the entrance, the lobby, bathrooms, arcade, halls and theaters. All clean and the time. When it's not (ofcourse during the movie) staff come in right away and tidy up! Staff are complete kind to there's always consistency! The food is quality and delicious! The popcorn is never stale. Very fresh and crisp. Xoxo

I don't like the seats. You can't recline. There's is nothing more to write/call/comment on this review, Cinemark. I think I'm being very straightforward. I will go to Regal moving forward, because of their reclining seats. Overall the theater was fine, besides the non reclining seats.

One of the best Cinemarks I’ve ever been, though it’s quite far from my place, would love to experience the movie experience here. The staff is super friendly as well, it’s always kept clean and tidy.

Love this place! The place is big like a palace, nice and clean inside, and the chairs are comfortable (though they are not the mechanically reclining ones). The sound system is top notch and the picture is crystal clear (high definition). The food choices are common (popcorn, hot dogs, pizza, nachos), but unfortunately they do not do refills unless you purchase an extra large popcorn (whereas before COVID, they offered free refills at least on a large popcorn). But apart from that, I love coming here.

We went on a week day. The tickets were super cheap, $6.5 per person. The ambience is great. The theatre is clean. Good snack options. Highly recommended.

We were able to pre order our food and snacks. Which is nice. However there is supposed to be an option to have it delivered to you in your seat. That was not available. We were not allowed to order burgers or pizza on the app. I was disappointed that they advertised and didn't live up to what they stated online. Truly disappointing. The seats are comfortable. I haven't been here in a very long time as I only frequent Hollywood Palms in Naperville. I went tonight because they had Monty Python and the Holy Grail. Which I love.
