I was at this shop about four years ago and it was a very pleasant experience. Went today Aug 29th and very disappointed with what the clerk did. I brought my items to the furthest south cash register where he was standing . He took my card and went to the register closest to the door and proceeded to come back towards me once the transaction was finished. Ok alls good but then when I asked about my card this man pointed to the counter that was closest to where he had done the transaction of my card. So to sum it up my card was North while I'm waiting for him South where we first connected. How dare him to treat a customer like this and I said I didn't give it to you down here . He didn't reply. Very rude person .

Nice tobacco shop. They also sell lottery tickets and candy. Plenty of parking near and around the store.

1st time in there and the gentleman was incredible! Super courteous and he knows his cigars and pipe tobacco. Coming back with some friends so I can make an introduction. Thank you once again my friend and I’ll be back. If you’re looking for good cigars or tobacco, I highly recommend this place.

I love Tobacco City! Sam and his staff are awesome! Patient with newbie questions, gives excellent recommendations and makes sure that you have what you need to have a great cigar experience. I refer all my cigar-smoking friends and I tell them to "ask for Sam"! He's the best!
