A fun little photo opp. It’s not that incredible of an attraction spot, but if you’re in the area, it’s fun to check it out and take some photos. There’s free parking next to the tower. You prob won’t spend more than 15 minutes here. The best spot to take a photo is on the street side.

I stumbled upon this landmark as I was leaving a nearby business. This is a great place to visit for photos as well as to get a local experience of the Leaning Tower of Pisa. It’s near shopping and restaurants in the area. There’s a bell that rings for several minutes on the hour, between 9 AM and 6 PM with very familiar tunes. Definitely an interesting tourist attraction in the middle of the city worth visiting.

Must visit if you’re in the Chicago area. A good location to take photos. This replica is roughly half the size of the leaning tower of Pisa. A lot of diners around. Park for free somewhere close-by.

Parking available. Cute tourist attraction that's local to the suburbs. A 5 minute trip for quick photos.

It's pretty cool! Glad we found this leaning tower. The garden is well maintained and the area is quite clean. Parking is easy to find. We parked right behind it. Not sure if you could park on the Aldi side but we others park there and walk to this spot. The street where this is located is Very busy. Overall, a great place to check out and take pictures.

I remember passing by this tower on the way to my grandma's many, many years ago and glad to see it has been well maintained. Now a historic place of interest, I highly recommend the stop. Lots of busy traffic, but we had no trouble parking at an almost deserted YMCA located at the rear of the tower. The garden surrounding the tower is well kept and featured some beautiful lavender flowers for spring. Plenty of seating to relax and gaze at the beauty of the architecture. Informative plaques explain a little about it, the bells and history.

Unique roadside attraction near Chicago. No cost to see. Plenty of free parking too. You cannot go in the leaning tower but you can visit here.

Review Date: May 27th, 2015 The iconic Leaning Tower of Pisa… in your backyard. This scaled-down replica is awesome since flying to Italy to see the real thing is out-of-reach for most people. Surrounding the tower is a nice, quaint park that, at the time of my visit, was undergoing repairs. So because of that, you couldn’t get too close to the tower, but still close enough to take a photo with it. Definitely a Must-Visit for anyone who is in the area (North of Chicago). Maybe you can even fool people to think you are actually in Italy!

Yep... there's a leaning tower here... but there's not much else to do besides look at it. It seems to be closed all the time, at least currently, so you can't go inside. The YMCA behind it is closed and abandoned for a few years, which is sad. I worked there in the 1980s and it was a nice place. Take some selfies, sit in the park around it and go have some real Chicago tavern style (thin) pizza at nearby Barnaby's.

If you're in the area, stop by and check out this replica of the leaning Tower of Pisa. Not much to do here, but it's a good place to take a few pictures.

Super cool !! I definitely consider this a hidden gem. So fun to see a replica of the original Leaning Tower of Piza. The facts of the heights difference is pretty amazing as well. I would definitely recommend checking it out if you are in the area. Very beautiful architecture.

The Leaning Tower of Niles is a fascinating little landmark located in Niles, Illinois. While not quite as famous as its counterpart in Pisa, Italy, this tower still draws crowds of curious visitors from all over the world. The tower itself stands at 94 feet tall and leans at a sharp angle of 7.4 degrees, making for a truly unique and eye-catching sight. Surrounding the tower is a lovely park and picnic area, perfect for a leisurely afternoon stroll or a family outing. Overall, the Leaning Tower of Niles is a charming and quirky destination that is definitely worth a visit if you find yourself in the area.

Nice replica of the Leaning Tower of Pisa that is about half the size of the original. I went during a week day and had the whole place to my self. Plenty of parking behind the tower. They have also have a tiny replica closer to the street.

Very cool roadside attraction, the tower is closed right now but you can still get some cool shots of the exterior and the site has lots of parking

Leaning Tower of Niles is a great little spot to see an odd but fun attraction. Niles is a sister city to Piza which has the original leaning tower. The photos here are something unique and will be a good memory of whichever type of trip you’re on

A nice public attraction place/park. You can spend quality time there. And there is seating area right up to the front view Leaning Tower of Niles . Photogenic area.

If you're in the area it's worth a stop to see and take some pictures. It was a Tuesday afternoon. No one was there. Parking is in the back. I wish the water feature in front was clean. Maybe it is in the summer. But it is a neat building. There is even a mini version with painted characters on it in front.

Fantastic half sized replica of the Leaning Tower of Pisa. A must see if you are in the Chicago area. It also has a surrounding plaza with a pool.

Having lived in Chicago, I’m not sure why I have only recently heard of this place. It’s really a stunning piece of architecture! Best of all, it’s free. There are signs posted around the area describing the tower and other fascinating tidbits. It’s a nice place to visit if you’re a local, especially because it’s free.

👍 Busy on the weekend but nice short walk to river (lots of stairs but easy 5 minutes up) and nice waterfall view. Wish there were spots to sit/eat or a portajohn/etc but otherwise great spot to relax.
