Great place for delicious food in Chi-town. Friendly staff and great service. Place has both indoor and outdoor seating. Tried pita sandwich and burrito, both are amazing.

Disappointed in the quality of main ingredients for our rice bowls. Saffron rice was dry and chewy. Roasted sweet potatoes were overdone and tough. Falafel was ok, except one ball had big chunks of something not falafel (maybe chickpeas, but really hard and tough). We visited about 1 pm on a Sunday, so not sure why these issues happened - still lunch time. That said, everything else was good. Hummus was tasty. Persian cucumbers were good. Yogurt and tahini toppings helped to cover and soften those dry ingredients. Generous portions on everything. Very clean dining area. Super friendly staff.

New favorite spot! Affordable, delicious, fresh! Enter and do a build your own or pick from their menu. Today I had a chicken medley salad with the dressing on the side. Just over $10. Highly recommend, can't wait to try more!

Delicious food in a quiet atmosphere. It was the perfect place to get out of the rain and enjoy some vegan Mediterranean food. I wish I could go back and eat it again!

It was extremely hot today and I was starving, desperately looking for a good place to eat. This place came up on my Google map and showed it was similar to one of my favorites in Wicker Park for Mediterranean food. I really felt lucky as the food looked bright and colorful with plenty of delicious choices. It is perfect for any type of diet, is quick, and very, very healthy. I had a mix kale and hummus bowl with steak, beets, curry carrots, dill cucumbers, black lentils, and sauce. It was perfect 🥰 and saved the day for me as it is a challenge finding eateries. The price was OK 👍🏽 👌🏽thank God for being downtown where most places are expensive and overpriced. I wish there were more eateries like this avaliable. Also loved their selection of teas and the arrangement of the dinning room and a place to charge my 📱 phone. I am forever a fan!🥰🤩🥳🥳🏅🏆

I wanted to have a delicious and healthy lunch today. But I didn’t know where I should go. Then I saw bunch of people were eating outside of Roti. It looks so healthy but also yummy! So I gave it to try. Wow. I am so so satisfied. My dish was spicy steak bowl with kale, pickles, cabbages etc all the healthy stuffs. It was very tasty and deliciously seasoned perfectly prepared. One more thing I was quite surprised and appreciated… the staffs are so friendly kind with smile and one staff was even reorganizing the stools for the next customers. Delicious healthy food prepared by happy kind people and clean place. Two thumbs up!!

Stopped by for a late night dinner while visiting Chicago. It was 30 minutes until closing, but staff happily made my bowl. All the ingredients were still available and not just the leftovers. Since I was the only one there, they immediately made my bowl and I was sitting down within 5 minutes. Ordered the Chicken Fattoush and all the ingredients still tasted fresh. They have several premade bowls with a rice or salad base or you can build your own. There's plenty of ingredients to customize it just the way you want. I wanted to try the Hot Chicken Pita, but opted for the Chicken Fattoush. Good food and service.

Super delicious and convenient Mediterranean spot. Upon entry, you can either slide up the self-order stations or walk around the bend to the in-person order station. We sidled up to the self-order station. Very convenient and easy to navigate. I ordered the falafel pita and my partner ordered the harissa chicken salad. Both were extremely delicious, felt healthy, and the options for toppings were various. The pita bread was soft and chewy, super yum! Would highly recommend! Oh also, service was very quick and efficient! With a smile despite the minimal contact! Really enjoyed our experience!

Oh Sooo good! Every bite tasted different. I chose cauliflower rice, roti chicken, all of the vegetable toppings, all of the pickled toppings & green shug, with hibiscus limonata as my drink. We went to the downtown Chicago location after seeing Wicked. The restaurant was clean & most people did carry out. But we ate in because it was a chili fall day and it was nice inside. The music was pleasant and made me feel like I was on vacation. Love, love, love, this place! I'll definitely try a location closer to home when I can.

I used to love Roti. It was literally my go-to for lunch. The falafel, the chicken. Everything was good but recently Roti changed their menu and now it's just blah. The portions are smaller. The laffa is completely gone and the pita is tiny. The food isn't as good and the variety just isn't there. It's still not a bad place but it's not nearly as good as it used to be. Plus the price seems higher for what you get.

This was one of the best meals I’ve had in Chicago hands down. The pita sandwiches (spicy steak specifically) was to die for!!! Also— I took a chance on paying $4.25 for a side of pita and hummus and my lord they gave me MORE than $4.25 worth. Absolutely new regular spot for me. You MUST try it I wish I had a picture to share because it even looked delicious but sadly it’s gone already haha. Keep it up you guys this blew me away!

Food was delicious. Service was just alright. Felafel was soft and well seasoned. The yogurt sauce was a bit light. Came with a free pita bread.

Quick, affordable mediterranean bowls with a wide variety of options. Staff is friendly and give generous portions. The food is seasoned well and the sauce choices add a lot of flavor to the bowls. the falafel was cooked well and a good size. i enjoyed my bowl but the pita crunches that i put on top had definitely been sitting out too long and we’re not good. the pita bread was done well though. the drink refreshers are delicious. overall, a good place for quick mediterranean food.

Great for a quick bite. Love falafels so this was a no brainer stop for me. I enjoyed the Sultan pita with its colorful veggies and falafels while my spouse enjoyed building his own bowl (picured).

Coming from the west coast where CAVA is famous, I tried this place. The place is really good. The falafels are fresh and soft. The topping options are interesting and the sauces are a delicious add on. Definitely recommend visiting if you’re in the area. Great value for money as well

Great falafel and pita, and the green s’hug sauce has a good amount of kick and flavor! The staff are incredibly helpful and friendly. This lost and hungry hacker would happily eat here again.

Pretty sure this is the first time I’ve given a fast food restaurant 5 stars, and 95% of the reason is because the woman managing on Friday was THE BEST. She kept the line moving, greeted every guest, treated everyone with respect, gently coached her team to deliver quality results and superior service. Job well done! The food is fresh and tasty. Definitely recommend this location.

Great place to try something new variety of food. Affordable, neat and well maintained place. Food is bit different from regular pizza and burgers. Definitely try once. They have pitas, bowls and salads with different options.

One of my favor spots as there are many options available!

It was kind of an average chicken salad bowl that they gave with Spinach filled 80 percent of the bowl and with very limited shawarma chicken about 3-4 percent ....you have to eat that limited Amt of chicken with salad and roti ....I gave three stars for the number of other good items in the salad and chicken was very nice and juicy but was in a very limited quantity.

Food is still great, but they changed the menu over the years, increased the price, and reduce portion size. It hasn't gone unnoticed on me.

A great place for Mediterranean food. Healthy and many choices. This time I got a chicken bowl on hummus and it was just right. Tasty hummus (not easy to do) and the right portion. I didn't add a ton of extras so the flavors were just right. Strongly recommended. This location was fast and spacious, even during the lunch rush on a Friday. So I felt comfortable, not crowded.

Great! Fast and friendly service. Good food. Decent price. Wasn’t busy at all and we enjoyed the calm as a break from our busy day.

I am visiting Chicago for a few days and was waking around looking for a place to have lunch. Saw Roti and decided to give it a try. I had a chicken bowl and I was really good! It’s a buffet in a bowl! You can choose from so many different side and can have like 10+ things in your bowl. And the sauces were really tasty, too. I tired three of them - cucumber, roasted pepper and tahini. Roasted pepper and cucumber were amazingly good. And so filling. This will be a lunch and dinner for me. Highly recommend it!

Really liked this place. Went into the city with some friends and stopped at Roti for lunch. I had the chickpea in a blanket pita. The taste was amazing and the only downside is I left way too stuffed because the portions were so big. Note to self next time come really hungry!!

Roti's method is unique, which makes their stuffed pitas good. They combine all of the components together beforehand so that the consumer can have the same textures and tastes throughout. Unfortunately, my friend and I were too late for their lamb, but the spicy steak was just as good. I also highly recommend the hibiscus lemonade!

This is the most real food of any fast food restaurant I'm aware of. I love the salmon skewers here and if you add the kale salad and a bunch of veggies, you've got a pretty healthy meal. Everything always looks and tastes fresh and very zesty. I double up on the yogurt dill sauce along with the red shug sauce so I have a little heat and a little cool on my plate together. The staff is pretty friendly and helpful, and the restaurant is always very clean.

Nice restaurant with good selection at decent price. Food seemed fresh and tasty. I especially liked Kierra and Robert who were running the store when we went about 8pm. Service with a smile! And they promptly wiped the table we wanted to use. The portion was just right, maybe a bit small but we weren’t looking for a full meal.
