Delicious with delicious authentic cuisine from Czech Republic. It also features a must try in the steak and shrimp kabobs.

A great restaurant with outstanding modern atmosphere. I tried smoked pulled pork and it was absolutely delicious. They have also a choice of authentic home made Czech food as Svickova, duck or Goulash. Me and my fiancee decided to have our rehearsal dinner here because they have awesome party rooms and experienced team to take care of us. Thank you Cafe Prague

Delicious home cooked Czech meals in a nice atmosphere and with friendly, professional staff (Olena); they also offer non Czech options. The portion sizes were huge! I would only warn that the Moravian pork was a bit on the salty side, for those that are limiting their salt intake, but it tasted just like my mom's, who's an excellent cook!

OMG! What a great place. We were looking for a Polish restaurant and this place showed up. Never tried Czech food but sure glad we tried this place. Appetizers were the potato pancakes and fried cheese/ French fries. Dinner was pork steak, roast beef, duck, and salmon and each entree was great. We had some Czech beer and shots to wash it all down. So full and so satisfied. Our waitress was very nice. It’s a bit far from home but we need to find our way back.

Absolutely the best Czech restaurant in Chicago! Unique Czech style interior, most friendly servers. Excellent place for any celebration party! The owner, Milada, is happy to do everything to make you comfortable. I'm always coming back because I love it here!

Was at Cafe Prague 9/9/2021 for a lunch after my cousins funeral. I MUST say the service was the best I have had in a restaurant in a long time. The waitress was rite on it all of the time. The food was served family style on the table's and we never were out of food or drink. The food was always kept warm and the bowls full. As for the food the pork was so tender it melted in your mouth, the sour kraut tasted as good as my Grandmother from Poland used to make. The apple strudel was also great and came to the table warm not cold. If you are in Chicago and around the 6710 W Belmont Ave. Area I HIGHLY recommend this restaurant. I also thought it was nice the Owner came and asked us if all was OK. GREAT SERVICE !! GREAT RESTAURANT!!

After visiting the Czech Republic, I was craving authentic Czech goulash (which, in my opinion, is the best goulash in Europe). As someone living in the loop, I was willing to make the trip to the suburbs based on the authentic menu- the food exceeded expectations and was exactly like the goulash I had in Prague. We also had the schnitzel (pork), but was surprised they did not have a veal or beef option. Service was excellent and there is a nice bar with whatever game is on as well. Beer was appropriately priced and poured well. No doubt would come here again whenever I have a Czech cuisine itch to scratch.

My Grandmother was from Plzen and I try to go back to Czech Rep. as often as I can and this is the best Czech cuisine I’ve had outside of her cooking and the country. Listen to the waitresses’ suggestions, vědí. Na zdraví!

Love the authentic European food. Service have very good knowledge about the food and drinks. My favorite dish is the Oven roasted duck with a nice glass of wine. Would definitely recommend to make a reservation since they are super busy.

This place is amazing! Totally worth the long drive! Our favorite was the potatoe pancake with brie and mushroom, but everything was really good. Except the salmon and barley dish. Super hard and under cooked barley. Just get all the traditional dishes, they were great. Can't believe they have imported local beer on tap either! Both garlic and mushroom soup were really good too. There was a party and a DJ, so the atmosphere was a lot more fun than just a regular restaurant.

What a great experience, it was as good a meal as you would find in Prague! We ordered the svickova and the beef goulash and both were incredible, the bread dumplings were as good as any that I’ve had (apparently they sell it by the loaf as well). On top of a fantastic meal, the service was excellent and friendly, our waitress went above and beyond to give us a good experience

I studied abroad this past summer in Prague, and I was excited to have Czech food here in Chicago. I met up with friends who also studied abroad in my group. The staff and service were great. The food was flavorful, and the portions were generous. All of us were pleased with our food choices. I recommend the beef goulash, and I appreciate the choice of potato pancakes or bread dumplings.

We had a party in the private room - everything was fantastic! Great food, the place looked very modern, warm atmosphere and wonderful service. They even have live music on Saturdays. Everything was great - thank you Cafe Prague!

We visited Cafe Prague for a large family style luncheon with 35 guests. First of all, they are excellent party planners. They offer an extensive menu of choices for sides and entrees. Soda and coffee is included and you can add a sweet table for your guests. Everyone enjoyed the food and ambiance. Our servers were friendly and attentive. Overall, our experience was terrific. I recommend Cafe Prague not only for lunch and dinner but they go out of their way to accommodate large parties and gatherings.

If I can I’d give them 10 ⭐️. We get beef tartar, Svickova, deer goulash and roasted duck we shared everything and the food is just amazing. There’s nothing wrong we can say about it! If you want to experience Czech food let’s go for it! You won’t be sorry! And by the way the Czech draft beer is great as well 😊

The most authentic Czech food you'll find. The atmosphere felt as if I were in the city of Prauge with all the cobblestone bricks. The goulash was to die for and was close to my great grandmother's old recipe. Will be coming back every single trip.

Great food, great atmosphere, great service. Salmon was delicious and the desert was great too. Love that they give you a large glass of tea and not a little dinky cup like most other places. Would love to come back soon!
