Went to get some Chicago Dogs & Deep dishes to take back home but unfortunately the employee changed my mind (In ORD near gate F7 an older, Asian looking female employee). There was a lady ahead of me so quite naturally, the employee will greet her first. While smiling, she appropriately says, "Hello & welcome to Uno's. How may I help you?" Customer replied she wasn't ready yet. That employee looks at me and says "Whatchu (no typo) want?" I say excuse me as if I didn't hear her she repeated herself, "Whatchu want?" I couldn't help but to say "Sooo, you chose to speak to me in that manner after saying, 'hello, how may I help you?' to her". She shrugged her shoulders. At that point, I answered her question. - "Nothing", I replied. Anytime a business treats you as if your patronage isn't appreciated, leave. If they operate as if they don't need my dollar, the feeling is mutual. You don't need my dollar 🤷🏿‍♀️

I ordered a cheese Pizza and unfortunately there was none available and was told the wait time was 10 minutes. I told the attendant fine. Didn’t know that I had to pay first. Inquired 5 minutes later then I was told so I paid. I had to wait 22 minutes more before I was served. When I questioned I was told by the rude attendant that I didn’t pay before. I was a visitor for the first time. Not a good experience. Attendants need to be more courteous and respectful. The time Sunday September 17 at 5.08 pm.

Pros: 1) Surprisingly pleasant for this kind of to-go pre-prepared pizza - flour-ey crispy crust with nice cheese Cons: 1) Price ($9 for a personal size pizza) but it’s the airport... 2) Pizzas sit out for a bit sometimes, so maybe consider asking for a fresh one if they look stale, as the employee nicely obliged our request for a fresh pepperoni Info: 1) We were hungry so I nearly forgot to take a picture

My husband said his hot dog was good, but my kids (6yr & 3yr) didn't like theirs. The kids also ordered their hot dogs plain and they just didn't like the "vienna sausage" taste. I got a pizza which was okay if you're starving, but definitely wouldn't eat there again.

I don't travel much but will never get a pizza from there again. Not only was it cheaply made but it was also made to look like a deep dish style pizza. It's all bread with barely any toppings. The only positive was it was ready and fast. It also gave me stomach problems later in the day. I knew while eating it I should have just thrown it away but at airport prices I reluctantly chomped it down. Buyers beware!

Located in terminal 2 of Chicago’s Airport. This is terrible Unos - as in tastes like the frozen heated up at home version of Unos you can get at the grocery store, not remotely close to the Unos restaurants!!! Why?!?!?!?!?! This stuff was junk. I ate 1 small slice and threw it away. Waste of $12. Highly not recommended - get real Unos here not this junk. Sauce was terrible! Fake tasting, no tomato chunks to be found. No just nope!!! Hotdog however (Vienna brand) was great!! Loved that part.

This is OK "airport pizza," but Uno's shouldn't put their name on it. It's nothing like their actual restaurant on Ohio St. The quality is what you'd expect from Pizza Hut, not Uno's.

I don’t put a lot of expectations into an Xpress counter at the airport, but I would expect them to deliver a pretty decent Chicago hotdog. Very lazy execution.

The gentleman that probably runs and maybe owns this inner airport establishment was so kind. I had been through so many airport delays and had just missed the bar and finer food options. As my next flight had also been delayed after running four terminals.. needless to say, I was really hungry after 13 hours of traveling from Vegas to New York. There was only a few faster food options. I love Italian so I went with this... Seemed a little pricey but of course airport choices usually are... But I can't stand cold or soggy pizza or crust. He look like he was getting ready to close like a lot of the vendors within. Needless to say he down the price he did the pizza. Then I went to put cheese on top from the sprinkle jar and the lid fell off all over wasting the poor guy's parmesan cheese. He smiled and said things happen. Offered me a free soda and I tipped him the difference of what he would have charged. He was magnificent. That's what I call customer service. Really a gentleman.

It's on the more affordable side for airport food, however it's really not great. If you are starving and don't have time to get anything else, this is edible and quick if they have it ready but that's about it.

Paid $10 for this pizza and from the picture that’s as much as I ate. It was under cooked and it was all dough. Hardly any toppings.

It was an airport so not the best atmosphere but the pizza was great.

My wife and I got the pepperoni and sausage pizzas. Sauce and toppings were good but the biscuit style crust was extremely bland and tasteless.

Honestly I thought deep dish would be disgusting but I tried one here on a layover and it was pretty good. Super filling, good bang for your buck especially for airport food.

Over priced, but what do you expect in an airport? The service was great and the pizza was good.

I made the mistake of trying to save time getting a Chicago dog here instead of risking missing a flight by leaving the airport. It was very bland. Didn’t finish it. Also tried the pizza which i ended up throwing away too because it literally tasted like everything was watered down. I’m not even a picky either. I love frozen pizza and this was not it.

Decent Chicago style hotdog. Overpriced for what you get, but it is an airport so you have to expect it. Tasted decent and hit the spot. Handy location if you’re in Terminal 2.

Got the sausage pizza. It was okay. I don’t think this is the Chicago pizza that everyone talks about.

I'd never had pizza where the crust was made of pie crust it is definitely different and a must try, it may not be for all but I try anything once and it was delicious. I definitely recommend!

Dough pretty much tastes like nothing but flour…no seasoning or buttery crust. However it was the only open option at this time.

Easily the worst pizza I've ever had in my life. Crust is basically a thicker and blander cracker. I did not think a pizza could be this bad.

Terrible. I have had chicago dogs and chicago pizza in the airport before and it was acceptable. At this place the hot dog was sort of ok. Not the Vienna I expected but edible. The pizza was disgusting. Dry crust reminded me of dried out play dough. I ate one of the pieces then tried to scrape off the edible parts on the rest and trashed the rest. For for those privilege I spent something like $19.
