2023 update. Delicious steak and noodle bowl . Free soup Nice selection of non pop drinks. Friendly service. Clean bathroom. -----2021--- I'll try it again. Easy order online and pick up. I picked 10 ingredients (the max). Probably should've kept it simple. Sesame ginger sauce next time. The mango coconut milk dessert tasted alright, but I'm not a fan of the consistency.

This is such a great idea for a restaurant! This is essentially a Korean inspired Chipotle. The portion size was great and the prices were reasonable (roughly $10). What I really enjoyed was all the different types of food except the proteins were free so, you can try new things! Don't worry if you think you will be overwhelmed! They have preset bowls that have great combinations! Another added bonus was they had nutrition info next to the food item! Would recommend and wished they had one of these in my state!

Delicious!! It’s like an Asian-style Chipotle 😊 It was my first time going, and the person who took my order made the experience so easy! The portion size had be stuffed; it was well-worth the money! I’m happy I came and hope to be back soon!

It’s quick, it’s not crazy expensive, and it’s fairly healthy. What’s not to love? The authenticity. While bibibop does have all the general traits of a good Asian fusion restaurant, it doesn’t feel like you’re eating Korean food made by Korean people. If you’re a college student that needs a quick meal before class, or on your lunch break in the loop, then sure it’s a solid option. But if you want real Korean food, ya gotta go elsewhere.

Delicious and healthy food! I placed an order online for pickup. The website was easy to navigate and order from. I had tofu as protein (which was tasty) and added tons of toppings (kimchi, egg, sesame kale, cucumber, corn, pickled red cabbage) and the base was rice and sweet potato glass noodle. The sauce (sesame ginger) was also really good. The pickup process was also easy and seamless (although they strangely don’t provide chopsticks!). Overall it was a good experience and great food.

Super good food, for great prices! 100% dedicated gluten free and celiac safe, which I really appreciate. It’s a great location, too! You won’t regret stopping by here for lunch!

I really love it here. It gets busy especially with DePaul students, so sometimes seating is sparse. Most busy times are usually 12-4 pm. The food is fresh tasting, employees are friendly.

Got a to-go order of the BIBIBOP fan favorite. Very tasty. The purple rice is a unique food item that is flavorful and filling. Great service too, my food was prepared quickly and the checkout line was fast as well. I'd recommend this as a trusty lunch option in the loop.

if I lived in the area I would absolutely get this regularly! the noodles were so good (and much better than the rice, in my opinion). the portion was a good size as well and I appreciated how many vegetables are included

I will start by stating I have ordered Bibibop in the past and love the food. Customer Service has become an issue. I placed a catering order 12 days in advance for a scheduled meeting and received a text 3 hours prior to the scheduled delivery time cancelling my order. The person on the phone did not seem very concerned for situation. She asked if I could pick up. That is not possible as I would have to leave in the middle of the meeting causing delays and pay for parking twice. I was then told she would see if they have anyone available who can deliver it. She quickly came back and stated nobody there has a car today, Sorry. I'm left scrambling to find meeting catering with less than 3 hours notice. Very disappointing.

Very interesting experience, the best I can compare it too is a subway style place where you build your own bowl, the marinated beef and spicy chicken over white rice and gochujang was amazing!

Good food at a decent price point. If we ignore the sauces then very healthy as well! They have gift card deals - 5$ off on 25$ which is a great deal!

First time there and the food was excellent!! Great service too. It was my daughter's birthday and she recommended it and they all said happy birthday to her!!

Absolutely delicious! Basically this is Asian Chipotle, and it is SOOOO good. I've had the tofu and the spicy chicken and they're both solid, but the other toppings are amazing. I can't decide which I love best--great Kimchi, sesame greens, charred broccoli, even the cabbage all have great kicks of flavor for whatever bowl you make.

Good selections including full custom. I enjoyed the vegetarian bowl on a bed of lettuce. Friendly service and very fresh tasting food. Kimchee is especially delicious. This is my third time and I can't wait to be back in the south loop and dine here again.

I was very excited coming here, because the food in the pictures looked so good. And the toppings? I was ready to give this 5 stars and add it to my list of go-to restaurants. But when I got my bowl and sat down to eat it, I immediately noticed a hard crunch in my bite. When I managed to grab it, I noticed that it was a piece of rice. At first I thought it was a one-time fluke, but throughout my entire meal I kept getting half-cooked rice in my teeth. Not only that, but the ratio of base to toppings was so out of wack that my dinner was essentially a mountain of rice with small scoops of beans and cucumber in it. The only things I can say good about the meal is that it was very filling because of the heinous serving of rice compared to toppings, and that the toppings and sesame oil (which I had asked to be put on my bowl) were pretty good. Other than that, unfortunately I can't say I'd go back to this restaurant.

This is a very Americanized take on Korean Bibimbap. I had the sweet and spicy chicken. Chicken was incredibly dry and tasteless. Would avoid. Rice, veggie and sauce were good. Overall, would try again, just stay clear of the chicken!

I'm a frequent visitor of this Bibibop location as I love the food here. For the first time, I requested delivery order. The order missed both drinks and miso soups. I called them and they said they can't do anything as the delivery driver stole the drinks. I was about to ask for the refund and they just hung up. It was extremely unpleasant experience and perhaps I will never get the food from here again.

The guy at the counter was nice, made good suggestions, and the food was good. The dining area was very warm during the summer but I didnt mind it. They also had outlets so I could work on my laptop

This location is AWESOME!! Every single person is super nice, they always have smiles on their faces & greet everyone who comes in the door. They keep everything clean & immediately wipe tables down as soon as someone leaves. Ingredients are fresh & regularly circulated when it gets busy. The people alone make this spot a great choice for lunch. (:

I love this style of food, and the staff are great, but the food itself is expensive for what you get. Quite a few of the ingredients cost extra, on top of an already high base price. The flavors could also be more intense, for my taste.

I can’t get enough of bibibop! It’s a must try especially if you are allergic to wheat and need things to be Gluten Free! I’m also vegan and the options are great for these two dietary restrictions. Also, everyone at this location is super friendly.

Great gluten free diner! Able to cater to my request of less oil. Enjoyed their bowls because they came w lots of veggies!

This is Japan’s version of chipotle and it is the best thing i’ve have ever had. We ordered the spicy chicken with teriyaki sauce. The sweet potato noodles are so good. The lemonade is also excellent. I just wish they had a location in Bolingbrook.. 💔

Amazing service! I personally don’t have the best hearing, but staff were very accommodating and I was able to order with ease. I received a lot of amazing food for a great price! Will be recommending this place to my friends in the future :) Thank you!
