Good overlooked place in the Robey hotel. Went for an early breakfast and got duck hash and biscuits & gravy. The biscuits were very flavorful and the pickled veggie topping was a welcome addition. The duck has a nice but fell a bit flat flavor wise. I'm not exactly sure what it was lacking, but it needed something more to push it over the edge. Overall a good spot right on that busy corner. Would recommend trying at least once if you're a local.

Good food, but super small portions for what you pay for on the dinner menu. Got the gnocchi for $21 and there was only about 10 pieces of gnocchi on the plate. Disappointed that the portion size was so so small for what you pay for- not filling at all and left hungry.

The Up room Bar at the top of the Coyote building. Home to the Robey hotel in Bucktown next to Wicker park. This rooftop bar is truly a Chicago gem. This should be a destination for anyone visiting Chicago with many great restaurants, bars and opportunities for shopping in trendy city neighborhood. We had dinner at the Robey Cafe. Then had a couple drinks up on the roof right around sunset. You can see lake Michigan on the east, downtown on the south sunset on the west and Chicago neighborhoods on the North. Great service and artisan drinks. I had a Manhattan my wife had red wine.

Very chill brunch place with good options. A friend got their version of French Toast and it seemed to be the favorite of the group. The biscuits and gravy were good, just wish it had more sauce as that was amazing.

Fantastic breakfast food but the real winner is the drinks, specifically the Fall Romance! Strong but absolutely delcious and it goes perfect with breakfast. The staff was friendly and service was quick. The menu is limited, but im sure there is something for any breakfast food fan. I definitely recommend stopping in for breakfast or brunch!

I ordered the chilaquiles. It came to the table lukewarm so I can’t really review it but I was with a group & each portion size is enough for two people so I was able to taste from everyone’s plate & still get full. Overall, the food & service was good. Great atmosphere & views. Super thick & dense pancakes if that’s what you’re into. I’d like to come back & check out the bar upstairs.

Had a lovely brunch in this historic building. The ambiance is serene — darker molding and white tables. Both of our dishes were super delicious. I would come back here again in a heartbeat.

Super cute spot for a delicious brunch. Good brunch menu. Fast service. Attentive staff. Lots of natural lighting. The food was good. Good portion sizes...just filling enough. The hash browns were awesome...all the potatoes were.

So glad we went in here as we strolled around the center of Bucktown. Cinnamon rolls beat Ann Sather (it's the frosting) and the Breakfast Tacos were perfect. GREAT friendly service and perfect ambience. Got seats at the window counter with no wait on a Sunday 1030. Do it up!

Excellent food flavors and choices. Just how we love it, tasty food with healthy options. Service was great. Sat at the bar, we forgot to make reservations, but it was best experience ever watching this people team work! Beautiful drinks and great atmosphere.

We requested comfortable seating. We were seated in A booth with angles, it was very comfortable. We wanted coffee and a snack. We ordered the bread board it had a fancy spread with it (butter would have been better) the bread was warm and tasty. We also ordered a vegetable and cheese dip with pita. This was delicious and a large portion. The coffee was not fresh and we were not offered a warm up or refill. Our waiter was very polite and since we're there before the dinner rush, we were the only customers in the restaurant. Several of the heavier items on the menu sounded interesting, particularly the pork chop. I am not sure that I will return.

Went for Saturday brunch I ordered the avocado toast add eggs over hard and crab. It was pretty tasty. The passionfruit martini or whatever it was was really good. Do order the banana bread. Good service

High quality place with a cozy laid back atmosphere. I always get their “breakfast plate” which I included a pic of. Their hash browns alone merit a visit. It’s a spot that I can go to knowing the food will be top notch.

Good spot for brunch. We ordered the classic breakfast with steak and the duck hashbrown potato casserole. Both were good but not exceptional. The service was excellent and the decor as well. They unfortunately didn’t have any freshly squeezed juice for brunch.

The food was really nice - we tried the Berkshire Pork Chop and Sirloin - and the service was really good too. It was a pretty quiet night (likely because some big storms were expected that never actually came). Overall atmosphere is fun and they offer nice cocktails and food. Their brunch looks great too!

Amazing spot! Went here for a co-worker's going away celebration and all the staff was wonderful! Beyond blown away by the experience, I cannot recommend this place enough. The food and the drinks were great, and it has one of the most beautiful views of the city!

Great food, atmosphere, and service. Our waiter was Nathan he was so attentive and gave us great food recommendations. Try the french toast its amazing. We also tried the duck hash, avacado toast with crab meat and the Nashville chicken sandwich. Everything was delicious.

We went for dinner on Friday night. Really liked the atmosphere... not too loud and just the right lighting. My friend ordered pasta and I got scallops. Dish description was little different than the menu they have online. Both dishes were absolutely delicious, however ......one of the dishes was missing one of the main components. After pointing out the issue to our waiter they were quick to fix the problem but the incident definitely left a mark to our experience. For dessert we got Honey cake and daily ice cream . Honey cake was little dry but ice cream on the other hand was fantastic. To sum it up- portions are average and little pricey, food is hit or miss but whatever is good is truly delicious, waitstaff was friendly. We would like to go back and try other menu items, maybe breakfast or brunch and possibly have different experience.

The food here is one word: DIVINE! We all know french cuisine is brilliant and this place will not disappoint. It has great decor, located at an awesome location, the food is so tasty and fresh, and each dish presentation is absolutely beautiful, makes you not want to devour right away because of how awesome it looks. Price is a bit pricier than normal restaurants but I think it is absolutely worth it! The place is pretty packed so I recommend you booking seats in advance!
