It is definitely a unique experience, but so is the waiting in line. On a Sunday, getting there at 10:30am, we waited in line almost 90 minutes despite the signs said 45 minutes only. However, the view from the Skydeck is unique. Can be busy, but not overly so due to the number of tourists elevators can transport. There is a fast pass that allows a much faster experience, but that is $75 / person. On a cloudy or rainy day I would not bother with the Skydeck. On a clear and sunny day, on the other hand, it is nearly a must.

An amazing place, the bad news for me as a tourist was the amount of people there.... they just gave us like 2 minutes for the photos and after this they didn't let us stay there, so, it is better to stay for a while looking at the city and then make the line to take photos at the skydeck, cause you will be requested to leave right after that.
