👍👍 My key to a good park with taking multiple toddlers solo are being relatively small, one gate entrance and swings. Boom! Win. Great playground for strong walkers but it usually requires some sort of bathing afterwards as there is always sand. In the summer, it's an automatic bath after park because... People often mention park, play, kids, swings, water, sand, neighborhood, area, summer, playground,

Nice small park in a quiet Lakeview neighborhood. It features a number of areas for kids of all ages to play, including swings, slides, a splash area and a sandbox. No dogs are allowed on the property, but unfortunately some locals feel these rules don't apply to them in the early mornings and evenings. It was rebuilt in 2018 to add more eco-friendly features and softer play areas, but the problem is that it is very infrequently replenished with sand and mulch, so there is lots of exposed roots and dirt/mud. It's a popular spot during the weekdays in the summer because of the shaded areas and water features, so it can get quite crowded.

Nice little park in the middle of a beautiful row of houses. Nice benches, nice water fountains for the kids to play in, a beautiful and quaint park.

My key to a good park with taking multiple toddlers solo are being relatively small, one gate entrance and swings. Boom! Win. Great playground for strong walkers but it usually requires some sort of bathing afterwards as there is always sand. In the summer, it's an automatic bath after park because there is a water feature IN the sand area. Whatever, the kids enjoy it. Kids under 18 months will enjoy the swings and the sand, but it gave me a lot of anxiety to have my adventurous wobbly toddler here Esp with the 8' tall rock climbing structure. Now that my kids are 2 and 3, it's a perfect park.

Love this family neighborhood park. Splash pad is awesome for summer water play. Truck and toys for all to share!

Juniper Park Playground is a small, neighborhood playground with unique elements and a natural design perfect for younger kids. Aside from a few slides and swings, there aren't many traditional playground elements; instead there is a large sandy area (with a faucet and trough for water play), rocks and logs for climbing, and a large rotating net for climbing. This is also a small water feature. Plenty of benches and a few picnic tables make this a really wonderful playground.

There's a lot of fun stuff packed into a small playlot here. My son loves the tree stump steps and hopping on the rocks around the perimeter of the park. The metal slides are fun and not too crazy. There's a giant spinning climbing tower, swings, a playhouse, and water features in the summer. It's tucked away on a side street so there's not much traffic and it's usually easy to find street parking. A fun place for toddlers to tweens, but not as much space for bigger kids.

Absolutely wonderful. The best playground ever. My kids love them. Ton of toys tools and cars there they can use for free. Only downside is no parking - you have to have a local permit 383 to be able to park there - so plan accordingly or simply walk there from a nearby community

We were in the neighborhood and stopped to play for a bit. This park is great! My little one especially loved the splash pad and the swings. I thought the sand pit and musical instruments (drum and xylophone) were a cool touch. You should definitely stop by if you are in the area!

Great park!! Good summer activities, splash pad, play equipment in good shape, and a variety of terrain for kids to play in. Very close to Southport corridor too

Great sandbox and water features to explore for hours. Given the neighborhood don't be surprised by judgmental yoga moms who name drop their lifestyles.

Nice big space with many different options for play. Best when you want to be in the full sun, or want to utilize the splash pad

The park has swings, a big sand box with toys, play houses and some cool climbing stuff. In the summer it has a splash pad.

We liked it, so 4 stars it is. Saucer-like swings for a family of 3 to pile on to, baby swings, a pretty awesome climbing dome, sandboxes, etc.

Great neighborhood park. Sand pit is great for the warmer months and plenty of space to let the little ones run around.

Great and fun young kids park had lots of fun in the sandbox the downside is they took out sprinklers for the summer time. Love the nice and quite neighborhood I feel safe here!!

There's loads of fun stuff pressed into a little playlot here. My child cherishes the tree stump steps and bouncing on the rocks around the border of the recreation center. The metal slides are fun and not very insane. There's a goliath turning climbing tower, swings, a playhouse, and water highlights in the mid year. It's concealed on a side road so there's very little traffic and it's generally simple to discover road stopping. A pleasant spot for babies to tweens, yet not as much space for greater children.

This is a hidden gem! Splash area and sand area. Very cool slide area too. Folks leave toys which is great. Took a star only because it had a lot of trash and my son cut himself on broken glass. As a city mom stuff happens but like just felt a little extra dirty.
