This park is my favorite in the city this year. 2020 has required alternative entertainment and the Chicago parks have been the favorite. McGuane Park has been properly spaced, so that basketball is not affected by baseball, tennis, etc. There are some plain park activities that families take part in, which brings the wholesome factor into it all.

Great place, LOTS of rats on the quarry steps in the evening though so I wouldn't recommend sitting on those.

One of the most clean and well kept parks of Chicago. It is great to hangout and spend time as well. Great for baseball and soccer ⚽

It's a Great Park in my kid likes it. The Nature Park is across from a really decent playground and it has several different walking paths. It's a nice place to exercise or just take in nature on a walk. It's also one of the only park districts with an indoor pool so they're swimming year round. I really like that.

Always a good amount of kids here. My son loves it. Clean, easy to find parking, and near to the field house bathrooms.

Love it. Nice park inside and out. Plenty activities for kids and adults. Only complaint is the park closes at different times. (no bathroom access) Bring the family.

They got rid of the bocce ball courts, but we can still play on the grass. Field house closes kind of early in the evening. Looks like a lot of people have fun here.

Machine Park is an excellent location frequented by extraterrestrials and ghosts. Super awesome place to watch for UFO's.

Quiet, peaceful for kid and adults. Fun watching kid play in a safe place, and you can sit outside, and remember when you were a kid, safe, and care free again. And if you jet need to sit and rest on a hot summer day or a long walk. It nice to find a bench not by a bus stop, or a street with car exhaust. It jet a nice little space, a not to big, or not to small place in the city.

What a surprisingly pleasant neighborhood park… clean, with interesting playground pieces for different ages, and just behind the big hill on Palmisano so there’s plenty of space to get your kids’ energy out.
