New track and field arena on the south side . Super clean and social distance safe. Staff, kids, and parents wear face masks. The staff cleans the inside thruout the day.

Great place for activities! The staff including security was awesome. They were very helpful and respectful. We had a repast for our Auntie there and they allowed us to rent the cafeteria. They helped out in every way they could and were very courteous and professional.

This is dope spot. A jewel recreation park on deep Chicago southside (the 100s) the facility is spacious, modern , clean and beautiful. Got exercise rooms, office spaces, Definitely drop by if you want to spend great energy.

Very nice indoor track with other sports available as well. Workout & private meeting rooms available to rent. Also, there are camps for the kiddos! Video of my daughter running in the fastest kid in chicago race on 12/17/22

OMG, this place is the real deal!! Went for the Misfits track & field event. WOW, top notch facilities, run by some really sharp folks. The event just went smoothly. This place is best in class & evidence what happens when the private sector teams up with the public for the greater good. Looking forward to getting back here again.

Truly great. Banked track, clean facilities, great concessions, spacious, airy, easy viewing, good scoreboard, all-around top-notch facility in the outer ridge of Chicago. No parking fee!

Excellent banked track. Great spacing and natural lighting. Nice bathrooms. Lots of room in the stands. We call it Gatley Park.

I was recently at Gately Park for a college track meet. I have to temporarily use a wheelchair due to recent surgery and found the womens restroom facilities lacking in accessibility. All the ones I located on both floors do not provide an automatic door option. The doors are very heavy and I had to get help to keep the door open while I wheeled myself in. The location upstairs has a raised floor and almost tipped myself out of the wheelchair trying to get over it by myself. Finally had to back in while someone held the door. Otherwise it was a great facility to watch the meet.

Looks really nice inside. I was there for a baby shower, and it went well in the space. They also have an elevator for those in need.

The facility itself is beautiful. However, the coordinator for the track facility rental is extremely unprofessional. He was 35 minutes late for our 1st meeting & 55 minutes late for our 2nd meeting (with Easter baskets in hand). How do you arrive late to a meeting in which you set the time? Initially, he only gave me a verbal quote for the track rental although I requested a physical copy. It took him 5 days to give me a physical copy of the quote after I called & emailed him several times. When I expressed my disappointment & concerns, the coordinator displayed a matter-of-fact demeanor about his behavior. He did not apologize nor did he give an explanation as to why he was late for our 2nd meeting. When I requested to speak with his superior, there was no clarity about who was in charge. My experience was disappointing on so many levels. I have never experienced this level of unprofessionalism when trying to bring revenue & submit payment to a facility. Unfortunately, our organization had to walk away. Hopefully, the right person will become aware of this improper behavior & make some changes.

What a gem to the community. This beautiful state of the art athletic community center is much needed. It is such a well designed facility that the entire family can enjoy.

Great place for sports and activities for all ages. Unfortunately, when you drive out the parking lot you view the dilapidated elementary school which needs much renovation. If only we invest in our children's education as we do their sports.

One of the nicest indoor track facilities we've been too. Huge parking lot close by place was spotless handicapped accessible.

Beautiful facilities with an indoor track and 2 pickball courts (taped lines). They even have individual shower rooms! One of the best I've been to

My walking group found this is an alternative when the weather turned cold. The staff is so friendly and accommodating and the facility is pristine. We actually will probably use the outside track around the building in the summer now.

First time here for a repast and I must say this place is beautiful inside and on the Southside. Myself I thought I was downtown or on the Northside.

The facility was clean and spacious. The parking lot work needs to be completed. There were huge craters. Made it difficult for getting in, parking, and exiting.

A big, beautiful, state of the arts Track & Field center located on the Southside of Chicago. I attended a dance competition hosted at this facility and I was so happy to see something of this magnitude in a community that desperately needs programming to keep the youth off of the streets.

My granddaughter had a spring break job activity through After School Matters at this place. I did see a lot of teens participating and the place looks nice and clean everyone had on mask. The hours were from 10am to 3pm. I dropped her off and picked her up daily.

Great facilities, good parking. Finally a indoor track on the south side. We us to go to Oak park or University of Chicago for our indoor competition.
