Their Christmas tree is 1 of my top 3 trees in Chicago. It's beautiful. 900 N Michigan has so many options. For clothes, food, and electronics shops. They also have tons of chairs and benches to relax. They have chocolate bars throughout the building. That sells desserts.

Love this place, especially because the garage parking is only 10$ if you validate it. We had an appointment at the Rigby and Peller shop on third floor, but the mall has other shops like Bloomingdale’s, J crew, Gucci, Kendra Scott, etc. The mall is clean, there are restrooms, and there is a coffee shop downstairs.

What can I say.. this is my favorite mall in Chicago. A warm, inviting space with high end stores and an even more amazing food court. Then the top floor has a Top Golf & a hotel lounge vibe. Plenty of place to grab a coffee or dessert and just shop the day away!! 🛍😃 I give this place 5⭐️ Jerry gives it 5⭐️

Such a nice mall! So many great stores and everything is beautiful and maintained wonderfully! Brings back the joy of mall shopping! So convenient in the winter months especially holiday shopping when you don't want to run outside to all the different stores. Highly recommend!

Nice place to shop all your makeup, bags, clothes, shoes. They have many brands from mid-end to luxury

It's just another shopping mall in my view, but one that's loaded with luxury stores. Great for browsing and getting ideas for clothing and jewelry designs. The employees in the stores that I've visited were super friendly, making my visit worthwhile and enjoyable! The restaurants here have a nice range of offerings. There isn't much in terms of retail tenants here due to the location - a busy street in downtown Chicago and surrounded by large and/or tall buildings. This is why the retail tenants are situated on several short floors.

Excellent time inside Kate Spade and Bloomingdale's. The second floor also had great stores and boutiques and the restroom was very clean.

Live in the neighborhood and enjoy having coffee in the lobby with friends. Lately the music has been so loud you can’t have a conversation or hear someone on your phone. I’m not alone in this. Even the cafe employees agree and have heard this feedback.

Great shopping, excellent people watching and amazing shops. Loved the make a wish tree lighting ceremony. very festive, elves, cookie decorating, Santa, etc...parking is nice and convenient and can access from the eighth floor.

This is a building with a collection of different establishments available for the retail consumption of their goods and services claiming to aide you finding commercial elightenment. Best of luck in your journey space travelers!

One of the few malls around that isn't ghetto. Really nice high end stores and the mall is really comfortable to shop or just hangout in. The food court on the top floor is excellent with plenty of great choices.

The Aster Food Hall is cool if you hav social anxiety (which I do) and do not want to talk to anyone, and the bathroom stalls feel like private offices . Overall : good! :3

Beautiful shopping center right ok Michigan Avenue. One of the best shopping streets in the United States.

I accumulated so many positive memories that I can now look back upon, with great fondness. It was already afternoon when I came here. I decided to buy a gray suit, white turtle neck polo, gray pants and some leather shoes. I will be attending a business party so I want to buy a formal outfit. It will be held next week. I entered one of the stores here. I went to the men's section. They have a balck suit but no gray suit so I went to another store. Gladly they sell a set of gray suits, white polo and gray pants. I bought it even though I didn't wear the white polo. Then I went to the area of turtle neck polo and I like the fabric of it. It was not too hot to wear. After I paid it at the counter I looked for a store that sold leather shoes. It took 15 minutes before I found it. I bought a black leather shoes. It is a little bit expensive since it's branded and it is leather. Overall I bought everything I needed.

I have a customer and he wants a portrait of her and his boyfriend. He wanted to give it for her anniversary. Since I have art materials, the only thing I don't have is the canvas. Since she wanted a big canvas. I came here this morning and went to the art supplies store. They don't have those sizes of canvas so I looked for another store. Finally I found one. I also bought a big brush and a white acrylic for the base color. After I grabbed it I went to the counter. They put the acrylic and the brush in a paper bag. Since there is no available size of paper bag for canvas they didn't put it. I'm glad that I bought my art materials in this mall.

The best mall in my city, according to others, has a large parking lot. A variety of restaurants are easily accessible. Without a doubt, I will suggest and refer everyone to this fantastic mall. Anything I was looking for in this mall was still there. It was also very convenient to visit this place. Thumbs up!

Shopping here is like at home but in a mall. Very nice selection of stores. Impressive restaurants, fashion stores, and many more. The best of quality. You got what you need and enjoy it within. Beautiful place and the staffs are very friendly. They are observing health protocols and of course the place is very clean. I am enjoying this place when I need to unwind from the stress of life. Just come here and you will experience a stress-free moment. Parking space is not so crowded. I will recommend 900 North Michigan Shops to all of my relatives and friends who are very fond of shopping. Buying relieves stress. Let's shop!

Some of their products are expensive and some have a cheaper price. It depends on the quality or the brands that can make changes about the prices. They have a lot of different varieties of stalls and products. Their customer service was not really good. Some are accommodating but there are also some that are rude and have no manners. They will not greet you and assist you. They should be trained more when it comes to handling the customers. And also they should hire more employees since there are a lot of customers coming to this mall. I hope it will upgrade soon to make it better.

I always enjoy walking in, grabbing a coffee, and finding a nice quite spot to sit and rest. The large open middle section of the building creates a peaceful atmosphere, and I've never had any disatisfied experiences; especially in the stores. Relaxing mood, not too crowded. Huge. Food, shoes, clothes, etc. High end stores and pricing. Clean, well maintained. A great place to walk around and do a little shopping. Parking isn't great though, so expect to pay a bit for parking depending on where you park.

From the outside, it would be easy to walk past the shops at 900 North Michigan while walking down busy Michigan Ave, but it is a really nice indoor mall with a variety of stores and shops on 5 or so levels. I highly recommend the bookstore. There is also a gourmet food court; you order at a kiosk and then pick up your order. The premises are spotless.

It was a memorable shopping trip, and I'm confident that I'll return here this weekend. Here is where I picked up my lovely new purse. It was excellent, and The cost was also fair. Go ahead and start shopping!

From an external perspective, it is not difficult to stroll past the shops at 900 North Michigan while strolling down occupied Michigan Ave, however it is a truly pleasant indoor shopping center with an assortment of stores and shops on 5 or something like that levels. I strongly suggest the book shop. There is additionally a luxurious cuisine court; you request at a booth and afterward get your request. The premises are flawless.

There are numerous shops with different categories, such as clothes, accessories, sportswear, and household items, as well as numerous restaurants where you can relax. It's an excellent shopping and entertainment location. I nearly spent all of my money here due to the high quality of the products. It is still the best shopping destination to visit.

I planned to visit this shopping center a week ago to buy some shoes, and I was fortunate to find one just in time. I would certainly recommend this shopping center to everyone because the people here are very nice and the premises are well-furnished. A truly wonderful place to be! Strongly recommended!

The Canopy art in the center ceiling by lefty is tragic. There’s nothing profound..water vs fire..how deep. It has human forms on fire and it does not speak to a luxurious shopping experience or enhance it in anyway. It’s also right next to bubbles academy a children’s space. Whoever the curators are on this current installation need to up their game. This installation is one of the weakest ones so far.
