Used to be great place for shopping and fun. Not so much now, too much risk to get there with all these problem maker (young people) people coming here, food court not the same without McDonald's and the playground, way too many older kids playing risking the youngest ones allowed to play, most parents are careless while their 10, 11 n 12 years old run into our 3,4 n 5 year old kids, danger definitely n no security there regulating the size n ages so out little ones can play safe

Another "not my first time here, but first Google Review" for this place! One of the few indoor malls in the Chicagoland area that are still around and has everything you need. A one-stop mall. Steady busyness at all hours and weekdays/weekends I have visited.

I'm tired of watching security hit on mall employees instead of doing there job. Especially the short one who used to wear his mask under his nose all the time during the mask mandate. It's clear they don't care about us. I've been working in the mall for five years. The one who was handing out phone number sheets today hit on my part timer. Maybe people wouldn't steal and fight so much if these guys weren't so distracted all the time.

Like any mall inside you will find a wide variety of stores like JCPenney, foot locker, champs sports store, lids, dunking donuts, GameStop, five below, kay jewelry, Zales, Pandora, cina bun, forever yogurt, auntie Anne's, la michoacana zuni's salon, spencers and many many more not to mention the food court offers a wide variety of food Wich include fast foods like McDonald's also Chinese for example panda express and Mexican cuisine for example El milagro and also a buffey and to top it all of a cinema right on top of the food court my one and only HUGEEE complaint is that there is always something going down like fights or disturbances which makes shopping very annoying and uncomfortable take that stuff elsewhere it's a family friendly place nobody wants their kids to see that and really shouldn't be like that security needs to step up! Other then that there's almost nothing you won't find here

I Really Like North Riverside Park Mall!🙂 The Mall is Very Clean and Well Lit and The Bathrooms Are Very Clean and Well Lit! The People are Friendly and Very Helpful! When I Needed Directions The Security Was More Than Willing to Help Me! The Mall is Slowly Getting More Busy Because Since The Last Time That I Was There More Stores Have Opened Up! It's A Little Hard For Me To Get There Because I Live On The North Side Of Chicago and I Have To Take A Few Busses To Get There and Back, But Once I Get There I Really Enjoy Walking Through The Mall and Looking At All of The Stores! 😃

It's a mall, like many others. Favorites are Pyramids, Spencer's, Five Below, the oriental cosmetic/wig/makeup and accessories store, and Asia Hut. Large food court, free parking, and air conditioning in the hot summer months. They are doing construction on the bathrooms, and there is also a movie theatre. All in all, it's ok for a mall. There are seats with tables that have plug ins for phone charging, a child play area, photo op board, high chairs, stroller rental, an atm, and a long unsegmented bench to write reviews on near the bus stop.

I've been coming to this mall for years. My grandma used to take me all the time when I was little. I'm 35 now and still shop here, but now I bring my own children. There is always plenty of parking which is nice. They have a great variety of stores and I never leave empty handed. I love their Victoria's Secret, VS Pink, 5 Below, Bath and Body Works, and Forever XXI stores especially. Their food court is big and has so many options and plenty of seating. I also always get a pretzel from Auntie Anne's when I'm there because they are DELICIOUS! The mall is clean and the crowds aren't too bad usually. I really enjoy shopping here and recommend it if you're looking for an indoor mall with a lot of options!

Great place, a great selection of stores, it's been a while that we visit. My kids enjoyed their shopping and Bubble Tea while my husband and I enjoyed the walk and found an awesome sculpture store. Pretty neat, great collection of Art. We have to visit the Round1 Bowling & Amusement soon. 😉👠🥾👟👜🦺👗🧥🧢👒🎳🥃🍸🧋🃏

We were there because of the new Aldi store. It's great! I was looking for a Standing Rib Roast, I didn't see any. I asked a woman working in the meat area. She went in the back and brought me a nice selection to choose from.

Most racists securities they have. They are kicking people out and telling them to come back at 3. They also ask for ID, too, for no reason. And the midget security is violating people's rights.

Haven't been to this location in some years. It was a very nostalgic experience in the food court. I think the Smokehouse is the only original restaurant.? I can be wrong.

This Mall is walking distance from my house. I can easily catch the bus to go visit my mom. At $1.25 it is more economical and provides me with a little walk. I can also grab something to eat pick up shirts, get a shoe shine, buy chocolates, etc. The movies there are $5.00 all day Wednesday. Yaaa!

The stores are ok but what happened to this mall? I remember coming to this mall because it felt safe. Turned into a ghetto mall 😔 was disappointing to see! Customer service in the stores I visited was good, no complain there! Saw security around which was reassuring but had not idea about all these negative reviews mentioning how unsafe it’s gotten which it’s one of the reasons why I visited this one rather than Water Tower Place because it’s gotten ghetto and the gathering of younger kids acting out bothering people smh!

I understand that some folk have emotional support dogs. but they should not be allowed in the general areas because some folk are allergic to furry animals. Also, they should NOT allow their dogs to sit on seats or tables.

One of the great indoor shopping malls left in the area. Plenty of parking. Plenty of great stores. You can shop and eat and admire the mall itself, all in the comfort of indoor controlled climate. Comfortable walking shoes will help with the experience.

The only mall still standing in our neighborhood! Let's continue this! the top shopping destinations and a movie theater. We had a great time shopping with my family over the weekend. There are many options available for a choosy teen in terms of clothing. My daughter and son both found clothes and shoes they liked in the crowded yet comfortable store. Husband also discovered a few things he liked. Just seeing my kids happy makes me happy. As a parent, being able to spend time with family is fulfilling. Always tell your family "I love you" and give them a hug, no matter how you choose to spend your days, weekends, etc. The future is never guaranteed. Godspeed to everyone. Jesus is supreme.

This used to be the place to be like 20-30 years ago, now it's depressing almost half the store fronts are empty. The only thing I still appreciate is the food court and the theater.

A nice mall in an area that looks better every year. The entire place is clean and looks like it has a lot more stores thriving than other nearby malls.

This location has been good in the past and now just shameful, how the place has been run down. We might go here if really want an item, but will try to avoid this place, to much gangs inside the mall.

It's a lovely area to visit, especially during the holidays. And the security is quite good. Security is quite visible and alert. They don't seem to be bothered by the throng or the noise. Saturday, I saw them deescalate a situation and stay on top of it. This was during the busiest hours of the day. Congratulations to the entire security team, and thank you for your presence.

I hadn't visited a Mister Shop in years, so I stopped in for a few minutes the other evening. I was just flabbergasted ! The men's clothing was fabulous ! I even saw a short Chinchilla marked down to only $4,000 - more then my current City of Chicago hourly pay can afford - It reminded me of Denzel Washington in American Gangster 🤣🤣 . " That's genuine Alpaca you blot that". 🤣🤣 Seriously, I will be returning back to make a purchase.

Went to the Round 1 bowling alley and gameroom diversion community for my fantastic little girls graduation celebration it was an extraordinary time and experience the food and administration of the staff was incredible and afterward proceeded to do some shopping in the shopping center that I used to go to on the ends of the week with my folks and sister once upon a time when I was more youthful so it brought back recollections and the shopping center was as yet a happy time even presently.

Really embarrassed to say I still visit this mall. This place has lots of security for good reason and a store selection that appeals mostly to young folks.

  • 5/5 Sarah L. 1 year ago on Google
Really good to know that this mall is still popular, people hanging out, window shopping, families spending time together. There’s a theater, a bowling alley/arcade, massage place, hair salon, nails, all the stores you’d expect and even an art exhibit throughout!

The movie theatre employees are very rude they were giving us attitude and laughing at us even though they had no right and I think they should be fired for the disrespect they gave us. Some of the staff at the movie theatre was kind but the others were rude. On the other hand the bath and body works employees were very kind and helped us get what we wanted as well as the shoe cleaners who were funny, entertaining, and nice.

It's always good going here because of the large amount of stores in the mall and the surrounding area of the mall. The store have great fashion and you can get in a wonderful workout walking around the mall.

I was treated unfairly. I had a 12:30 appt but arrived at 12:45. The parking lot was jammed with cars and I was forced to park quite a distance away. Walking with a injured ankle made it impossible to walk any faster. The woman at the register would not allow me to be seen because the 1:00 person was allegedly there for their appt and dr was going on lunch afterward. I asked if the 1:00 was there and she said yes, so why then was the dr on computer instead of with appt? I was told that I could wait until 2:30 and that’s if walkins didn’t come for their appt. It made no common sense to me, that they’d give more courtesy to a walk-in and not a scheduled appt. The woman was smirk and had an attitude. I will never return to VisionWorks again! Poor attitude, no compassion, no sincerity, and a dishonest employee makes too many strikes against them. And to be honest, I have found their eyeglass selections to. E VERY outdated and poor options. Not worthy all the way around. I’d give them a zero if I could. 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎

It's nice to see them all again we relocated from South Florida if I'm here at 3 to 4 years it's a real mall with most of the stores that you'd want the only thing lacking is an affordable hair salon JCPenney's is way too expensive

  • 3/5 Vittorio C. 1 year ago on Google
I really like the 5 Dollar or less store. I got some high quality junk such as a poetry assignment book, a leopard umbrella, and some mushroom candies. I like the fact that there are slightly different stores there than Chicago Ridge or Orland. Got 2 cups from the Spencer's for 6 bucks (Nirvana and Nightmare before Christmas) and there were actually playing good punk (I wanna be sedated) there. I did not try out the food court.

The only surviving mall in our area! Let's keep it going! The best stores to shop and a theater to watch a movie. Definitely enjoyed our weekend shopping with my family. Plenty of options when it comes to a picky teen in fashion. Crowded but not uncomfortable, my daughter and son both found clothes and shoes to their liking. Husband also found a couple items to his liking. Me, I'm just happy to see my kids happy. It's rewarding as a parent to be able to spend time with family. However you choose to spend your days, weekends. Etc., always say "I love you" and hug your family. Tomorrow is never promised. God bless you all. Jesus is Lord.

👍👍 Took mom shopping for a coat to give to young teen in need. At Burlington we found a snuggly water repellant coat along with hat/gloves to help keep her warm this winter. Win win - we hope she likes them!!! I must give a shout out to all the Cashiers, Associates & Security staff who were workin...
