Plenty of shopping to do a lot of hustle and bustle going on for a Sunday afternoon but I enjoyed looking around and shopping. Chicago is a very interesting place to visit. It gives off a New York/Philadelphia VIBES. Plenty of interesting places to visit and free water bridge museum to visit.

Shops at North Bridge centred around a multi-floor Nordstrom along w/ around 50 mid-range to luxury brand name shops and eateries. It makes for a good mall experience and contribution to the shopping scene along the Magnificent Mile.

Very upscale! Was clean! Only a few stores where I didn't feel like I was beneath the staff. A few of the stores I was never even greeted. Sorry you shouldn't judge a book by the presented cover. I may not have purchased your product. That was because of the treatment I received. My daughter was living her best life, and you ruined her experience! The little guy might have not been so little! Please step up the customer service and treat ALL your visitors like they are important! I am sure we are replaceable and it happens every day! We didn't matter.. sincerely the person you ignored!

Great area! So much to see & to do! A++ no, there is multiple levels of stores in this center. The bottom floor has access to lots of eateries, including Eataly.

We spent almost an hour in the shop but we honestly could have spent all day. They don't have parking at the shop, but they validate parking for one of the nearby parking garages. We picked the wrong garage, so we did not get a parking validated, if you want to have an hour of free parking just be sure you pick the right garage ahead of time. For 45 minute parking cost us $15. It was not horribly packed, and they have an elevator, stairs, and escalators to get to the second floor. They sell everything Italian, from pasta, espresso, dried Meats, fresh meats, Cheese's, and wine like all over the place. Olive oil, fresh pasta box pasta dry aged beef and the list goes on. We tried the tiramisu and it was pretty good. Not the best we've ever had but highly recommend it. We also bought the hazelnut milk chocolate bar and it was delicious we finished it by that night. We also bought some coffee but have not tried it yet. Definitely a great place to go if you're looking for anything Italian. They even have cookware. We would definitely love to go there again if we're in Chicago.

I just want to share my amazing experience to this mall. I chose to go in here for my Christmas shopping. There are various branded stores and every store in here was actually wonderful. All the stores are clean and organized, each has accommodating and friendly staff. I went from one store and another and can’t stop myself from buying items because everything is interesting, has a good quality and also has reasonable prices. I bought a lot that I would give to my family and friends on Christmas. I got tired and I went to the food court, food in there was delicious. I ate while admiring the view of the city from where I was. I love this mall. It is super wide and all the branded stores are in here with items at a reasonable price.

I had an amazing experience shopping from this mall. I am so lucky I live nearby so I would definitely visit here again. What I love about The Shops at North Bridge mall is that it has a lot of store selections, and every store is neat and clean, and everything in each store is organized. Also, they have a very accommodating and friendly members which made my shopping less hassle. Every item in each store is high quality, and there are also a lot of fancy items to choose from which is best for gifts. They also have a spacious parking lot which is very convenient for its customers. I had fun shopping here and I would gladly visit here again.

It looks nice when you get inside, however almost everything looks closed. The second floor and third floor didn’t really have anything open, and the 4th floor had some mediocre food court row. Other than looking decent, doesn’t do anyone any good if there isn’t anything open or 50% vacancies.

We stopped in here for lunch it was pretty middle of the road and a bit of a mess . We had ordered a chipotle ranch chicken wrap, and it was almost inedible, with the chicken being really fatty and wildly under seasoned. My friend had the morning sandwich and her egg was very cold. Which seemed to be the running theme as my fries were so cold and stale we couldn't eat them. We also ordered two cold brews at the same time, I got mine right away, and hers was nowhere to be found. We saw a woman walk up to the baristas counter and take what looked to be her (my friends) cold brew, which no one had called her name as they did with mine so we weren't sure. Yet 30 minutes after waiting asking the baristas when her order would be up and told it was coming, after we saw others who ordered after us get there's, still nothing. Finally, one of the baristas took pity and made hers on the spot after 45 minutes. So I would just avoid eating here and save yourself some time and money from this over-hyped mid food and atmosphere.

Incredible souvenirs- great quality & reasonable prices!!! It is hard to shop for a 16 year old boy but he LOVED his Chicago shirt & Chicago snow globe. Our 6 year old daughter LOVED her stuffed teddy bear wearing a Chicago t-shirt! My husband & I collect magnets everywhere we go & we found a cute Chicago picture frame magnet. Also, wonderful service. The lady was so kind & helpful!♡

The mall is hosting a store called INTROSTEM, the sellers are scam artists. They almost push you into the store to test products after you stop for a free sample at the door. They coerce you to buy products you didn’t want or needed and are not upfront about their no return policy. They try to give you more products or deals as you try to leave the store, and you are pretty much forced to buy their expensive products to get out. The only way to get out of there easily is to be extremely conflicting as well. A friend and I were treated poorly and harassed when came for a refund, the seller got upset we were wasting their time and that they wanted to keep working and we needed to leave the store so they could keep at it. Clearly our presence was disrupting their scams and one costumer left after hearing our attempt to return the products. Total scam!! I no longer feel safe at buying from brands I haven’t heard about in the shops at north bridge.

Had a fun time in the upscale mall. There was a lady at a cosmetic shop on the first floor that was invasive and rude but the lady who helped us in Nordstroms was lovely. Would definitely come back to explore more shops and do some more shopping.

The place is great. The location is great. The ambiance is great. The circulation is great. The space is very bright and clean. But, there are a lot of closed stores, and that feels like the space is empty and somehow abandoned.

Nice set of practical stores in an upscale setting. Having a pharmacy, grocery market, liquor store, etc all within easy walking to the loop hotels and restaurants is great. Great boutique shops as well. Anchored with Nordstrom's as the main department store, of course.

I am a fan of Nordstrom as they do carry some very legit brands, that are not just a name tag, as people say. Some of the typical stuff though, is a bit expensive for the brand itself. For example, they might be selling some Tommy Hilfiger item, that is not worth the amount they're selling it for. But they have some of their own dress shirts and suits. No one will notice a fancy name or anything like that. But I truly recommend just going to Nordstrom rack. It's extremely cheap, comparing to the store itself.

It's been a long time since I came here. The last time I came here was when my friend invited me to have some dinner with him. It was 3 years ago. Because of the pandemic and of course work we didn't see each other. So we planned to meet here again since we have no work today. We came here at exactly 9 am in the morning. We first ate in one of the resto here since we didn't eat breakfast yet. We enjoy our food and we had an amazing experience here. Then after that we shop. We bought clothes and accessories. He already has a baby so I bought her a mini dress. He first insisted but I say it's my present for her baby. We spent our whole day here and we had a great experience.

Really enjoyed shopping here. Great selection and fair prices. Parking can be a bit tedious so best to walk and visit other stores nearby too. Staff is super friendly and kind. Can get crowded at times but enough to go around.

Angel our server was wonderful. He had many tables but, was polite to each of us. My husband and I were there on our honeymoon and it was such a wonderful treat. He tended to all our needs. tourist here. unfortunately this is probably the worst mall i’ve ever went to. a lot of it is my bad for not deep diving into reviews and what stores they had but it was a waste of time. there is no product diversity at all, every store is expensive and basically sells the same stuff. if you have a lot of money i’m sure it’s fine, but it’s definitely not targeted towards children as there’s not really anything fun or entertaining for them. it’s also not ideal for anyone who’s looking to spend less than like $35 dollars on a t-shirt. the food court was also a disappointment, online there was like 20 options but in person only like 3 places were open. however the mall is very clean, and nice to look at. it’s also in a good area with plenty of other stores to check out on the street.

My friends and I planned to have a party by Jan 1 for the new year. I went to this mall to buy my outfit. I enter one of the stalls and someone is assisting me. I choose between formal pants or a dress. But in the end I paid for formal beige pants with a pair of women's polo. I have a suit in my closet so I didn't buy one. I also bought sandals. I chose beige that is perfect for my outfit. After buying my outfit I want to buy a gift. I don't know what to buy. Its hard to find a unisex outfit. So I just bought a watch that is perfect for men and women. It's a gold watch that has a lace of black. It's a little bit expensive, that's why it looks elegant.

Next week is my sister’s birthday and my mom planned to have a mini party. Yesterday, I went to this mall and I will give her a present. I went first o one store to buy her a dress. I chose to buy a simple pink dress with a big ribbon. It is a little bit expensive since it is branded. It will be comfortable to her and she will like it since she loves the color pink. After that, I went to the stores that sells toys and Barbie. Some staff assisted me and helped me to choose but in the net, I bought a Barbie set and also a big doll house. Doll house is expensive since it is big. Some staff wrapped it in a gift wrapper. I am glad that they are nice so I bought everything I needed. The quality of the products was good but it cost a lot of money.

Aesop store is one of my main reasons to be here. Love to cement rough design but also the simplicity are awesome.

Beautiful place. I didn't purchase anything but the choices were many and they are certainly on trend. The shoes were styles I've never quite seen before. A mixture of then & now modernized for the culture. Loved the shopping atmosphere. When I walked in all I noticed was quite a few staff on their phones. Lol, it was kinda weird to see so many all in the head tilt position on their phone. Whatever they were doing they were really doing it. Then finally, I was noticed.

We had a year end party later. I don't have any gift yet. We had an exchanged gifts. I came to this mall and looked for a shop. I'm choosing between a rice cooker or a glass to give. In the end I chose a water glass. It is expensive and it looks durable since it has thick glass. It looks elegant and good for display. Aside from buying a gift I also bought a plate , fork and knife. I picked a plain white plate. It's simple but it can give a classy look on the table. I don't want a plate that has a design. Well I don't know why but I don't like it. It's tiring and I need to eat. So after I shopped, I went to the food court to buy food. I had great food there. I highly recommend this mall.

This is our "go to" place for our grocery shopping. We're very happy to know that they renovated it. I the cashier are very nice and people are always around to help you find stuffs you need. I'm giving a low rating for the reason some staffs are not fully aware on what they're in the store. And it has come to a time when a cashier (Caucasian) saying it out loud, repeating.. "it's an Asian drink!" "It's an Asian drink!". I would wish for staff to keep there opinion be full aware that customers can hear what they're saying. And sometimes it makes them/me feel uncomfortable.

What a scam. Nordstrom told me the rate is $15 if I park no more than 3 hours. I parked for less than 2 hours, with my parking validated. They asked me for $46. Tried to call but no one picked up the call. Very disappointed.

The Nordstrom with its wide selection here is great! The other shops have some awesome stuff as well. The bathrooms are especially awesome. Food court on the top floor has some amazing selections, definitely check it out

I think this grocery shop really has the best and affordable products that are freshly made and harvested. This place is a nice spot to have some cereals, milk, vegetables, sodas, and many more. So much to do at Pier 39!! The restaurants, Ice cream parlors, shopping and activities made it a great day destination when in San Fran! The sea lions are hilarious to watch! There is also an amazing area to get some great photos with the Golden Gate Bridge and Alcatraz in the background!

This is a great little grocery store. They have a great section and they stock fresh produce.

This is a fun place to take a stroll with friends. Unless you're made of money and are willing to spend outrageous amounts of money on everyday normal items, you're just going to enjoy the window shopping you do here. There are a plethora of stores here with a huge variety of items for you to just stare at. Just don't go around the holiday season because I did, and it was mayhem. There were way too many people there but it was kinda nice because of the holiday spirit.

If your walking around the city for a day of site seeing add this as stop. Malls are in trouble these days but this place still feels alive and has some unique stores you may not see other places. There are some food choices here as well and Its good place to get in out of the weather for a bit on your way across town.

This place it's a huge Mall downtown you can enter off of Michigan Avenue or on Grand and Rush. This shopping center is my favorite place to shop. I really like how organized they were. The men’s, kid’s, and women’s departments were very accessible. Each floor has customer service. The food court was so big and has a huge variety of foods. The comfort room was so clean and accessible as well. What a great mall!

I do not live in Chicago but visit this beautiful city often and when I have the opportunity for a few minutes of sanity time, I love to come down to The Shops at North Bridge and enjoy the wonderful Chicago weather. Some days you can find artists sharing their works in The Shops at North Bridge. Other days you can just sit and people watch until your heart desires. It's a gem on any given day!

I like to shop at this grocery store every weekend. Their produce section is huge and usually well-stocked. They have tons of organics. The meat department is wonderful. There are so many fresh choices. I always stop by the wines and cheese departments to see if there is anything I think I want. This grocery store is very neat and clean. The workers are friendly and helpful. Do yourself a favor and check it out!

Visiting Pier 39 with family and enjoying the sights. Lots of shops, restaurants and snack shops to calm your sweet tooth. The pier has candy shops for chocolate covered strawberries and apples or maybe your more of a crepe kind of person, no worries you'll surely find something delicious to snack on. Need more than a snack then try one of the many restaurants to enjoy a delicious meal. There are lots of shops too, socks, boots, puppets, t-shirts, or jewelry are some of the treasures to indulge in. Come spend the day at the pier and see the seals that have made the pier their home.
